I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Good Goth. I ordered a pair of shoes from them 10 days ago and they still haven't even shipped! I mean, come on, it's 2011, how hard is it to put a pair of shoes in a box and send them on their way? Meanwhile, I ordered some stuff from another place the very next day and it arrived days ago. What gives?

And don't even get me started on their shipping policy. Apparently it's standard practice for them to take 3-9 business days to ship your order. That's a bunch of crap if you ask me. If I had known that, I never would have ordered from them in the first place. I mean, I've never even experienced anything this slow on eBay, and that's saying something.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Good Goth. I was excited to try them out, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I really dig Good Goth's stuff, it's super cool and the prices are totally reasonable. But, I gotta say, I'm a little bummed out about my recent order. However, by November 13th, my order was still in the "processing" stage, and I had not received any communication from the company. I decided to reach out to them via email to inquire about my order's status and when it would be shipped. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from them until November 17th, which was quite frustrating.

To make matters worse, when I posted on their Facebook page asking for a response, they promptly deleted my post. I was quite disappointed with their lack of customer service and professionalism. It was then that I stumbled upon this page and read the negative reviews about the company. I realized that I had made a mistake in choosing to shop with them.

I decided to email Good Goth to cancel my order, and to my surprise, I received a prompt response from them saying that they had cancelled my order. While I was relieved that my order was cancelled, I was disappointed with the overall experience I had with Good Goth.

In my opinion, there are better places to purchase alternative clothing. I would advise others to stay away from Good Goth and find a more reliable and trustworthy company to shop with.

I gotta say, I'm really diggin' that Hunter green maxi skirt! It's totally my style and I'm definitely keeping it. But here's the thing - I'm only 5 feet tall, so I gotta do some serious alterations to make it work for me. I gotta chop off the top row of ruffles and cut the bottom half, then put it all back together again. It's gonna be a lot of work, but I know how to handle it.

But here's the real kicker - why don't you guys make these clothes in Petite sizes? There are plenty of tiny Goths out there who would love to rock your style, but we can't because everything is too big! Right now, the waist of the skirt is covering up my bust-line and making me look like a little kid trying to play dress-up. And forget about wearing it as a strapless dress - that's just not happening.

Overall, I'm giving the skirt 4 stars because of the alterations I gotta make. But seriously, GoodGoth, please consider making Petite sizes in the future. We tiny Goths need love too!

It's really hard to find clothes that are unique and fit a plus-sized woman like me. And it's even harder to find quality steampunk clothing that's ready-made. But when I stumbled upon GoodGoth, I was over the moon! They carry plus sizes and their offerings fit my budget. I was a little worried when I found out they were a small business across the country, but they really came through for me. I was running up on the deadline for a birthday steampunk murder mystery party and it had taken me THAT LONG to find GoodGoth. Maybe it's because they're a small business that they were able to help me out so spectacularly.

I am SO happy with my steampunk skirt from GoodGoth. I wore it to the party and was told I looked awesome in it. I can't wait to explore the other fun things that GoodGoth offers in my plus size. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for unique and affordable clothing.

She didn't seem to care that I hadn't been contacted about the dress being out of stock, nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, she simply asked if I wanted to change my order and told me that she thought it would be enough time to ship to Canada.

As someone who lives in Canada, I knew that 10 days wasn't enough time to receive the dress from the United States via USPS. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and poor customer service from Good Goth. It's frustrating to spend money on a product and not receive any updates or apologies when things don't go as planned. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future to avoid similar situations.

Me and my daughter decided to order a corset outfit and shoes from Good Goth for her prom. We ordered a size 10 shoe, which is her usual size, but unfortunately, they didn't fit. We thought that maybe their shoe sizes were off, but we were still disappointed. To make matters worse, they sent us the wrong size corset outfit. We had to go back and forth with a nameless person to get it sorted out, which was very unprofessional. Eventually, they sent us a new corset outfit, but it took forever to fix the shoe situation.

After all the trouble we went through, we decided to order a different pair of shoes, the Lace Toe Peep size 11. We thought that maybe a size up would fit better, but they were too big. We sent them back in a better package than they sent us, but Good Goth claimed that we sent them back in poor shape with substantial wear and tear. My daughter only tried them on and put them back in the box, but they refused to exchange them for the size 10 in the same style. It was a terrible experience, and we felt like they just didn't want to deal with us again.

I learned my lesson to inspect every inch of a product before anything transpires and to contact the company right away if it's not in perfect shape. It's silly of me to expect the soles of the shoes to arrive in new shape, but I didn't inspect them, and now I'm being blamed for the damage. It's a crock, and I will never shop with this business again. They're a poor excuse for a company, and their unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
