On 07.112023 at 10.00 PM, I was booking domestic Flight tickets From Chandigarh (India) to Ahmedabad (India) fomr the Gotogate online site. I had paid Rs.57035/- through my debit card of UCO Bank but the tickets were not confirmed. A mail was received from gotogate that amount has not been received by them. But the amount was debited from my Bank Account. The message of Bank sent to me shows that amount of Rs.57035 was debited through DLocal North West De (Merchant).
Kindly direct the Gotogate to refund my account or Dlocal North West De to refund the amount in my account No.[protected], UCO Bank, Branch High Court Shimla HP India IFS Code UCBA0001833.
