Took my money but it's been 4 months and they still haven't shown up for 3 different delivery dates. They lie and don't come through. Don't use them!

Front Range Stone, Inc. is terrible. They took my money and didn't even finish the job. I kept calling them, but they kept scheduling appointments and then never showed up or called to let me know. This has been going on for two whole months now. They even tried to get me to sign off on the work being done before it was even finished. They are a total rip off.

This was the worst experiance of my life. They said it would take 5-7 weeks but it's been 9 weeks and still no end in sight. The customer service is terrible and now I'm stuck because we already paid. I don't get how a company can't give you what you paid for or give your money back. So, if you're thinking about buying from them, be careful!

Front Range Stone is the bomb! They really came through for us, even though we had a bit of a rough start. But Katie and Andy were super cool and patient with me, even when I was being a bit of a grump. They helped us get our kitchen counter looking amazing! And shoutout to Rodolfo and his homie, they killed it with the installation. Thanks a bunch, y'all! Peggy

Got my countertops from *** and they sent the order to Front Range Stone. Waited for 2 1/2 weeks but never heard from them for measurements. Left messages and even *** Consultant tried to reach them but no reply. Won't recommend them to my friends and my company. They don't know how to run a business. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I dunno why some peeps are hatin' on Front Range Stone, Inc. cuz they've been nothin' but awesome to me. I've used 'em twice now and both times they did a bang-up job. Even when I messed up and caused a problem, they fixed it quick. Their customer service is top-notch and their installations are spot-on. And don't listen to anyone who says they make you use *** - that's just not true. Yeah, *** has a big selection from Front Range, but they don't make you use 'em. So if you need some stone work done, give these guys a shot.

I had a hard time getting in touch with these guys to schedule the work. It took me a couple of weeks to finally get through to someone who didn't seem too thrilled to take my info. The work they did was pretty shoddy too. The plastering around where the old tile back splash was is a mess. They asked if they could cut holes for *** on my porch area if they agreed to clean up, but they just pulled up my outdoor carpet and left a pile of debris underneath. I've been trying to get them to come back and clean up for over a week now, but they won't answer my calls or return them. I'd recommend finding a different contractor.

This biz is not reliable and untrustworthy! We started the countertop replacement process on June 6th. I cancelled the order on August 22nd. They were neglectful, no one followed our order after it was paid for and I got a confirmation of acceptance. I waited for 10 weeks, heard nothing. Then it took an act of God three weeks later for someone to answer the phone. By then they told us our countertop choice was no longer available. So their incompetence became our loss. And they lied to cover their mistake up that we had been put on the far back burner. The details aren't important now but your time and $$$ are. Run and tell everyone else to run.

They came twice and both times the counters were cut wrong. I've been without a kitchen sink and dishwasher for a week now because they're slow and can't get their cuts right, and they're unwilling to reimburse me for plywood as a temporary counter. Calling them is like calling phone support in India, who knows what's going on behind the scenes. But they're more than willing to add notes into the abyss that is my account. It's comforting to know somewhere in their database there exists descriptions of my problems that no one will ever read. I've literally finished renovations on my entire house while waiting for these counters to be installed. This was the first company I contacted in the long renovation process, why are they not finished when everyone else was done long ago? My house was supposed to be on the market weeks ago.

Front Range Stone is not the best choice for countertops. They told me to pick out my slabs at MSI, but then called me 4 weeks later to say they sent me to the wrong slab whatehouse. They wanted me to go to Dal Tile, where I had to look at a slab in the dark with a flash light and was given only one choice for my Quartite. I lost my beautiful slabs at MSI and had to settle for less beautiful ones. I had been without countertops, my sink or dishwasher for 5 weeks! Today they were supposed to install my countertops and I confirmed yesterday that we were good to go. I was there first stop at 8am. At 9:30 no one was here, had to call and they said they would check into it and get back to me. NO ONE DID! At 10:30 I called again only to be told they wouldnt be out! They couldnt give me a reason as to why! So now I wait to find out when (they said probably not tomorrow) and wait to hear their excuse!

The granite itself is beautiful, but the experience with Front Range Stone, Inc. was a nightmare. Their customer service is terrible and they seem to be disorganized. My husband and I ordered counters for our kitchen and bathrooms, but it was a lot of work dealing with them. It took a long time to get an installation date and their instructions were incomplete. When the installers arrived, they were early and aggressive. They yelled at me and even knocked into my arm. To make matters worse, they messed up the backsplash and cracked the counter. The person I was working with promised to fix it, but they missed the rescheduled installation date and didn't communicate well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Don't hire this company! I would give them less than one star if I could. I hired Front Range Stone to replace my countertops for $4500. They asked me to drive the new sink to their warehouse so they could measure the slabs and make sure the cut out was perfect. A month later, they finally scheduled the install for two days. Today, they came to install and realized they cut the slab incorrectly, leaving me with no counter top, sink, faucet, or water access in my kitchen. When I called, the manager gave me the runaround and offered no solution. She suggested I use my bathroom for water and wash dishes in my bathtub or build a temporary kitchen with plywood. As a pregnant woman, I can't do that. It's been 3 1/2 hours since I called, and I still haven't heard back. This business deserves 0 stars. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If you're thinking about using Front Range Stone, think again! This company is the worst I've ever worked with. They have a contract with a big box store, and if you purchase a countertop through them, you're forced to work with Front Range Stone. They take the full cost of the project upfront, and once they have your money, you're screwed. The guy who comes out to template your countertops barely speaks English, so make sure to ask questions and read their contracts carefully. There's small wording in there about "it is at the DESCRITION of Front Range Stone" to put a seam in your expensive and beautiful stone. They don't care if you've worked forever to have this beautiful stone installed like a professional company might install it. They'll do whatever suits them, even if it means cutting a seamed piece to serve their purposes. Their customer service department is the absolute worst. They talk condescendingly and never take your call. They will make one call to let you know when the install will be and inform you that they will never call you again to remind you. If you have trouble with your order, they block your call and will never pick up. The installers they hire are good, but the company is terrible. Don't use Front Range Stone. There are other options out there that are so much better.

This company sent me a granite piece with a big stain on it. They say it's natural, but it looks like it got burnt. They want to charge me thousands for a new piece. Now I have no countertop or cooktop for who knows how long (they said a month). Not cool.

I bought from Front Range Stone, Inc. on 4/30 and they installed it on 7/2. It cost me $2224.38 and my account number is ***/po# ***. I had direct contact with the company on 8/25. I have some concerns about the service. They charged me for overhang next to appliances where there were supposed to be none. I also had issues with getting an inspector out and having repairs made regarding stains and seams. They charged me $273 for "custom cabinet prep" but all they did was staple two pieces of cardboard to the frame! They installed it without fitting the sink even though it was on site and laser measured beforehand! The installers left a mess: wet saw splatter left on the door, window, and back of the house that has to be painted over and cleaned! I wrote a letter to the company on 9/26 but I haven't received any response. They haven't addressed any of my issues, and they haven't shown up or returned my calls. I'm sure they wouldn't accept this type of service and product if it were their home!

Front Range Stone ain't no walk in the park, let me tell ya. We've been trying to get them to fix some issues with our granite countertops, but they're giving us the runaround. We even tried to talk to ***, but no dice. They won't even come out to our place to take a look at the problems. Here's what's been going on:

1. We paid extra for one big slab of granite for our island, but when it showed up, it was in two pieces. When we called Front Range Stone, they said they can cut it however they want without telling us. What a load of baloney!

2. They used lasers to measure our bathroom counter, and we had the sink and faucet on site to make sure everything fit. But when the counter arrived, they said there wasn't enough room for the faucet behind the sink, so they put it on the right side instead. Plus, they used some cheap caulk that's already falling apart.

3. Our tile contractor noticed that the countertop next to the oven is all messed up. It's not straight against the oven, it's not level, and there's a gap in the back that can't be covered by a backsplash tile.

We don't want our money back or anything like that. We just want Front Range Stone to do their job right and give us the countertops we paid for. Is that too much to ask?

Front Range Stone did our countertops and it was a big mess. We got them through Home Depot and they cost over $12,000. The quartz island countertop they put in our kitchen was all messed up with a bad seam and a chip. The installers from Front Range Stone and other companies couldn't believe how bad it was. They sent a technician to fix it in February, but he found a crack in the countertop. We've been trying to get in touch with them for over a week, but they won't answer our calls or our architect's calls. We found out that other people who got their countertops through Home Depot and Lowe's are having the same problems with Front Range Stone. We can't move into our house until they fix it, but they won't respond. They need to replace it, but they won't do anything. Please help us and everyone else who's having this problem.

I got granite countertops from Floor and Decor and they used Front Range Stone Inc. for the installation. I had to call them many times because they messed up the whole process. The workers didn't do what they said they would. They came to measure the countertops and said they would include support brackets in the order. The installation was supposed to be on 01/13 from 1pm to 5pm, but they called at 3:58pm to say they would be late. They arrived at 5:15pm and went to my basement to look at the job. Then they said there were no brackets on the order and they couldn't install the countertops. They called their supervisors, but one of them was more interested in my signs than the problem. I called the store manager at Floor and Decor and he said he would email them and follow up with me. I called Front Range Stone Inc. at 8:30am and spoke to Steve who didn't care and said someone would call me by the end of the day. They should have called me first thing in the morning to apologize and fix the problem, but they didn't.

I got my kitchen counter tops and island upgraded to "granite" through *** and paid X amount of dollars. The granite was provided by *** and the cutting was done by Front Range Stone. I asked if I could get the remnants back, but both the *** representative and Front Range Stone Rep were not sure. I argued that I should be entitled to the remnants as I have already paid for the 3 slabs. The Front Range Stone Rep mentioned that I could purchase the remnants, which made me question if they were making a profit off of my purchased slabs. The Rep back peddled and said that the remains would be difficult to retrieve or dangerous. They told me to call back when I was closer to having the granite installed and noted my request to purchase the remnants. This process seems shady and leaves me wondering if they benefit from customers not knowing their options. I want the remnants back without any additional charges, as they legally belong to me.
