BIG MISTAKE HIRING GARY SAUNDERS LAW FIRM!
We should have done our research on Gary Saunders Law Group in Corona before deciding to Hire them for our bankruptcy. My wife and I felt comfortable with the person who gave us our free consultation and took our money but we were never able to actually speak with our attorney Gary Saunders and our bankruptcy was dismissed due to the company's lack of follow through. SEVERAL UN-RETURNED PHONE CALLS and incompetent staff made our entire experience a living nightmare. We are still dealing with the fall out months later and they refuse to give us our money back. Let me save you your money and a huge headache - DO NOT USE GARY SAUNDERS LAW GROUP!
Saunders Law Group has BAD Customer Service. They pride themselves as being a caring attorney service and not an attorney mill, but I believe different. During my bankruptcy consultation they were great until I became a customer paid in full. It seemed after they got money - all service stopped. I had lots of questions, I was scared and attempted several times to talk to the attorney Gary Saunders whom I never met. Each time I called, he was in a meeting or with a client. The staff seemed unorganized constantly loosing my phone number and papers causing me to worry more. The day of my bankruptcy hearing some other attorney was paid to show up for me who never saw my file. I was told he didn't even work for the firm. I recommend researching other attorneys in the area before picking this one.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Raymond is the sells person/ legal aid, he will tell you anything just to get you to pay once they get your money they will not care about you. They use legal aids and you will never speak to an attorney. Second legal aid Stephanie filed the first paper work with a wrong name, shows how much attention they pay to their clients. Second paper work the filed was filed late, and they told me it would be an extra $250 to file other paper work, had to pay for them not filing on time. DO NOT HIRE! Poor service, don't return calls, file late and charge you extra, wait days till deadline and tell you will need to pay extra. Almost like pay me or we don't file. Hire local don't hire these legal thieves.
I agree with above two reviews, I'm surprise they aren't many negative reviews flooding the web, base on my experience the only thing this office is prompt with is taking your money, good luck having them returning your call, you'll are more likely to loose your case with this firm than wining it, it's been a horrible experience with this firm.
PS: by the way all the positive reviews that you probably read about the firm, (it's more likely they have used a paid service which you can hire them to post positive reviews)
