I had an absolutely fantastic experince with HCM and won my case in just under a year because of how dedicated & competent this firm is. Everyone I spoke with along the way was extremely kind and validating, and explained things to me in a way that was very easy to follow and understand, even with a lot of concentration problems on my part. I've reccomended them all over the internet and cannot even properly emphasize how much I appreciate them and how relieved I am by how simple they made the process for me.

I had applied for disability first on my own and got denied and then hired this firm to represent me. They did a great job, it took time but that's the nature of many SSDI cases. Once my hearing was coming up a representative called me and talked me through what to expect the day before and he was super helpful. The day of the hearing everything went as he stated and I had the decision the same day! Without this Law firm I couldn't have done it on my own. I'm so relieved that this is finally over after 3 years!

My Experience With Hoglund Law Recently Representing My Person For An Appeal Hearing With Social Security Was At A Time Hearings Were Held Via Telephone Because Of The Covid 19 Pandemic. I Had 2 Applications For SSI That Hoglund Law Was Representing For Me And They Were Able To Present My Case(s) Tp The Hearing Judge In A Concise Chronological Order Of The Multiple Disablities I Experience Everyday. Hoglund Law Was Able To Win My Case On Appeal. I Would Consider Using Hoglund Law For Other Legal Documents I Need To Tend To.

Hoglund was great as a whole to work with, very easy process to get them what they needed and they worked hard to get what they needed on their end. The paralegals I worked with were great. Bo C was my lawyer he was great to walk me through the process of how my judicial review would go, gave great detailed information to the judge and the help of getting my approval. The office is done great follow-up with checking on me to make sure everyt;hing was going good. Even had a company reach out to me to help me through the Medicare process. I would highly recommend them

Very disappointed in the help I got from your Attorney's. I believe that an attorney should help with the claim for disability! I did all the leg work. I filled out all the paper work on my own. I could have been coached better. I am not the expert on the subject of how or what is needed to win the case. I was told I needed to contact my dr. that retired? And how do I do that? To get his records. I was bounced around from one Lawyer to another one. Different people calling me with an unpublicized number. Didn't Know who was calling! The whole thing seemed very unprofessional.

These are the legal team that helped both my wife and son get their SSI disability going. They represented both in court and Won each case. Years later when our son who is on the Autistic spectrum was dropped from SSI for turning 18, one phone call is all it took for this team of professional and knowledgeable people who worked with us every step of the way. They made sure we understood the situation before and after every court date and judgement. They not only got our son's SSI disability benefits restarted, but got all his back pay that was owed. Uncertain in the beginning, due to knowing nothing about cases like mine, however after 3 years my trust grew. I applied for Disability, I had no idea what I needed or how to start. All I knew is that I needed help. These guy's were great! They gave me a list of what they needed form me, and explained the first few step's that were going to be taken. From there, all I had to do was keep them up to date on anything new. That was pretty much it! I kept calling, asking for update's or anything I could do from my end. I was told I was already doing what they needed form me. Keeping them up to date. like that's it. I signed a few paper's, sent some information. They did everything else. I couldn't believe how easy this was. If you would like to know the Attorney I had, he was Tyler Reasmussen.

I would highly recommend Hogland Law. It was a team effort for social security disability. Hogland Law functioned as a team in my case. I spoke with many different staff members, case management, and attorneys. They were all very professional and knowledgeable responses to my questions. Charles Sagert was my assigned attorney for the hearing. He took the time I needed to review the case with me as well as explain the hearing details on the phone. Everything was done efficiently by phone, fax or email. Progress did not stop because of the pandemic. My hearing even took place over the phone and was successful. I contacted Hoglund Law after I was denied for SS Disability. The first person who answered the phone that day, changed my whole outlook on the process of applying for SSD. I was so discouraged, she talked me down and was able to keep me on the phone long enough to hand me off, which is where our relationship began. The Attorneys, paralegals, and all others who worked for me deserve all the accolades they receive, but I wanted to call attention to our unsung heroes, the Communications Operators. Up to and until this moment, I am chastising myself, because I do not remember her name. The woman on the other end of the telephone that day, changed my life, because she kept me from hanging up. She got me to all the people who would get me a fully favorable decision from the Judge. The process took almost 3 years total, if I recall correctly. When I got my denial letter, I thought about giving up, instead I called Hoglund, and SHE answered the phone. My advice; get EVERYONES name, so you can properly thank the one that changes your life!

Hoglund Law sucks. They didn't meet with me at the onset when they told me they would. That's what a firm should do. I tried to fire them to inform them that they weren't doing their job, but they told me that they would get their money anyhow. The SSI Department contacted them and they didn't return their calls so they contacted me. They didn't return calls when I contacted them as well. They told me I would get a lot of money if I won my disability case, but I didn't get a lot. They didn't explain to me what would happen in any circumstances. They were disruptive and idiotic on the telephone. They were patronizing as well. I got a telephone call from one of the people there [Hoglund] and I felt he was only calling me because he had to; I didn't feel his call was heartfelt. I would never recommend them and I don't feel you should use them. They are a horrible law firm. Just because they advertise that they are the biggest disability law firm in Minnesota doesn't mean they are good. Find a smaller law firm who will meet with you and give you honest information. They are a bunch of scammers who steal from you. I don't think I've ever complained about any firm or person before on ComplaintsBoard.com ...

Impossible to contact when needed. In over a year of working with them, not once was my wife able to speak with her attorney. My wife worked with this company for over a year. They gathered all of her medical information and pursued the case up to the first hearing in front of a judge. Two business days prior to the hearing, she received a call telling us that the hearing had been postponed due to the COVID 19 pandemic. This is completely understandable. However, three days ago, we received a letter from the firm indicating that she was being dropped as a client due to lack of cooperation!?! Completely ridiculous! Three days after she called to ask why they dropped her, they finally called her back. She was informed that they were looking to shed cases because they had so many. They looked at her medical records (which they have had in their obsession for over a year) - I'll point out that this task was done by neither an attorney or paralegal - and suddenly decided that she hadn't cooperated with her cardiologist with treatment and medication ? Absolutely ludicrous. She followed all of her doctors directions and is taking all of the medication that she was instructed to for two years. So, good luck with these people. They may take your case, but there is no guarantee they won't drop you when it's no longer convenient for them.

Last month, I got some mail sayin' I'm gettin' sued. I know it ain't true, but Hoglund Law keeps sendin' me these scary letters sayin' otherwise. I wanna make 'em stop and I'm wonderin' if what they're doin' is even legal.

I started the chapter 7 filing process in Feb 2021. It took 5 months and 3 different paralegals and attorneys to get to the end review. Right before filing, the attorney asked about the money in our account. We told them, but then they said we couldn't have that money in our account. They wanted to review my husband's bank account to trace the money. I'm not happy with this law firm. I called and emailed for 5 months with no answer. How were we supposed to know we couldn't have money in our account? An attorney should have talked to us in the beginning about our finances. Now, I want a refund, but they say too much work was done to refund attorney fees. The file was sitting for 5 months.
