I was on the hunt for a monitoring app for quite some time. There were so many options out there, but the reviews were all over the place. After much consideration, I decided to go with Highster-Mobile. I chose them because they've been around for a while and they offer a one-time payment option.

However, I have to say that I was disappointed with the product I received. The app was nothing like what was advertised and they charged me double right off the bat. It was frustrating to say the least.

They tell you that you have to root your phone, which can void your warranty, prevent future updates, and even ruin your phone's software if you're not careful.

My son bought this app from highster-mobile.com on September 30, 2020, using his credit card. We tried to cancel it right away, but their phone number didn't work, so we sent them an email with the order reference number and the last four digits of the card used. We never got a response from them, and my son never downloaded or used the app. I have a copy of the email we sent, so I know we did everything right.

But when we got our credit card statement, we saw that they charged us twice for the same thing! We were shocked and angry, and we immediately disputed the charges with Capital One. It's an automated greeting saying you to email them! No one is there to assist. I emailed them many, many times and I get very basic and same emails that don't even answer my questions! I ask for my money back and they won't respond back. I email them for tech support and I get the same email try deleting the app and reinstalling. I reply saying it was done twice and they don't reply at all. Complete waste of money and they are def a scam company. They are for sure offshore and whenever the email is responded to, it's signed by the same person. It seems to be a one-person operation! Don't ever buy this crappy software! At first glance, this spy software may seem like a good deal, but in reality, it's a scam that will steal your money. Their refund policy is terrible - there isn't one! Even if you haven't used their software, they won't give you a refund. This is the worst refund policy I've ever seen. When I requested a refund, they changed their terms and agreement to try and trick me into thinking I didn't read their refund policy correctly.

I strongly advise against paying for their software. If you have any doubts about buying it, don't buy it from them! They will intentionally steal your money.

Another huge issue is that you need physical access to the phone you want to track. Plus, you have to jailbreak the phone for this lousy software to work. This means that if you're using an iPhone, your phone won't be covered by Apple's warranty anymore. This company tries to keep this information hidden unless you really dig through their site.

I bought Highster Pro Edition on June 11, 2016, for a whopping $129.97. I thought that by purchasing the most expensive package, I would get a quality product. However, I had trouble with the installation instructions. They were not clear at all. I contacted their "tech support" and was told they would email me a solution as they did not provide live tech support. The emails that I received were just copies of the original instructions which were no help at all. I was getting frustrated and annoyed.

Finally, I got an email saying that the cloud had to be backed up on the phone. I even called Apple to verify that this had been done. I finally called the company on June 13 and asked for a refund. I was sent an email saying that the refund was on its way and would be in my account within 3-5 days. I was relieved that I would finally get my money back.

On the 5th day, I checked back with the company and received an email stating that I was not eligible for a refund as the program was working perfectly. I clicked on the link sent and it showed that the dashboard was tracking my phone instead of the target phone. By this point, I was more than done with the nonsense this company was putting out and once again requested my money be refunded. After several more emails asking me to try again with the phones and such, I received one saying that they would send me another license key. I adamantly told them that I did not want anything more to do with their company except for a refund of my money. I also informed them that I would be turning them into the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and FTC. Needless to say, I have not received a refund even though I am not using their program (and asked how to uninstall it from my device). This is a rip-off company that needs to be shut down. They are crooks getting away with stealing people's very hard-earned money!

I bought Highster-Mobile on April 28, 2020. I called the number they gave me for mobile support, but they told me to go online and file a refund. I did that, and a person emailed me back saying it would take 4 to 6 days. But I didn't get my refund after 6 business days, so I messaged them again. The next email said they were having support problems and it would take 2 to 3 business days. But I still didn't get my refund, and when I tried to request it again, it said it was solved. The tech dudes were super helpful and quick to respond (even though I had a ton of questions). And get this, the tracker lasts FOREVER. I can use it whenever I want, which is a pretty sweet deal if you ask me. It was definitely worth the investment (I got all the answers I needed) and the service was totally outstanding. If you ever need to track something or someone, I highly recommend checking out rootgatehacks. These guys know their stuff. And you know what?
