Game Stores review: Samsung galaxy a03 core

I bought cell phone Samsung galaxy A 03 core 32 GB on 23/02/2022. Within 5 days the phone was faulty the settings were not working so I took the phone back on 28/02/2022 to get a new phone or my money back they said it is a factory fault they have to take it back for repairs . I am really not happy because I paid cash for this item . I don't want a repaired phone , because I bought a brand new phone not a second hand
