Dear Sir/Madam

I am more than fed-up.

I handed in the Epson Eco Tank L3150 printer more than 11 weeks ago on 15 Aug 2023. (see Screenshot attached above)
The screenshot also confirms that the printer was previously booked in for repairs at Game Menlyn on 03 Apr 2023 for exactly the same problem! I am going on a ship cruise 09 Nov 2023 to Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. I must have printed copies of numerous documents such as:

• proof of payment to the Cruise Line Company
• 6 prepaid shore excursion/s in each country
• prepaid access to WiFi onboard Singapore Airlines
• printed copies of my prepaid airline tickets
• e-visa for Vietnam
• copy of my passport
• proof of my Singapore Airline Frequent Flyer Membership
• prepaid hotel reservations in two countries
• prepaid transfer from Singapore Airport to Bencoolen Hotel
• prepaid transfer from Bencoolen Hotel to the Singapore

Seaport/Pier/Cruise Terminal
• prepaid transfer from Bangkok Harbour/Pier/Cruise Terminal to Maitria
Hotel in Bangkok
• prepaid transfer from Maitria Hotel to Bangkok Airport

If I do not get my printer by Friday 03 Nov 2023, I shall lay a formal complaint and post a very negative review of Game Menlyn’s customer support and post-purchase service on SOCIAL MEDIA and hellopeter.com. I shall also mention the name of Game Menlyn’s manager and indicate the exact dates and times I have spoken to Mr Eric Nobela, who was unable to resolve my complaint.

This is not only a threat and a warning, but you are hereby put on Official Notice (Officialis Notitiam) legally! Hope to receive my printer back in good working order or have it replaced before Friday 03 Nov 2023.
