Harvey's Canada review: Garden salad

Received a salad and when eating it (they were such big pieces) and a large piece of plastic was in the lettuce. I starting choking, brought it back up and took it to the girl and she did nothing but say she was sorry. If I had choked that would have been another story. I did feel I should get some compensation.
