Making decisions of my money, without asking me before. Also,making me some charges that I was not aware of. And also, been yelled and bad treatment by the their customer service.

My car was re-poed due to missed payments, but when i tried paying them they denied giving me any type of payment plan and they added extra fees
My car was re-poed due to missed payments, but when i tried paying them they denied giving me any type of payment plan and they added extra fees to the cost of getting my car out of the tow yard. They also are not attempting to cooperate with me and i just received a letter stated the are going to attempt selling my car at a private auction 4/7.
