They r owing me almost $300 & not paying me back

Yesterday, I was logged out during a normal game. When I attempted to log back in, the website told me my account was terminated and to email the fraud department. I did and when they asked for identifying information, I provided it to them. The response I was given was that they still suspected fraud and my account was terminated. However, I was playing the game the same way I have been since July this year. The only difference is I won a tournament prize of $800 a few weeks ago. For this prize I was told it would be sent to my payment method, but when I attempted to cash it out, it never worked. It took me three days to learn that I had to request a paper check instead although I wasn't given a reason why and that processing would take 4-6 weeks. When my account was terminated I was also informed that forfeited my winnings so I now believe my account was terminated simply so the company did not have to pay me what I won.

Worldwinner recently changed payment processors, which has apparently prevented them from processing withdrawal payments to customers like me in their customary and timely manner. I have attempted to work with customer service on this issue but since 11/16 I just keep being told that they are working on it with no update on when the issues will be resolve or when I will receive my payments.Worldwinner used to promise paypal withdrawals (at least as recently as 11/11) in 3-5 days. They now tell me it is 7 business days - no prior notice of this "change" was provided. Worldwinner currently owes me $1,179 in withdrawals. While some of those are recent withdrawals, one is from 11/16 and worldwinner is unable to tell when that withdrawal will be processed and is unwilling to manually take care of the issue. The money I am owed is as followed:11/16 withdrew $601 received $280 last week. Worldwinner cannot tell me where the remaining $321 is and when it will be paid to me.11/17 withdrew $500. I have not received a confirmation email regarding my withdrawal and it has not been processed when worldwinners.11/18 withdrew $121. No confirmation email, not processed 11/22 withdrew $227.00. No confirmation email, not processed.Total $1,169 This is starting to feel like fraud or theft given the inability to provide updates or information on when and how I will receive my money. At minimum I should have received the first withdrawal by now with the remainder by the end of the week. Worldwinner is unable or unwilling to tell me when I can expect these payments.

I have been an active member since 2015. User ID: *** I won 1st place in a Bejeweled Champions tournament Division II Tournament ID# *** that paid 1st place $250.00 I withdrew the $250.00 on 9/1 to be transferred to my *** Money debit card account ending in ***.On 9/2 @ 09:52 Worldwinner shows two deposits being made: CREDIT MasterCard ending in *** 9/2 @ 09:52 -$150.00 CREDIT MasterCard ending in *** 9/2 @ 09:52 -$100.00 I have never received the $150.00 because the card it was sent to *** was inactive. Why was my winnings sent to two different cards at the same time? Nothing about these transactions makes any sense. I had made a deposit prior to my winning the tournament from this same account *** due to fraud and replacing it with card ***. There is no reason why *** should have been an option as it was deleted from my profile prior to me making a new deposit back in August to my player account and removing the inactive card. Worldwinner has done nothing to resolve this issue but give me the run around and blame my bank. I've contacted *** Money to see what they had on their end and show no transactions going to card *** early August. The *** Money rep had offered to conference call to speak with Worldwinner but unfortunately the customer service number for *** produced no live person to speak to. I'd like my $150.00 to be deposited into my account that I'm owed. I've been a loyal player for 6 years and should be treated as such. Thank you in advance for you assistance.
