I received a ticket in the mail for a red light traffic camera violation in Culver City, CA and decided to give GetDismissed a shot. They were very professional over the phone and processed all the paperwork for my ticket within a week. It's no guarantee that your ticket will get dismissed but they give you the best chance at it with their tried and true methods. You do have to pay $100 or so upfront but in my opinion it was worth it and I would recommend to anyone that is in a bind and needs help.

When I received an unfair traffic ticket, I decided to use this service to help fight my case. While I realize now that I could have done a request for written declaration trial on my own, it was great to use a service where all I had to do was explain my situation and then sign, print, and mail. It took 6 months but I just heard that I was found not guilty and my fine was being refunded. The cost of this service isn't cheap and was more than half of the ticket but happy that now this won't affect my driving record or insurance.

I have gone through most of the process, to fight a speeding ticket on a SoCal freeway, and am happy with how it had all gone. This company is thorough, efficient, professional and friendly; any and all questions I've had, they've been there on the phone to answer. I don't file my paperwork for another 7 weeks or so, so not sure how it will turn out. But I am glad I found this option and employed it. I received a traffic ticket last March at the start of the Pandemic. I am always careful of speeding but I accidentally got a little too fast due to the empty freeway. These folks know their stuff! I was not eligible to go to traffic school so fighting my ticket was the only option. I called a bazillion different companies to help fight my ticket but GetDismissed was the only one who sounded professional enough. Their site was super easy to use and even if you have to call them, they can walk you through the whole process. I've been very pleased with their customer service and the documents they prepare for you to submit to the court is extremely professional, concise, and thorough. My entire experience with them was very positive.

I received a very expensive ticket for two bogus infractions, I absolutely could not believe that the officer actually spent the time to ticket me for them. Very helpful, considering the fact that I don't have time to write a letter because of how busy my schedule is, made it so convenient. You guys are the best! I got a ticket for "running a red light" on my bicycle and immediately began "awfulizing about the possible $600 ticket, a point on my license and increased insurance rates. GetDismissed got my moving violation citation dismissed. The website's forms quided me through the process of filing a request for Trail by Written Declaration. Those forms asked me to describe the reasons for why I was issued the citation. After reading my responses, GetDismissed rewrote them in a way to raise legitimate doubts about whether they were sufficient for a conviction. Whether that was why the judge dropped the matter, or whether it was for some other reason like the officer didn't turn up to testify, I don't know. All I do know is that I didn't have to go to court, the charge was dismissed, and I got a refund in the mail of the fine I'd had to paid when filing the Declaration. Hooray for GetDismissed.

I followed the steps they layout for you in order to get the best results, which everything was very easy to do. After sending in my bail amount check and then noticing that the court immediately cashed it, I thought for sure this was a scam. About a month goes by and then I received a letter in the mail saying my case was dismissed and my bail amount would be refunded .
I was so relieved because I got a ticket for speeding and the ticket cost around $300, so paying the $80 and having "get dismissed" literally get my ticket "DISMISSED" was definitely worth it. I couldn't be happier,

Watch Out for those Bus Zones
Last July I was cited for "parking" in a bus zone near USC. I merely dropped off my Uber rider at the curb, but a cop came out of nowhere as I started to pull away. Long story short, as he gave me a ticket, I asked how much was this violation. He said $25, and I thought, no big deal. Turns out the fine is $976! So I turned to GetDismissed.com for help. They provided the on-line documents I needed and other assistance to process a Trial by Written Declaration (no court appearance), for which I had to submit another $130 as required by the LA courts system to consider my case.

Three weeks ago I received a judgment in the mail from the LA courts:

I was driving on Hiway 97 from Lake Shastina into Weed, CA. There was a CHP about 30 yards in front of me. I was going 65, as was he because I made sure I never got closer to him. All of a sudden he puts on his red light, pulls over to the right so I can pass *** and then pulls me over and gave me a speeding ticket. I called my wife to tell her how bogus this was, and by the time I got home, she had done some research and told me about GetDismissed.com. I immediately contacted them, found out about their service, and signed up. I completed their online forms and It cost me $118 with the hope that my ticket would be dismissed, it wouldn't go on my record, and my auto insurance would not skyrocket. Just yesterday I received the dismissal notice from the Siskiyou Superior Court. I will also receive a refund for the $229 bail. Couldn't be happier.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! If their services fail you and you are still found guilty, which is most likely, you do NOT get refunded, you don't get anything except paying MORE money on top of your ticket! And, the customer service representative was snarky and rude. They don't care about you, they only care about getting your money. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Worst decision ever. P.S. Take note of their extremely unprofessional and defensive responses to all the negative reviews! Quality, legitimate companies don't do that. That should be a huge red flag to anyone reading these. Companies who try to place the blame on the customer or anyone except themselves do not care about their customers. P.P.S Also, be warned they pay people for positive reviews! So all the positive reviews aren't genuinely left, they were paid for. And they ask you for a positive review in exchange for money, BEFORE you find out the decision on your trial! So many of these positive reviewers were likely found guilty after the fact! Again, you've been warned.

Coming back from dropping someone off at LAX Airport, I was given a ticket for swerving into the carpool lane to avoid an accident. I almost got hit and the choice I made saved me from doing that.
