I bought a warranty for my 2019 Nissan Altima from Gerald Nissan of North Aurora on March 3. The guy I talked to, ***, said it was the best Nissan warranty and it cost $2,451.00. He took the money out of my bank account that day and said he'd send me the papers. But I never got them. I left four messages for Matt and he never called me back. I also talked to Nissan Consumer Affairs and they said they didn't have any record of my warranty. They said it was probably some other company's warranty, not Nissan's. I'm not happy about this.

I tried to talk to *** Tamer a few times before, but no response. Not good. We got a nice car from Gerald Nissan North Aurora on [protected], no CarFax history. Then, after a month, 4 accidents on Carfax, all from 2018, same day as we bought it. We didn't know until a few weeks ago, no reason to check Carfax. We sold the car, lost a lot of money because Gerald didn't say anything about the damage. I sent my Gerald Protection plan to *** Tamer, and proof I sold the car because it was unsafe. I want some money back, prorated based on what I used. GPP Purchase Plan: Odometer = *** Purchase Date = 8/11 Price = $1,984 Sold on [protected] Odometer = *** Prorated based on loan term (minus 10 months, no claims) = $1,744.

I bought a Nissan Rogue 21 from Sales Rep. *** and GM Tamer Shams at Gerald Nissan of N. Aurora, IL on Mar 16th. I had a bad experience with consumer fraud. They added a non-factory add-on called Gerald Protection Plan (GPP) for $1984, which was made to look like a mandatory expense included under taxes and doc. fees. They overcharged me by $985 for this GPP. I found out about this when I compared the sales invoice ($1984 for the GPP) to the sticker listing of $999 for the GPP (found in the paperwork post-purchase). Tamer promised me a refund, but I never got it. I followed up for weeks, but I got no response. They are trying to make me complete a survey from Nissan in exchange for the refund. They even provided me with their desired survey answers. Details Attached.

I lease Nissan Rogues for my biz and Gerald Nissan of North Aurora has been my go-to for 10 years now. They take back my old car and lease me a new one every 2.5 years. I made a deal with them that they'd eat the over miles we rack up and they agreed. When I got a new lease last month, Nissan wouldn't sell to me because Gerald didn't ground my old car. Now I owe $4,000 and Gerald Nissan won't take responsibility. They beat another dealer's deal to get my biz, but now they're going back on our deal. They're lying and uncooperative. I have a witness, Ralph Dyan, who heard the GM LEE agree to take my old car "as is" with no responsibility to me.

I tried to cancel my GAP coverage on 11/5 and Jason Mikel asked for the odometer statement (which I already sent) and a signature from Joshua (who I don't know). I never heard back. I reached out on 1/7 and was told the GAP was cancelled in October and they were looking into the refund. I reached out again on 2/4 and was told NMAC charged them back and I wouldn't get a refund. I contacted NMAC on 2/5 and was told they didn't get a refund. Oak Service said the refund was issued to Gerald Nissan. The info from Gerald Nissan is false. I'm due a refund of $86.81. Why not pay it? I can only imagine how many other customers they've stiffed out of money.
