On Jan 10, 2022 - I ordered a Sofabed advertised on a FB ad. It was advertised as a “Direct from Warehouse” company with no “middle man”. Thus the lower fees for purchase. I received a confirmation of my order on Jan 12, 2022. In the policy & terms information, it explains that once the order has been received, their would be an email sent out as to when its being shipped out to buyer. We never received that particular email. We sent an email of inquiry that I’ve copied below:

As of today, I have claimed a Dispute to my Credit Card Company in order to receive a refund. I’m not sure if my order fell through the cracks, but it’s very suspicious of Fraudulent activity. There’s no ph# for customer service, only the email: [protected]@vip.163.com
I would appreciate it if you would check this company for fraud, & if possible, notify FB of this company’s bad reputation of not delivering product ordered/purchased.
