Exceptional experience and great customer service with FreightRun. Highly recommended!

Very good experience, every time i choose Freight Run and they are good prices. I'm satisfied by the call center and E-mails they responsed very quickly. But...choose a good transporter for have no surprise.

Frank coordinated our two FTL shipments this past week. He was extremely fast to solve every need & was a pleasure to work with. Pricing was fair & service was great. We will look to book with Freight Run again.

Very unethical company. They charged twice for the same shipment. We used a charge card for payment and they, without authorization, charged us twice. I should sue them but is not worth my time. Do not use them for anything!

Frank, Kept in touch, promised our furniture delivered & it was & in a timely fashion. Driver they sent was polite & professional. Cost a little more than stated but it was a good value overall. Very happy would recommend & use again.

Great company and very helpful. They kept in contact with me through the whole process and even though we are going through a pandemic they were able to get my my shipments. Diana was super helpful and answered all my questions and kept me informed on my shipment. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with FreightRun. Frank, my Freight Specialist was extremely helpful and patient with me. He got my freight schedule for pick-up the very same day I called and it was delivered in record time! The rate was great as well. I will continue to use this company for my freight needs...GREAT JOB!

I have very little experience in shipping freight and was delighted to have Nicole G walk me through the process. She was attentive and listened to my needs, answered my questions and was eager to assist in all facets of the transaction. Even after the carrier picked up the package she was there to help me follow through to the delivery and furnished me with the necessary documentation. Great customer service! Expect the trucking companies to take advantage of you. FreightRun does nothing to help protect new customers and passes those sneaky fees from the trucking company on to their paying customers. You can't get a consistent number out of them for how much anything is going to cost, you can't get a consistent date and time for shipping. You hand this company $9000 for a full truck load and no one seems to know how to work a phone or GPS. Will never use this company again, this process has been a nightmare of uncertainty. Worse than a terrible experience.

Want to share a positive experience with Freight Run as a first time shipper. From the moment they answered my initial request for assistance and up to current date, the freight specialist Eric has kept me in the loop and made adjustments as needed. Furthermore, without knowing me or what I was shipping they have made me feel like someone cares about my shipment and that the contents arrive safely. Kudos to Tom M and all the friendly staff at Freight Run. Thanks for turning a possible headache into a positive experience. I highly recommend contacting Freight Run for your shipping needs.

I have been with Freight Run for over 2 years now and the service i had is just overwhelming, the customer service is outstanding, they actually treated me like a family i was amazed the way i was been served, great pricing and fast delivery. I was also confuse and happy as they called and emailed me from time to time during my shipment period. They make sure i am satisfied. One big shoutout to Cabil Madet for Helping and working with me like he knew me before ?. On a serious note haven't had that type of a treatment from previous companies i have used.
