Furnmart Botswana, Palapye. review: Rip off, incorrect information, false advertising and obtaining by false pretense

I purchased a laptop that was advertised early this year as it was on special. Took advantage of the special, approached an agent who helped me well as i was using hire purchase. The problem started when i was made to sign contracts and not given any explanation. Yes, it is my duty to read terms, but im sure the regulator forces furnmart to discuss the contract with a client. I got held up by work until one time i decided to go through the contract, only to find that ive been charged for 2 items: the laptop i purchased on special which was advertised to me by mouth and catalog (which also came with *free amplify buds*) and the buds which were supposed to be free. Thats about 3999 for the laptop and 259 for the buds. No discount value, i returned to the shop trying to understand several things being

Why i was charged for the buds yet i was told they were free. No one gave me an explanation. They wanted me to sign a new contract without explaining why. Mind you, i am paying 24 months for the headsets and laptop!.

To top it off. Each and every month they get p50 for service charge. Something i knew about until i went there. POOR SERVICE!
