GJC Window and Door

GJC installed a 12 ft slider wrong and now there's mold in my house. GJC won't fix the door right. The 12 foot pocket slider GJC put in leaks water inside my house when it rains or gets humid, which makes black mold grow under the track, in the walls, baseboard, and tile around the door. The door came damaged with scratches and scrapes from shipping. The build out GJC did is coming off the stucco threshold. They laid the build out on my outdoor carpet without caulking it all the way around. There are many leaks and gaps where the door isn't sealed against wind or water. I contacted GJC to fix the problems. After a lot of hassle, they finally came to replace the threshold and seal the door with caulk. When they took off the bottom board, it was full of bio growth and black mold. I asked them to remove the track to get rid of any other bio growth, but they said no. They replaced the bottom board and used 7 bottles of caulk to "seal" it. Since their "fix," I can still see water coming inside my house from the bottom track when it rains or gets really humid. I emailed and called the company many times, but got no response. The door, track, and build out are faulty and causing black mold to grow in my house, making me and my baby sick. Plus, the caulking they did is dripping down my walls and coming off. I've had multiple builders come to document and estimate repairs, and they all said this door and build out are faulty and not sealed against wind or water. I've been patient and worked with GJC to fix the problem. Now, I need them to come and take out this faulty door and tracks, properly build the frame, and replace it with a new door and track that doesn't leak water from outside to inside, causing mold. Both the door and workmanship are guaranteed, so this should be done right away. Then, I can have the mold removed (for the third time) and the repairs done inside my house, where the water is damaging my walls and causing mold to grow under my tile floor. The original installation of the door build out and frame was done on outdoor carpet without sealing or caulking. I've already spent thousands to deal with the mold that GJC caused. My house won't be safe or healthy to live in until the door is taken out and the mold is properly removed, and the replacement and costs should be covered by the company's warranty and guarantee.
