Please note that I returned my WIFI router to Game Clearwater, the router works but is not performing as well as the new Huawei I bought, The first time I had to walk to the mall and wanted to return the router for a refund, I had to wait quite long to get any help. The return policy on the back of the slip does not indicate that the product must be returned within a certain period of time for a refund. It only indicates that should you return the product in it's original condition and box with a till slip you will be refunded, if you do not have the slip you will be refunded the amount for what the product is selling for at the time you return the product. I got home, phoned Game customer care, only then I was informed that the router must be sent for an assessment to make sure it is still working. I then walked back for a second time to book in the router for assessment. Again I received bad service and bad attitude from more than one staff member. I received an SMS to inform me that my router is back at the store from repairs and that I can collect the router. I then walked back to the mall for the third time, no one at the returns counter, had to call someone to come and help me. Every single time I've been to the store more than one staff member approached me and rudely interrupted while someone was already assisting me. The last time I went to the store, I had to push a staff member away from me as he got up all into my face. Another person then grabbed and assaulted me, I quote saying "don't touch my manager like that" and through me out the store. This person did not even have Game uniform on, the next moment I am surrounded by +/- 20 staff members & customers, one of them had a blue baseball bat in his hand and the other busy taking of his belt. I had no other choice than to protect myself in self defense. Center Management's security calmed the situation down and asked the crowd to move away. I was detained and locked up by Honeydew police officers as the store manager laid charges against me. I am not allowed back in the store and Game Clearwater still has my router. I demand a refund as I am not allowed to enter the store again and will never ever support any Game store ever again. I want my refund urgently please.

Desired outcome: I want my refund, non negotiable.
