We contracted with Hays Auction to sell the belongings of my mother-in-law‘s estate after she passed away and for my mother during a downsizing. Hays Auction sold our belongings and will not pay us nor return any calls/contact. We have black-and-white proof of Hays Auction selling our items and never paying us. We have reached out many many times and received no response. This has escalated to us speaking to an attorney for legal resolve.
Desired outcome: Payment for items sold.
