Good evening, I have been trying to reach an agent that can resolve my issue with no avail. I recently sent a complaint form and the reply I received was that booking was not at fault and my issue was with American Airlines. Because my issue still has not been resolved. I would like to request you review my case again. I am requesting a full refund as I tried resolving and no one seems to care. My return flight is not what I requested as it has me going out of two different airports and I cannot do that. Please return my full money as I paid for a change fee that was not done correctly and because this has turned into a huge headache for me and too much back and forth without any resolutions, I suggest my refund and I will start the process different way which does not involve so many parties. I just got off the phone with American Airlines and they state that they cannot help me as booking.com has to resolve my issue.

It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone online to resolve and issue with Booking.com and all I get is thrown to so many pages and none with provide me with the number to get a resolution, I have spent numerous nights trying to reach and agent and when I finally did through go gate my problem did not get resolved. I am requesting again my refund for my flight to Paris, on April 1. thank you for your attention in this matter. I am looking forward to your respond.
