Wow, What an experience. They first told me to delete my review before they would refund my shipping. I paid for UPS 2 Day, and they sent it USPS; lol so much cheaper, and I kept the rest of the money. Then, to top it off, they mailed me the wrong car product. Kia Forte 2019 With Halogen lights requires 9005 Lights for low beams. They send people H7, which are high beams, and the low beams for the high beams. But when you ask them to correct the issue, what do they do? It requires you to pay for the shipping even to get it there. So I called Paypal because I did not want to settle for shipping, so Paypal is delivering for the shipping, thank god. Because this was over 100 dollars, what am I supposed to get back? Am I supposed to reach only half of the money? Stay away from this company. You will get screwed over. When you write a review, also get ready to show proof they will act like they don't know you and dispute it. So I am putting my receipt on here so they can't pretend I am not an actual customer that got screwed over.

I recently purchased the 9007 Hi/Lo Dual Beam LED Headlight Conversion Kit.

Upon testing the installed lamps I was surprised to find the high/low beam polarity mis-wired! I contacted customer service and was informed that I would be responsible for, return, shipping to process the replacement. Therefore I decided to rewire the lamps myself.

Pre-installation I investigated the Headlight Experts installation videos, and reviewed the factory shop manual, applicable to my vehicle, for proper fitting. Following the installation, into factory new lamp housings, and subsequent testing I found that the lights produced irregular beam patterns. I re-clocked the orientation of the lamps to no avail. I enlisted the service of ASE technicians to evaluate the dilemma, to no avail.

I then reached out to Headlight Experts customer service and was advised that I would not receive a refund outside the thirty day mark. My only option was to experiment with an alternate model conversion kit. Mind you, shipping fees were my responsibility.

Hoping to convince Headlight Experts to accommodate a refund through a return of product, a reasonable request, I contacted the bank I made the purchase through and filed a claim! Ultimately, the bank agreed with my persuit and refunded my money.

The staff at Headlight Experts are, unquestionably, an unethical, unprofessional, and oblivious, sort.

There are to many options, on the market, concerning automotive Headlight Conversion kits to waste energy with a company that promotes what they are not.

The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of options for headlights. I ended up choosing the LED headlights for my car and was excited to receive them. However, when I received the tracking information, I noticed that it was going to take longer than the 2-day delivery that was promised.

I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all. They kept telling me to wait and that it wasn't their fault. I understand that sometimes things happen with shipping, but the lack of empathy and assistance from the customer service team was disappointing.

I finally received my package on day 5 and was excited to install the headlights. They were easy to install and look great on my car. The brightness is amazing and I can see much better at night.

Overall, I am happy with the product, but the customer service experience was not great. I would recommend Headlight Experts for their products, but be aware that the delivery time may not be accurate and the customer service may not be helpful if there are any issues.

I recently purchased a kit from Headlight Experts for my Nissan Xterra, but unfortunately, it didn't fit properly in the housing due to the flange being too thick. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but they assured me that the kit would fit snugly. However, when I tried to install it, it still didn't fit and I had to machine the flange down to the correct thickness myself.

Once I finally got the kit installed, I was disappointed to find that the light output was barely any better than the stock bulbs. In fact, the low beam had a blotchy pattern of light that was quite unpleasant. When I reached out to customer service again, I received a response that was a bit snarky and unhelpful.

In the end, I decided to remove the LED bulbs and go back to using the stock ones. I found that the LED units couldn't handle speeds of 55mph and didn't perform any better than the original bulbs. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from Headlight Experts. The customer service was unhelpful and the product didn't live up to its promises.

I gotta say, I had a real bad experience with Headlight Experts. I found them online and thought they were gonna be the answer to my headlight problems. But boy was I wrong. They sold me headlights that they said would work with my van, but they didn't fit at all. And to top it off, they didn't even ship in the two days they promised. What a bunch of baloney!

And if you're thinking about buying headlights or lamps from these guys, you better think twice. 'Cause they ain't DOT approved and they ain't legal in most states. I've been working on cars and trucks for over 45 years and I couldn't even get these things aimed right. And my mechanic, who I've been going to for years, wouldn't even touch 'em. He said they were junk and wouldn't pass a safety inspection. What a mess!

So now I'm out almost a hundred bucks and these guys won't even give me the time of day. Their so-called "customer service" is a joke. They won't budge an inch and they're full of lies and deceit. I wouldn't recommend Headlight Experts to my worst enemy.

If you're looking for headlights, I got some I can sell you on the cheap. Just don't waste your time with these clowns.

I recently had an experience with Headlight Experts, where I ordered 4 headlights and 2 harnesses for just over $200. The company assured me that the products would fit, but unfortunately, one of the harnesses arrived broken.

I took the headlights to 6 different places, including a body shop, 4 mechanics, and a tint and lighting shop, but none of them were able to install the lights correctly. One of the mechanics even spent almost an hour on the phone with one of their service techs, but still couldn't get them to work. All 6 places confirmed that the lights were either defective or the incorrect parts.

Since the lights were never able to receive power, I returned them as new. However, Headlight Experts charged me a $48.50 restocking fee and an additional $15 for shipping. When I informed them that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau, they threatened to not refund me anything.

Overall, my experience with Headlight Experts was terrible. They were difficult to do business with and did not provide me with the products that they promised. After I posted a negative review, they even offered to refund me the rest of the money if I removed the review. However, I refused because I want others to know about my experience and avoid the headache that I went through.
