This location has been great for the past nearly 4 years until recently the employees who worked at this store whom ran it like a well oiled machine have been replaced over the last 6 months or so . I do not know the reasons they've been replaced because Simon, KC, Sophia,Sandy and another young woman I can't think of her name at the moment we're all GREAT employees. Simon was the best customer service employee I've ever known and I do know why he left but they all were great with customers, stock, cleanliness and kept the coffee going. The new employees cannot seem to get their stock ordered cigarettes specifically nor the coffee made. I was always able to get a cup from open until close but, now if I stop at 6pm there's no coffee and the cigarettes I smoke as of lately are not ordered or whatever they're doing and I've made them aware of this . Tonight I commented, man, the old employees always had my smokes and coffee until close. The guy whom I'm not mentioning his name and is a nice enough person said, why don't you come and work with us? I laughed and said, I'm overqualified and don't get out of bed for less than $50 an hour. Sometimes when they're out, he'll say it's the morning crew or whatever he thinks to say. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but, service has suffered since the aforementioned employees have left.
If this isn't resolved, I will start going to SHEETZ or another Get Go location . I hope that's not necessary because I've been a long time loyal customer of this location and it's the closest to where I live.
I can get gas and cigarettes at Sheetz at a lower price but this Get Go location has become my favorite place for gas and cigarettes and the employees who left were like family as I shop at this station every day unless I'm out of state or sick.
Even though the gas prices are the highest around.
Desired outcome: Management should make them aware that coffee should be on ( at least one carafe) until at least 9pm and adjust their orders of cigarettes based on sales / requests.
