May 2 We just got our master bath redone and we're super stoked with how it turned out. Hassan and Jackson were the dudes who did the job and they were always on time and ready to go. They worked well together and we even had some laughs with them. The bathroom was done when they said it would be and it looks so pretty now. I would never use this company! I asked for a bid and they told me that they would not send someone out to meet me if my husband was not present and part of the discussion. Stay away from this offensive discriminatory company. I am a woman who can and does make our household decisions without the input of my husband. I registered my complaint with their corporate Customer Affairs lady and she confirmed that it is their practice to have both spouse present in order to give a bid. Shame on them.

Great Lakes Home Renovations did a great job replacing our tub/shower with a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom. They took care of all the permits and their plumbing guy did his job fast. The whole job was done in just two days, like they said when we signed up. Their workers were polite and did a great job with the installation. The stuff they used is top-notch and we're really happy with how our renovation turned out.

In May, we had Great Lakes Home Renovations fix up our old shower in the upstairs bathroom. Even though COVID-19 made scheduling tricky and they had to re-order a shower pan that was measured wrong, we're happy with how it turned out. Ben and his team were super nice and careful about COVID-19 stuff, and they did their work real good. Whenever I had a question, Ben told me everything I needed to know. He also asked us what we thought sometimes, which was cool. Ben finished the job real good and left everything real clean.

I heard about this company at a home show in 2019 and made an appointment for a consultation. The quote for our bathroom was too high, so we decided not to use their services. I told the person who came to our house and the person who called afterwards, but they kept calling. I told them we weren't interested, but they kept calling from different numbers. They called on Jul 9, 2019; Nov 6 & 19, 2019; Jan 13, 23, 27, & 29, 2020; Feb 20, 2020, and Aug 4, 2020. I don't want to do business with them because of the constant calls.

Great Lakes just completed a two-bathroom remodel. It could not have been better. Hassan & Andrew are true professionals, meticulous workers, dedicated craftsmen, careful and courteous in every respect, who took pride in their work and exceeded our wildest expectations.

We had Great Lakes do our bathroom remodel after there bid was substantially lower than the other company we had planned to hired. Our installer Hassan and Ben, and everyone we dealt with at Great Lakes were amazing. Our bathroom is beautiful and I cannot say enough about the worked they did. I am very thankful that when I called to cancel my appointment they convinced me to let them bid my job. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Home Renovations.

I had a bath tub and surround put in by Great Lakes Home Renovations, but there was a small break in the surround. They came back to fix it, but there were still gaps on the smaller walls and between the surround and the tub. The chaulking was thick and messy, and the walls didn't look attached properly. There were gaps between the wall and the surround, which made it look even messier. I had to clean up adhesive and chauk from my floor and walls.

I got my windows replaced in Feb 2020 and I told the installer about the chatter marks in all six window jambs/sills/casing assemblies. I called the company many times about this issue. In June, a service person came by for a different issue and he saw the chatter marks and wrote it down. He suggested that I call the company again. I talked to Danielle and she asked for pictures. I sent the pictures a few days later. I tried to follow up in August because I hadn't heard back. It's been six months now and I'm getting impatient. Even with COVID, a phone call is all it takes to fix the problem and I want it fixed now. The company never contacted me, I always had to contact them.

Got new windows put in my house in July . Called the company about a month later because of some problems with the weather stripping, damage from the installation, screens not sealing right, and handles falling off. They sent someone out to look at it, but he didn't seem to know what he was doing even though I showed him pictures and pointed out the problems. They ordered new parts and said they would caulk the outside, but that didn't really fix anything. Now that it's winter, the windows are letting in a lot of cold air and my furnace is running all the time. I've sent them videos and pictures, but they keep giving me the runaround and saying they'll contact me later. I asked for new windows, but they said they would give me a "hybrid insert" and still charged me for full replacement. I'm worried about my furnace and they haven't done anything to fix it yet. They said they're not installing windows anymore, but they'll still fix the ones they put in. When will they do that?
