I am appalled at the delivery time of ordered products straight from the company. I ordered products directly from this company beginning of February, and have yet to receive them! I have paid for the products and no end in site, when I will get them. The response is automatic when I reached out to thecompany! "Pleaae be patient with us."
I never ever have ordered a product and not receive it; in max a week! I am appalled and don't trust the product now, considering it's taking this long to get. Matter of fact, I don't even know if I'll ever get. Absolutely ridiculous!

This business has extremely serious issues fulfilling any and all orders. While their product is good, it takes over a month to get anything that is ordered from them. What's more, the "customer service" response is weak at best. They respond that they understand and are working on the order. Well, clearly they don't understand and are working on nothing. I find it hard to believe that this business gets an A rating from ComplaintsBoard.com considering all the problems that they have with orders and customer service. Someone needs to look into this and get their issues with customer communication and order fulfillment resolved.

Never had a worst customer experience in my life. It took multiple emails just to get my money back. They even have the nerve to refund me only 10% of my order after I explicitly said I wanted a FULL refund from them due to the days of transit just to get my order.( still haven't arrived). Long story short, I explained to them that a 3rd party (Amazon) can get the same product to me the next day. I didn't expect to wait over 2 weeks from their direct warehouse in the same state I live in(California). Deceptive advertising as far as shipping.Buyers beware.
The advertisement states you'll receive your order in 1-3 days. I ordered on 07/17. On it's 07/22 and I haven't received my order. When using tracking, it's say it's to be delivered by 07/24, that's 7 days. Don't advertise something if it's not true.

I am disappointed in the delivery experience with goli. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my shipment. When I purchased this item, I was told 5-7 days. They then send you an email after you order that they cannot fill your order in a timely manner. I wouldn't advertise something you cant delivery upon. I have ordered this product twice and both times goli did this too me. If you know your backed up and can't supply the orders on time, I recommend that you don't advertise this way. I do like the product, but do not agree with the shipping issues goli has. Makes it difficult to keep taking the product regularly.

Very pleased with my experience with this company! They were incredibly responsive to all of my questions via email and the company kept me updated on the status of my order very frequently. I know they're crazy busy with orders and given the pandemic I can't imagine that's easy, but they still answered right away when I had a question! The customer service agent I dealt with was really kind as well and really did more for me than I expected! Great customer service like this really goes a long way to me these days. I hope they continue to do well and wish them the best with their business! They've got a repeat customer for life with me!

Waited 3 days no tracking number. 4xs they sent me an email with discounts after emailing them 4xs before asking about my package. I have seen comments people received there's yesterday some the day before. I honestly don't think those are real people reviews. No more discounts. When it was time to check out, there was nowhere to enter the promotional code. Stupidly assuming it was built in, I entered my credit card info and made my purchase. What should have been a $62 transaction ended up as at $89! No discount whatsoever. I went back to Instagram to try to find the ad pitching 30% off and it was gone. The response from GOLI has been insufficient. They want ME to give THEM their coupon code, as if they don't have their marketing information! If and when the box arrives, I am returning it. So frustrated with this company. Immediately after placing my order I get a "please be patient with us" email basically absolving them of accountability to deliver the product in a reasonable time, and blaming it vaguely on "current conditions." I waited a week in good faith with no shipping email provided, so reached out and asked for either a) confirmation of the delivery date, b) confirmation that the product was out of stock or c) refund my money. #crickets. Finally got someone to answer me on Facebook, who "escalated" my request, and got an email from an agent letting me know that my order was indeed received, that they had no idea when it would ship, but assured me that the wait would be worth it. Lots of happy buzz words like patience, worth it, concerned, etc. but completely ignored my request for a refund. I reach out to the FC agent again, and basically, they were like, "our agent already emailed you, so we're done here." (of course in happy positive words that have the empathy of a robot.) Seriously? Just give me my money back...

I placed my order on May 31. It took several emails but my order finally shipped on June 15th. As of today, July 11th I still have never received the order. I emailed 5 seperate times inquiring about the status of my order. Each time I received nothing more than a rehearsed automated response. I requested that a supervisor or Manager get involved and was told that they would advised them but there was no guarantee I would receive a return call or email. Every email I sent them I received a response from a different name. The Goli website does not list an address for their corporate headquarters or any of the companies officers. After the 5th email I requested a refund and told them I no longer wanted their product and I am still waiting for a response from a Supervisor or Manager. This is a horrible company, with horrible customer service who doesn't care enough to ensure customer concerns are looked after. All you get is sorry due to COVID things are delayed. Not acceptable. Mary (the rep) is yet to respond back. Additionally, I did let her know her email was full of utter rubbishy!
I've now had to reach out to Afterpay (to file a dispute) against this company. How can I be paying for an item that's not guaranteed? I did place an order early last year for their ACV gummies. Though there was an issue with the delivery; the company was responsive + apologetic. They even replaced my item. However, they no longer respond to correspondence(s). And... should you leave a negative comment and/or ask about your order status on their social media page (FB & IG). They not only ignore + delete your comments. They also block their customers! I placed an order on July 11th for these Goli Gummies with the advertisement saying ready for shipment. Order still not shipped out on July 22nd. An email was sent saying that the order was being processed and if I did not receive a tracking number within 3 days to please contact them. I purchased a 6 pack of gummies for myself and my daughter to try, they caused my daughter to have higher blood sugar, gained weight and raised her blood pressure. The gummies were also nearly impossible to break apart and chop sticks had to be used to scrape them from the inside of the container. On September 23rd I placed a $54 order to GOLI Nutrition. After 12 days, without the products shipped that I ordered and but one update explaining they're behind on the product I ordered, I requested a refund on October 4th. On October 5th, after recurring explanations and the company practically begging me to keep my order, they claimed my refund was to be processed and in my PayPal account within 10 business days. They will no longer respond to emails I send them, which is their preferred communication type. Seeing as it is October 22nd and more than 10 business days with nothing reflecting in my account, I am owed that same $54.

Finally, *** a supervisor said she would personally handle my case on October 7th and said she would process the cancellation or send me a free bottle of something else free of charge as a way of making up for the delay in my order. She said she would be waiting my response and take care of it that day. I have since then sent two additional emails, no response, no refund and no product.

I did not authorize an additional purchase of *** I immediately emailed their customer support advising that this was an error and I would like it canceled and refunded. I also called the customer service line and heard a recording that says they are running behind due to covid and to email for support. On February 2 I get an email that both of my orders have shipped. I have not received a response from my request at this point. I send a f/u email asking why my order was shipped out without my email being acknowledged. I got a response on February 3 saying it's already shipped and they cannot cancel or refund it. I would have to send the package back once received and include a tracking number . They did not include a return label so I will also have to pay for return shipping because of their mistake. This is a huge inconvenience that I believe should have been handled differently.

I orderd a Goli ACV Gummies bundle after checking the website and reading everything available about international shipping - across the board, it claims free international shipping and does not mention customs anywhere. When the gummies reached India, I got a call from the post office telling me the customs charge would be USD 54, which is almost as much as my entire order. There is no way I can afford that. I tweeted at Goli Nutrition and I emailed them. I've received no response and I've rejected the delivery because I can't afford to pay that much for ACV gummies. Why does Goli Nutrition claim to have a no-questions asked returns policy when they don't bother replying to customers? I placed an order on 29 September, they advertised a special for buy two bottles get one free, so I accepted it, however the advertisement was misleading, it was an additional two bottles, on top of the one I purchased (one wasn't just added to my order) plus the free one. I did not want to spend that much. So I emailed goli to request cancellation of my order. They replied on 1 October saying my order was cancelled and I'd be refunded. I have contacted them several times letting them know I have not received my refund of 57.00 (the total cost). As of today, I still have not received my refund for a cancelled order. I am having issues with delivery of product from a Goli order. I placed an order with Goli Nutrition at the end of September. Approximately a week after I placed my order I received an email saying that Goli was having some minor delays in fulfillment of orders, but working on my order. Despite several contacts to their customer service they cannot tell me when my order will be shipping and have no dates that they will provide at all. They just keep offering up discounts for future orders. That makes absolutely no sense because they can't even fulfill the current order I placed. When I let them know that I am moving to a new home on October 24th and am concerned about my order being received before then, their response was that I should contact my Post Office and make sure that they took care of forwarding. Its not a matter of that. The issue is that Goli can't fulfill ANY orders and communication is poor and not helpful at best. They are content to take my money but don't follow-through with orders being shipped. They even told me to contact them if I didn't get a tracking code in 5 days, so I did contact them. Their response? "We're working on it and assure you your order will be sent as soon as we can". Really? That's completely unacceptable. I can't believe that I'm the only one that has had issues with them. Someone really needs to look into this company and get this resolved.

When I checked with the carrier they said that it was returned to the sender because it was given to them with an incomplete address. Goli never contacted me to let me know this or to resend my order. After sending numerous emails to their customer service email, goli contacted me on 02/18. My order was resent on 02/19. Every day since then, I have received an email stating that the gummies are in stock, encouraging me to order now while on 02/20 I received an email stating that my replacement order was delayed due to the gummies being out of stock...I literally also received an email that they were in stock on 02/20. I emailed the customer service person that reprocessed the order asking for the status of my order and I was told that they were out of stock... again I've received emails daily stating that they are in stock so I sent screen shots of this to the rep and asked for a refund on my order as I do not care to wait even longer for this and think it's a shady business practice to lie to customers. Either the emails stating that they are in stock and that I should order now are a lie or they are lying to me when they are saying that they are out of stock. Either way the rep stopped replying to my emails after I requested a full refund.

Order taking too long to ship. It's been 22 days and no update from this company. I placed an order for a 6 bottles of Goli ACV gummies for $76 on January 4 my credit card was charged the same day but I did not receive any email confirmation of my order. I sent an email to *** on Jan 6 and received a reply on Jan 7 it said "I know the time it is taking to ship your order is longer than you anticipated. I've gone ahead and reviewed your order #*** and can assure you that it has been received by our fulfillment team!" I followed up on the 13th and it said "I still do not have a more specific shipment date for your order, which I understand is something you were now hoping for. While we're committed to making every experience you have with us exceptional, regrettably, we know we haven't met the high standards we hold ourselves to. Please know we are doing everything we can to have your gummies sent to you as soon as possible." I called numerous times no one is available to accept the call it always get routed to VM. I checked some public reviews and here were hundreds of negative reviews from customers who has the same experience like me. I just can't believe that it will take this long to pack and ship 6 bottles (standard size medicine tablets). I lost my confidence that this company can deliver my order. They have good marketing strategy even got Ellen D to advertise for them but this guys can't run their business good. I have called and no one answers the phones, no one replies to my emails. They tried to send me a 10% coupon on future orders, but if there not shipping goods, why would I order again? Look I understand corona is an issue, but many companies are experiencing the same issues, but are able to ship their products. There is obviously something else going on here and if someone from the company would be honest and forthcoming, I would understand. But to simply safe your practicing social distancing and we will ship soon is not enough. I have asked several times what the status is. IF those employees are not in the offices and distribution locations, I am sure there is plenty of time for them to contact their customers, especially the ones that have already paid for the goods. Normally, you charge when the product ships, not in advance, then slow ship products. They clearly need to be more transparent and let paying customers know. For that matter, there should be an honest approach on the website, stating there is a significant delay in products before we make the purchase. At least we know what the issues are, but to take our money, and then notify us only after we complain, is a very suspicious way of doing business. I really want this product, and want to continue buying these products, but I am very suspicious of this companies practices. Im wondering if their products are being manufactured in China, hence the delays, as I am still waiting on other purchases from china that have yet to be shipped due to corona (6 months). On 12/6 they sent an email stating it would ship soon and along with a promo code for a discount for future products for the inconvenience. 5 days later on 12/11 they finally sent me a tracking number(XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). I assumed my package was on the way and did not check on the matter until on 12/20 I had not received my package. I checked the tracking number that was sent to my email and the *** was still waiting to received the package On Monday 12/21, I attempted to call the company and try and get an update on my package. There phone number only goes to a voicemail that tells you to email. I email the company with a message stating I had not received my product and they responded with an assurance that the package was still on the way(although the tracking number had not been received by the carrier. They stated that if the product had not been received by 12/28 to contact them again and they will assist. I contract them on 12/28 after still not receiving my product and requesting my money back for a product not being shipped. Once again they sent the same message stating the package was on the way although the tracking information has not had any movement since 12/11. As of 01/05 I have yet to receive my product and the tracking number no longer works. There own websites states that it can take up to 20 days to receive your product. We are currently up to day 39 since I've order The company website states that i can get a refund within 30 days on received product. I have yet to receive my product and would like a refund.

I did receive tracking information, however, from December 10 to December 23 there was no movement of the package so I emailed them to see if it was lost. Their Customer Service email response was resending the tracking information to me and telling me to wait. Today, December 29th, I received notification that the package was delivered, however, there was no package that came to my door via *** (courier company used to ship). I received the notification of the package delivered at 5:50pm but the tracking information said the package was delivered at 6:39pm. How can the package be time stamped in the future? I emailed customer service again and their response was that the package was delivered according to the tracking information. They did not read my email regarding the differing time stamps. Also, they said that the package may have been dropped off at a neighbour's house or community mailbox. I checked with my neighbours and no package. Courier companies such as *** do not have access to community mailboxes - only postal service does - so it is not there Also, I requested signature proof of delivery as I am working from home full time and was home all day today but wasn't provided that information. I went to their *** page and even messaged someone there for help but was told they couldn't help me and to email Customer Service so now I'm right back where I started. I am now out my *** US (which was *** CAD) and have no product. Am not impressed with how this has been handled at all! If I had known that this was going to be the issue, 30 days waiting and no product but out the money, I would have gone to a store in the next town and purchased. The next day, 05/12, I received an email from Goli that states: "Here at Goli Nutrition, our commitment to you is to always provide an exceptional experience. To deliver on this, we are excited to introduce our Shipping Promise; your Goli order is guaranteed to be sent out in 10 days or less. If you do not receive your tracking number by May 21, please contact us and we will provide a full refund of all charges and send out your order completely free!" By 05/22, 11 days later, my package was still not shipped. I reached out to Goli regarding the shipping promise. I asked for a full refund as promised and I asked for an update on when the product would be shipped. This was the response I received via email: "Our fulfillment delay times have extended longer than we'd promised and I'd like to sincerely apologize for this. Your order should ship within the next 3 days. If it does not, let us know and we will issue you a full refund and send your order out, completely free of charge!" I was not okay with this response because they are retracting their initial "promise" and extending it another 3 days which makes it a total of 14 days after the order was made. Also, my credit card was billed for the 5 month supply immediately, yet they were unable to provide an update on when the product would be shipped. Feeling uneasy about my money, I replied immediately and asked the customer service agent to cancel my order and provide a refund. I also asked for confirmation of the cancellation and refund. I received no immediate reply, but 6 hours laters, I received confirmation for my shipment. Instead of canceling my order as requested, they pushed the shipment. I no longer want this product, but per the company website, I am financially responsible for shipping costs on returns.

When can I expect to see my credit card refunded in the amount of $51.30? I also trust that per your shipping promise that I still will receive my order soon?" I immediately received a response from *** which reiterated the Shipping Promise. Further stating: "our customer care representatives will assist you as soon as possible!". Sixty two minutes later on 5/8 (10:16am EST) I received a shipment confirmation with a tracking number! Too little too late. I responded with the following email: "This is wonderful news but please see my email from 9:14 EST this morning, an hour prior to this, which indicates that I am due a full refund for this order as it was not shipped in the time allotted in the *** shipping promise. When can I expect my refund?" Needless to say that I did eventually receive my shipment (as promised) but as of today 5/22 my credit card has NOT been credited $51.30 which was the amount of order. I sent them emails on 5/12 and 5/14 as well asking about my refund. I have not heard a peep from them and am reaching out to ComplaintsBoard.com for help in rectifying this refund situation. It's been almost two weeks with neither I placed my order for goli gummys on January 4,2021. Giving them both order numbers now that I know first number based on the shipping info given in the email. I get a response back that they got my email and will respond within 48 hours. The next day I take a different approach and decide to call them based on the phone number I have for them in Paypal. I call, no one monitors the phone so all I can do is leave a message. I leave a message and say best thing to do is call me to fix the problem quickly. I email them again on the 6th, no response, then again on the 8th, no response. I again place a phone call and leave a message, no response. I then email them again on the 11th and call again. I finally get an email on the 14th that says this. Thank you so much for reaching out. I sincerely apologize for our delayed response, as we are currently working with reduced staff. I'm so sorry to hear that you have not yet received your package. I can see that it was delivered on May 8th, you can view the history *** I would be more than happy to send a brand new package to your address completely at no additional cost, however, if you still want to proceed with the refund request, we would be happy to provide a full refund on your order. I then email then every day since then with my phone number to try and resolve and they have now mixed up the orders. No response and then today on May 20, 17 days after trying to cancel the second order I get notification that order has shipped.

I also placed an order on 7/17. My friend who placed her order for the same items after me already received her order. Mine however hasn't even shipped as of 7/30. When I reached out to inquire about the 1-3 days advertised to ship, instead of taking responsibility for it taking longer than expected, their email put it on me saying they were sorry it "wasn't coming as fast as I wanted it to". They still say they aren't sure when my items will ship.
Buyer Be Aware: I order GOLI products 3 weeks and they have not yet shipped it. When you email them to get an update they send the same message repeatedly saying they are having shipping delays. They have such a Great Product - but not so good Customer Service.
