I placed an ad on Ebay's Want-ads for a website builder. Mr. Daryle Swink came over to my house, looked at what I was requesting, wrote me a receipt, and took a check for $189.44 as a downpayment for the building and hosting of the website. He then later cashed the check using his Mother's Name and account, Mrs. Jo Helen Swink. He failed to meet the 2 week deadline and I ended up hiring someone else. He won't respond to emails or phone calls. I am sending the standard Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested letter to his address as well as to his mother. If he doesn't meet the deadlines listed in the letter, I will have no choice but to file a "theft by check" charge against him with the District Attorney's office as well as his mother, for being a part of this scheme. I wish I would have found this site before I hired him, it would have saved me time, money, and headache.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Daryle Swink is a con - man, thief and liar. He took $200.00 from my neighbor and his computer to build a website for him. He has never returned. He stole $1, 500.00 from me, and when he came to "fix" my sister's computer, it was worse than before. He also downloaded a counterfeit Windows 7 on her computer.
A police report has been filed and Microsoft has a case against him.

In August 2014, Daryle Swink was sent to our house to repair my computer. Long story short my computer works worse than before he came. He also installed a counterfeit version of Windows 7. He stole $1, 500.00 from my brother. At the same time he offered to design a website for my neighbor. Instead he took the $200.00 down payment and computer & has never returned.

I purchased a computer from him in December 2012 for my kids Christmas present. He used my Windows disks and never returned them even though he promised to drop them off at my home. After repeated phone calls, emails and text messages he has not responded. It's been almost two months. The guy is a thief. Stay away from GUItek, or GT Virtual Internet.
