Pilipo was awesome! He came to our home, listened to all my concerns & got right to work. He was very thorough, inside and out of the home. Then took the time to answer any questions I had. Very friendly as well.

We can absolutely recommend Action Termite and Pest Control for termite extermination. *** and the other rep were thorough and clean. They were helpful with any questions we had. Very satisfied with this company.

Heath called and said he was going to be early which was fine. He inspected the area we are having problems with and took action to treat the areas and was very pleasant. Liked his attitude and he got the job done quick.

Have used this company for 6 or 7 years and they have taken care of *** problems we have had. We use their annual inspection plan which has worked well to keep problems from reoccurring. $49 per year is money well spent.

My pest control guy of 22 years retired in May. He gave me Action Pest Controls number. *** came out today and did the initial service. I was very impressed with everything he did. He explained exactly what he was doing and did a very through job. Extremely satisfied thanks.

been dealing with Action Termite Control since 2015. Always on the spot. Heath came out today to do our annual termite inspection and couldn't have been better. We had a reoccurrence about 3 years ago and they came out the next day and treated again. Haven't seen a termite since. They are top notch to say the least.

Miguel had to come out because we noticed a termite tube going up our foundation wall. Our home was treated by Action with a warranty. We had to wait 2 1/2 weeks for thembto come out to retreat, but its worth it. Action Termite & Pest stands behind their warranty, so far and Miguel was professional, courteous and within our appointment time! We would recommend Action!

I have been a customer of *** for four years, they treated my property completely and inspect every year as promised, in between inspections they have taught me what to look for, when I find any more critter tunnels, they send their tech for a re-treat under warranty very promptly, thanks ***. I have also had the same tech for the past few visits, *** is a pleasure to have on my property, efficient, knowledgeable, I now request *** for my services.

Philipo is an awesome professional who is respectful, and courteous. Philipo has replaced our other technician Shane whom we loved dearly like a family member. So far Philipo is doing a great job. If Action Pest Control replaces Philipo I’ll change companies. Because it’s hard to find good people whom you can let into your house and feel comfortable. Again if you replace Philipo it better be with Shane if not you’ll be losing me as a faithful patron. I give both Shane and Philipo 5 plus stars.

Heath showed up right on time despite being unfamiliar with the development and, in fact, was called to "fill in" for our usual termite guy from another company who couldn't make it (not really explained to us by the dispatcher). After a little exchange of information, and a call to the original company, Heath completed the inspection with the ultimate in professionalism and knowledge, not to mention his extremely pleasant demeanor. Because our inspection was required for a VA refi, Heath knew all the required blanks required and completed the forms immediately on the spot so we could forward to the lender. He anticipated all of our questions, had the right answers, and I would recommend him extremely highly as well as the company he works for: Action Termite Control.

On 6/7/2022, *** from Action Termite & Pest Control, came to my residence to do a warranty inspection. *** was thorough, I will say that, however he was quick to state that I had termite in 2 sections of the patio cover support beams, just by sticking a screwdriver in the wood. He didn't peel anything back, just poked it and said you have termites. *** finished inspecting the rest of the house and said I needed a termite treatment to address those 2 support beams on the patio, $895.00. After he left I contacted my roofing company, who came out and actually inspected the wood deeper and stated this was dry rot not termites. I called and canceled the scheduled termite treatment immediately and let Action Termite & Pest Control know that I am disappointed in *** service. According to Action Termite & Pest Control, with *** confirming, this property has not shown any termite action since originally inspected in 2018. I'm not stating that it can't happen, just stating that I don't like being taken advantage of by a company I trusted.
