I recently made a purchase from HairStopAndShop and I'm still waiting for an email to confirm my order. I tried to log back into my account, but it seemed like I got kicked out. I'm currently waiting for a response from their customer service team after sending them an email. It's frustrating because I ordered these items for a friend and now the delay is going to be even longer. I think this is unacceptable and it's causing unnecessary stress.

So, I gotta say, I recently got my first wig from HairStopAndShop and I ain't too happy about it. It's like they sent me a whole different wig than what I ordered, ya know? And when I tried to return it, their policy wasn't exactly the easiest to deal with. I mean, come on, other sites make it way simpler to return stuff.

But that ain't even the worst part. I left a review on the wig, just being honest about my experience with it, and they never even posted it! I had a real bad experience with Asia, who promised to ship out my order on Friday but then went MIA for the rest of the day and didn't actually send it until almost Tuesday. And don't even get me started on Danny, the supposed manager who's never around during the day. What kinda manager is that?

Their customer service is just plain poor, and they can't even deliver on their promise of shipping within 24 hours. False advertising, if you ask me. And their shipping is slower than a snail on a hot day.

Honestly, I'm done with HairStopAndShop. I'm gonna take my business elsewhere, to a place that actually knows how to treat their customers right. Check out ebonyline.com instead, they seem to have their act together a lot better.

However, a week later, I checked my bank balance and noticed that $520US was missing! Someone had used my hard-earned money to throw a birthday party and even ordered Papa John's pizza!

I immediately reported the fraudulent transactions to both my bank and HairStopAndShop. My bank put a hold on my card, but when I spoke to a representative from HairStopAndShop, they told me that there was nothing they could do. It's quite suspicious that the first withdrawal was the exact amount as my initial order that didn't go through on their website.

I have to say, this company is fraudulent and I would not recommend them to anyone. It's important to be cautious when shopping online, and unfortunately, HairStopAndShop is not a trustworthy company.

HairStopAndShop is also bad about sending you a substitute on purpose. They know that you'll send it back, but they still get to keep a portion of your money. That's not right! For example, I ordered the Motown Tress Persian Virgin Remy Human Hair Wig - HPR. MAPLE after seeing it on another wig site. The young lady who shared a picture of herself wearing it looked beautiful, and I liked the style. However, the wig that HairStopAndShop sent me was just a big, shapeless wig with no curls. I posted a review on their site, but since I told the truth about the unit, they didn't share it. This isn't the only unit that I've posted an honest review about that they didn't post. This tells you what kind of company you're dealing with!
