I’m trying to reach anyone how can help me track my order #572232 I ordered Nov 9th with no luck at all. I have received an emails with a generic message that makes no sense. I would like a simple answer when I should except my order to be delivered as I will need to by Monday 27th. It shouldn’t be this hard, perhaps this is not a legitimate business. Appreciate any info giving

I ordeeed a Marquette golden eagles vintage classic color block sleeve sweatshirt (order #571659). It was advertised as Marquette colors, blue and yellow, however it came in purple and yellow. It is also as thin as a piece of paper. Terrible quality sweatshirt which is not even the accurate colors of Marquette or what they advertise. It was also expensive, costing me 46 dollars, which is not the quality I paid for.

I ordered an XXL Alabama Crimson Infinite Vibe Faded Washed crewneck pullover on 9/23/23. I received an Arkansas pullover. I don't want or need it. I can't get Shope the SOHO to just refund my money. That's not an option on their returns site so I have tried to do a return with them sending me the correct Alabama item but who knows what they will send next? I am now in their "approval mode" to see if they will send me a return label to allow me to return their Arkansas item that I didn't order. I will never buy from them again and I will tell all my facebook friends to never buy from them. I also called a week ago and left a message and no one returned my call. I call again to today and got their voicemail again which leads me to believe this company will not deal with customers and has no customer service.

I placed an order with Gameday Couture on August 5 for 160 dollars worth of merchandise. I paid 16.99 for expedited shipping (2-4 business days including processing). It's now been 6 business days and after multiple failed attempts to contact the business I have no idea what the status of my order is or if it has even been fulfilled. I paid for expedited shipping and my products in full on August 5th but there has been no other contact with the company since I placed the order or tried to inquire about my order.

I placed an order with this business. They deducted the money from my account but did not ship my merchandise. They won't respond to emails/messages. Order Number: *** Paid for with my debit card. I received one automated email showing my order had been placed and that they'd email me when my order had shipped. Then I heard nothing else from them. Their website doesn't work properly because I entered my order number to track it a dozen times with zero results, on their website. I messaged them through *** and *** with no response. I emailed them with no response. I have my banking records and proof that this order was placed and paid for. I want this resolved quickly and directly or in court.

I have not received my order placed 4 weeks ago and cannot get a response from the business. I placed and paid in full for an order on September 26th . It was supposed to ship within 2 business days. I never received a shipping notification, so after 2 weeks I emailed the company and was told to give them another 5 business days to see if my order would ship, and to email them back if it had not. I waited 5 more business days then emailed the company again since my order still had not shipped. I received no response to my email. I called, no one answered the phone. I waited another 4-5 days still no response to my email so I emailed again and called. No one answered the phone and I'm still waiting for an emailed response as to when my order will ship. I'm beyond frustrated. I would like to know when my order will ship and a response from the company.

Placed an order on September 4th, and have not received order. Online it states it is Unfulfilled. Given numerous bogus excuses. Now no response. I placed an order for $110.39 on September 4th. After over a week I had not received a shipping confirmation so I reached out and was told they have a new system, which is why my order was taking longer to ship. After another week I sent another email, and was told due to Covid, the fires in California, the hurricane on the East Coast, and the new system were why order has not been shipped. I waited until September 30th when I emailed requesting either my order to be shipped by this Friday, October 2nd, or I would like a full refund. At this point, I have not received a response. However, I am still getting promotional emails from them about offering free shipping on new orders, etc. I feel that this company does not have the inventory available to fulfill my order, and have essentially stolen my money.

Order placed, payment cleared, I have not received my items nor will Customer Service return emails, texts or direct messages re: order status. I placed an order on September 25 and received confirmation that my order was received. The order number is 6*** The total amount of $62.78 has been taken from my bank account for over 7 days and I've yet to receive any shipping correspondence. The phone number goes directly to a voice mail that states their offices are closed due to Covid-19 and you can't leave a message. I've sent 2 emails with no reply. I've sent text messages with no reply. I've posted on their Facebook page inquiring about my order with no reply. I've sent a few messages via Facebook Messenger with no reply. I've sent a direct message on Instagram with no reply. At this point I want a full refund of my payment. There are many other complaints regarding this same issue being posted on Facebook. Gameday Couture is advertising on social media with 20% off and 40% off coupon codes and they are taking money and are not shipping orders.
