Hermea Manila just oppened this month. I made a purchase last Decmber 23 for some christmas presents and paid the cashier using my Visa Card. The saff were polite in assisting. Moving on, on December 26, 2009 I noticed that my Visa Card is missing, I called my bank just to check where my las purchase was, and i was in Hermes. I called the branch at 9:45 p.m. the security guard on duty took the call and I informed him bout my missing card and to ask the cashier and the manager to check if it's there and even gave my mumber to give me a call to let me know if it's there. Also I asked the duty guard to log my report. The following day, December 27, 2009, not getting any call from Hermes, I went to the outlet, went straight to the cashier and asked. She jus plainly said no, there were no card left there. Then I asked here I reported the incident the night before and was expecting a call from them, she again just replied there were no report from the guard. I checked the log, it's writen there. Then I asked another staff to re-check... Voila... the card is there, it's inside the receipt jacket. Then I was looking fof the Manager and they said he's not around... It seems that they treat the incident petty. A few minutes, I saw the manager coming from the stock room, again they were hiding. I was so dissapointed with the service and to thing it's a major report because we are talking of a Credit Card here, the security not perfgorming the report, the cashier putting the Crad inside the receipt jacket, the Saff not assisting a regular customer regarding the complaint... very bad start for Hermes who just oppened in Manila.

i made a purchase last october 12, 2012 at hermes paris..i bought a pair of sandals.when i get home here in the philippines i noticed that my pair of sandals are all for right foot..how can i contact hermes paris?pls contact me in this no +[protected] for any info.thanks.

I just bought a bag from Hermes Manila yesterday and i would like to give the staff a thumbs up because they they assisted me as soon as I entered their shop. The ambiance is also good.

Hermes Manila is owned and operated by a private Filipino owned company. I was part of that company and I was working in Bvlgari Manila. Our staff in Hermes are all trained well to treat clients with utmost respect and attention to their concerns. However, at times of peak season and busy days, our staff may not always be aware and fully informed of situations and reports specially the ones made late at night after the store is closed. Our store managers are different from the one we call General Manager. The store manager is a female, and our general manager is a HE. If you asked for the General Manager then they could have easily brought your attention to Mr. Katigbak himself. However, since you just mentioned "MANAGER", Jessica might have been really out of the store that day. However, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. It was never our store's intention to bring up these kinds of situation.

it's not their fault if you just left your card in their store.. don't blame them because of carelessness.. :)) i hope these kind of customers will learn from their mistakes and not by blaming the OTHERS.. :D

I hope the manager and the rest of the staff of Hermes will take this complaint seriously given the fact that people who purchase most of these kind of luxury items are people who are educated and well-off. Im a bagaholic myself and im looking forward to visiting the Hermes store when I go to manila for a vacation. In fairness to the rest of the SSI employees, some of them are really nice and polite especially the SAs of Charriol, Gucci, Burberry and Ferragamo. In my experience, I have not encountered any problem with them. I hope I dont encounter these snooty SAs in my future visits to any SSI store.
