After cancelling my subscription to GLO My card was charged the full amount on Tuesday 01/30/24 - $373.08 receipt MCTPTBOVSO129 & the transaction fee $13.06. After I queried I was told I hadn’t cancelled & that I couldn’t be refunded. They then sent me a WELCOME BACK EMAIL today 3rd of March @ 9am to Rebecca.[protected]@gmail.com THE DAY AFTER they sent me this “We will not honour your request for a refund as you never cancelled” email. So it is obvious to see that this account had been cancelled in December/Jan 24. It had not been used since this date. So they basically lied to me I am quite frankly Horrified that a platform like this can be so dishonest.
