Was verbally told differnt information from what was on contract. I was told by the sales person who came to my door that they were offering a special . 50$ for inital service ands 30 day followup service. And that I could cancel at anytime after the follow up service. I have now recived a bill stating that the 30 day follow up was for afee of 99$ and I am locked into a year of service or be charged a 200$ cancellation fee. I was lied to by the sales person sent to my home. I have called to discuss this with the company and they aggeed to waive the 99$ 30 day follow up fee but have said I am locked into 4 more treatments. I would have never locked myself into a service that was so costly. I was told that regardless of what the sales person said that was not the companys problem.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I think this type of advertising is fraudulent. I am dissatisfied and want a refund or termination without early termination penalty but they are trying to hold me responsible for paying for three more treatments despite the complete inefficacy of the product. They want to return to spray again (as many times as necessary ) claiming their product has no harmful effects on humans or our pets.I am refusing multiple treatments because it will mean increased exposure for me, my family and my pets and because it did not work twice. I spoke to manager Brett *** who kept trying to convince me to keep letting them come out and spray if no success and there was nothing he could do about the contract no matter what and the early termination penalty would have to be paid even if they did not live up to their promises. When i called back , they claimed to have no email for me to send complaint to but they have since sent email to my husband showing a copy of contract we signed -disingenuous practices.
