I ordered a building in August . I was told it would be $317 for 36 months. I checked today on how much longer I had and was told I had 38 MORE months, more than my original contract period! And while my building originally cost $12xxx, they are saying it was $18,xxx. UHhhh, NO, it was not! I wouldn't have bought it for that. I will take it to legal counsel and to the Attorney General if I have to. Do NOT use this company if you don't want messed with!

I have purchased serveral items for this company with no real problems. This last time was a nightmare. I don't know if it is because of the move or not. They called me for my payment, I advised them the payment was in the mail they didn't receive it because it was sent to the old address. I did a payment over the phone. If the check showed up they were to sherd it, well it was cashed two months later and they said it was nothing they could do. No customer service help at all.

STAY AWAY! I will never refer or use them again. I have a carport that got damage due to strong wind, all the screws came loose and the building collaped against my house damaging my roof aswell... i am paying insurance on it, after contacting Heartland and sending all the proof of the damage carport it began a struggle getting help on repairs, Heartland told me to call ***, *** send me back to Heartland and so on. The building collapst and after a month and a half the SUPERVISOR called and said they will credit me with $2500 and i have to fix it on my own... Today i got a message that to call them before the REPO team comes to my house. With COVID I have not work, i decided to pay $1540 to get my building fixed up and they can wait for a payment. Called them to ask when am i going to get something in writting regarding the $2500 credit... I was told that they will only credit me if i pay $2000 immediatly and close out the account... What a load of HORSE #@$. All the money i paid including insurance they refused to come fix the building, now they refuse to credit my account after i FIX it on my own... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PPL! Your not even worth one star.

On January 19 at 9:53 am i had drove out to the house to check on property. I had seen the repossessor had come and taken the building down. We had signed a document to have them repossess the building. The gentlemen I spoke with agreed to give us at least a weeks notice by Email that they would be coming, so that we could take down the fence.The crew that arrived decided they would take matters into their own hands. On the day I went over, I seen that not only did they damage our property but they also stole multiple items. i have a neighbor willing to give a statement as a witness. Listed below are items stolen/damaged along with cost and labor. *They also left metal sticking out of the ground by fence where they had cut allowing trespassers to come onto property causing liability issues if someone were to injure themselves. As well as leaving their garbage all over ground where they removed the building. *Other items stolen but included in prices below were the wire from camera's fed through conduit they removed, as well as tension wire roll and 50ft piece 9ga chain link fence. 3 Security cameras, replacement costs $240 5 Line posts, replacement costs $90 9ga chain link fence 2 rolls, replacement cost $698 PVC useds as top rail, misc. chain link post caps, replacement cost $40 50' chain link privacy tarp, replacement cost $80 5 Metal signs, replacement cost $20 1 Bucket, replacement cost $5 tools located in bucket, replacement $10 Cost of labor contract labor for repairs cheaply estimated at my costs of re-installing new line posts, letting the concrete cure, stretching up new fence and securing it. $240 I have since contacted the legal department, the woman ( Kristy ***) refuses to give me the name again of the repossessor since i misplaced paper with his name on there. She did say that she would release his name and the buyers name to the deputy. We will be pursuing this and taking it to court as well those involved who neglected to do their job and chose not to use proper communication being a business. *We have since found out from another witness that the repossessor in fact did go to our property the week prior and following week the buyer came out.So clearly information is being withheld on the companies end.
