So, I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I first ordered from Honeybum. I mean, who doesn't love cute clothes, am I right? And the first time I ordered, I got my stuff in just a week! That's pretty impressive, if you ask me.

But then, I made the mistake of ordering again. I placed my order on August 31st, and it's now September 13th. And you know what? I haven't heard a peep about my ONE ITEM that I ordered. Not a single movement on it. Nada.

So, I did what any reasonable person would do and emailed customer service. Six times, to be exact. And what did they do? They gave me a measly 10% coupon and a $5 gift card. Like, seriously? That's supposed to make up for the fact that I still don't have my package?

To make matters worse, the lady I talked to said my package would ship on September 11th. But guess what? It didn't. So, I emailed again. And again. And still no response. They haven't even offered me a refund or anything.

Look, I get it. The stuff on Honeybum is cute. But this is just ridiculous. If you're thinking about ordering from here, just be aware that you might not get your stuff for a loooong time.

Honeybum.com is not the best place to order online. It took them a whopping 3 weeks to deliver only half of my package. And to make matters worse, when I finally received my items and tried them on, I realized that nothing fit me well. The pants were poorly made and had a very weird fit. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase.

To add insult to injury, when I requested a return for the items, I received a message saying that it had been past 14 days and therefore I could not return any items. What?! I literally received these items only 2 days ago. According to their return policy, I should have had 14 days from the date of receipt to return the items. So how is it that I can't return them now?

Overall, my experience with Honeybum.com was terrible. I would not recommend this site to anyone. The quality of their products is poor and their customer service is even worse. I will never be shopping with them again.

This site is kinda tricky, so be careful what you buy. The pictures make everything look way better than it actually is. I got a jacket from here and as soon as I put it on, one of the strings broke. The material is super cheap and not worth the money. I also got a pajama set that had a weird smell to it. I washed it a bunch of times, but the smell is still there. It's really disappointing. The set is comfy and cute, and it's a total knock off of Kimmy K's sleepwear line (which is probably why the price is what it is).
