Freewallet Account suspended

I exchanged some bitcoin into xmr and was sending it off the wallet until the last of it was suspended with nearly $60k now sitting there without the ability to move it. I sent in my verification picture, ID and bank statement. Contacted through telegram, email and twitter and have not gotten a response. It’s messed up because I need that money now. I can’t have it just sitting there stressed out hoping someone gets back to me and it gets released someday. Ticket number 464277

I’ve never had any other wallet do this. Completely unacceptable to freeze 60k while the market goes down

Hello Kriskomendantov,  Freewallet will not help you resolve your issue because I was once in your situation.

I contacted Freewallet but they kept requesting documents upon documents, and no help was rendered, which made me believe that the company is aware of this suspension.

Late last month, I saw an article on this website that discussed Paige Mccubbin, and the comments from others under the article backed it up, saying that Paige Mccubbin has helped a lot of victims recall funds from scammers and rogue companies like Freewallet and more and have them deposited into victims' accounts.

Upon seeing the article, I immediately contacted her on Telegram; her handle is "Paigecubbin."

The short version is that she was able to help me recall my funds, which were deposited at my bank.

I will suggest you contact Paigecubbin on Telegram and have some conversations with her.

Freewallet Freewallet account not allowing transactions

Awaiting the unlocking of my account to enable transactions since April 1 . Did not have this issue previously a year ago when things were resolved in 24 hours . My coins /nexo stuck and I submitted all the verification documents requested. My ticket number with them is 462555 and I keep getting messages that they will contact me if there is any news . Kindly assist.

Was advised by nexo/SEC to file europol complaint and to CC them The info to persue similar several complaints thru are receiving from Latvian and Lithuanian based companies . They say embedded Russian operatives are involved in these crypto operations. I have a similar issue

Freewallet Suspend withdrawals after receiving USDT

Hi,

On 2023 Feb 21 I received a USDT payment on my wallet and soon after that my account temporarily suspend withdrawals. Then they asked to verify my identity as per their order I have send my passport copy, video of some transactions on my app etc. Then they asked to give the screenshot/ video of incoming transfer from the sender APP. That also I have given. Then they asked to give video of transaction where my sender received the funds. I contact my sender, they updated that since we are giving same service they cannot give their client details. Then freewallet support asked my company registration details, I have given my PVT LTD company Incorporation Certificate, MOA and AOA. Then they started saying its not authority issued certificates. I don't know how they check a company Incorporation certificate is no genuine. They simply reply to all my mails saying its not authorized certificates. But I am sure that I am giving the original certificates. With out proper explanation, their support Mr. Philip keep replying send originals. I thought since they are out side of India, they may not able to verify that. So I told them I have Hong Kong entity with same name they can verify that and send the Incorporation Certificate and Business Registration Certificate. Again Mr. Philip replied to send the original certificate with out any proper explanation. I have registered HK company using Sleek.com I have given their portal logins to them so that they can download the certificates from there.

My ticket ID seems to be 458924:336260 I need some one familiar with company registration certificates to check this and verify my account so that I can transfer money.

Desired outcome: Need to transanfer balance amount

Thanks for your reply. I understand that you found unusual activity and that's why you have asked for verification.

The problem I am trying to say is that, what ever the docs I am giving, your support person Mr. Philip simply say to send the certificate issued by authorities. I am giving the certificates issued by authorities only. On my last email, I clearly mention that Sleek.com is our registered agent for Hong Kong and all the company documents I have is in their portal. I shared portal logins to your support team they can login and download the certificates and business registration certificates from that.

Can you ask your person to login using my credentials and download authority issued certificates directly so that they should not have any doubt that its altered by me.

Thanks again for your reply, Only this way you will have my registration certificates. I hope you will download the certificates and verify my account soon.

Every user's complaint about Freewallet is bad; do you know why that is? because Freewallet is a fraudulent business.My account was suspended for many months, and they're very good at not responding to customers.If you send them emails, they will never help you.

Reading some reviews on this website led me to a Paige McCubbin article. Although the post was about a cryptocurrency-bank-scam-related case, it focused on how she had been assisting others in getting their funds from scammers, both individuals and businesses.

I contacted her on Telegram; her name is Paigecubbin. To my delight, she was able to retrieve my funds from Freewallet within three days, and I had the money deposited into my bank account. To get your funds, I advise getting in touch with her.

Freewallet Account suspended

"Your account has been suspended. Please contact Support for more details." My account has been suspended for no reason for almost half a year. I have submitted multiple support tickets and have been repeatedly asked to provide a plethora of documents including, but not limited to, identification documents, photos with proof of hand-held images, and bank transaction information. I have submitted all the required documents but my account still hasn't been unlocked. I am unable to withdraw my property of over $20,000, and they keep finding excuses to delay the process and request for more stringent proof. I believe this is highly unreasonable for a wallet app, and I just want to retrieve my coins that rightfully belong to me. Is this so difficult for a wallet app? How can users trust you and deposit their coins if this is the kind of service you provide? My ticket ID is 461034 and my user ID is a52a72f6."

Desired outcome: I hope that the restrictions on my account can be lifted as soon as possible so that I can retrieve my coins.

They are a bunch of robbers, they are a bunch of thieves, they don't solve the problem at all, even if I expect full cooperation with them, they will always be harsh and make you provide endless documents, this is absolutely illegal and unreasonable, they are not here to protect Account security, they are trying to snatch our wallets! ! Please stay away from FreeWallet!I'm a reasonable person, but I'm driven crazy by them

I remembered that when I was a victim a few weeks ago, my account was suspended and my money locked up.

After several attempts to withdraw or resolve the issue with Freewallet reps, none worked.

They intentionally suspended my account because they wouldn't approve any document I sent for verification.

But an article I saw here on this forum about Paige McCubbin helped me. The article explained how Paige McCubbin has helped a lot of victims with similar cases tackle Freewallet and have their funds sent to them.

I immediately reached out to her on Telegram, under the username Paigecubbin.

She helped me, within a matter of three days, recall every dime I have on Freewallet.

I advise you to contact her on Telegram for help.

Freewallet Account suspended

Hi, as soon as I tried to move my coins to an exchange, freewallet suspended my account. Then asked me to verify myself which I did according to what they wanted. Then now they have asked for a proof of address like bank statement. Which I provided. Now they are asking for a video of the exchange I use and what wallett address I use etc. This is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I want my account reactivated and my coins to be transferred to my exchange wallet.

O.ki was playing on the( flash Rewards bata,program. In nov.9 2021 there or about that time.on there app. Site. I was stop and then back to [ regerster my legal name ,address, etc.which I provided.and I was allow content to play the games on there site.now,I was inform the machines that I was playing on. Said that I won ex ,amount of bitcoins.said they even give you a prom0 code to use on their app.site.so I use their prom0 code to the exchange with bitcoin, freewallet,cryto.com.etc.but receiveded nothing as of yet.why? They said that they would tranfer it to your bank of choice. Well that hasn't happen for me yet. Is this ascam?

Freewallet Unlock and verify my account so I can transfer my money away to a safer wallet.

Brand new to Freewallet and was under the impression that I completed the registration and log in to use their services. It was only after I bought and paid for some Bitcoin that they needed email verification before I could do anything with it. I wasn't and still am not aloud to trade, swap, or transfer out my Bitcoin until my email is verified. I tried entering in my email many times and it would not accept it as a real email. Only after I accidentally entered in my email and forgot the "m" in "@.com" did it accept it and sent a verification email to nothing because my email wasn't entered in right. There's no option to do over or reset the email verification prompt. My money is now stuck. I emailed Freewallet immediately and sent them all that they need including my name, date it happened, the amount in my wallet and a bunch of other information including screen shots and my QR code but they have not unlocked it or reset it so I can enter in my correct email. It's been over a week now and they are saying they need a text document of my hash? I don't even know what they mean! This is absolutely ridiculous for them to act like this. I've sent them plenty in personal verification and they will not unlock my money. I have the emails back and forth tk prove there bad business practices. I'm furious!

I have tried to buy gift card for Ebay due to me needing to pay for an item so I tried to do so maybe 6 or 7 times with no success.. I got no email of the gift card sent to me and SOME of the transactions say failed and some say nothing but yet my balance is missing more then 1 and I'm not happy at all..

I have been completely screwed around with via email, other 3rd party apps & your FAVORITE ( The silent treatment ). I have finally saved enough to pay my attorney to work it out with you through court ( I'd imagine) being I have attempted to resolve this EVERY other way possible and not to mention have been BEYOND PATIENT ( Hence complaint date being OVER A YEAR AGO )

Freewallet Unlock my account!

They locked my account after accepting dozens of deposits. I have contacted them on twitter and telegram and filed a support request. The deposits were made over a series of several weeks, and when I tried to withdraw on May 6 they locked the account. I provided all information they demanded - driver's license, photo verification, etc - on Sunday, May 8. They said it was forwarded to security analysts, and then replied today on Monday, May 9 asking for the information I had already sent them.

My funds have been frozen for several days now and it has cost me $3000. I cannot move them, I cannot swap for other coins, I cannot do anything. I have reached out on Twitter, Telegram, email, on their site, and any other place I could think of to find resolution. They have been very slow to respond, and when they do it seems to be a form response. No one is helping, and I have no recourse other than to make my problem public.

I would like for them to unlock my account. This is horrible practice from a company and I am personally embarrassed I ever used their service.

While it is good that Freewallet confirmed that i have satisfied the verification requirements, they still have not unlocked my assets.

Thus, I have retained legal counsel and have now filed formal complaints against Freewallet with the SEC and the Cyber Crimes division of the FBI.

Freewallet Account got suspended and unable to redraw

I login to my wallet and withdraw my coins to sell on coinbase and Freewallet said "you account has been suspended"

I heard about freewallet scam but I not belive. Please check and open my account. I have done KYC.

Freewallet FreeWallet

I downloaded a Crypto wallet with this company. I simply need to use the wallet to send and receive money. The main issue here is that somehow FreeWallet took it upon themselves to create my email (identity) themselves thus making verification impossible. signing up I remember thinking "when are they going to ask for my email?", although I soon forgot. The account got created, I was given an active wallet and address, I received money fine (of course) from a friend. However, trying to send the money I was immediately blocked and told to verify my email. Then (after sign up) I must verify my ID/and email I used to sign up. That is fine except for the fact that my email was created by FreeWallet. I do not have the password for that domain and have never ever heard of it. Now I am told by support I must send a BUNCH of personal documents. I am trying to work with them but when I send what they need I seem to be on hold for quite some time. As of now this seems like a scary way to hold peoples cash. This app seems to have some alterior motivations here although I am sure they do business with people who make zero mistakes. (comforting). Maybe it is all my fault. Hopefully it is and I can apologize and get my money still.

Desired outcome: To please get my email changed to my actual email. Not an Email FreeWallet created to sign up my account I have never heard of. I emailed docs asked for from [protected]@protonmail.com

Freewallet Wallet Suspended and Verifications Ignored

I filed a complaint about Freewallet suspending my account "for suspicious activity" in March 2021. I complied with all their requests for transaction information, photo ID (though it was an anonymous wallet), utility bills, handwritten signs that say I know its illegal to commit fraud...all from the original phone, email, 2FA etc. I can't get anything but generic requests for more information. I am complaining again because my original complaint was not resolved and is now gone from the listing page. Please restore my wallet. At the very least, please send me a phone number so I can talk with a customer service rep to understand what you need to reopen the account.

Freewallet Freewallet

My account has been suspended for months and Freewallet support will not answer my many email requests to tell me how to unfreeze the account! Just generic emails sent and no specific instructions nor requests for an account verification process!

Desired outcome: I would love to transfer my Dogecoin out to a reliable service

FreeWallet really does like to lock your money down by making you confused and frustrated it seems. Some how my account got created with an email I have never even heard of. Which means, FreeWallet some how moved the process along and added their own email as my identity. While working with support I am getting resonses but they refuse to acknowledge that they made any email or how it was made and added as mine. They are asking for everything one could imagine and when I actually am providing the information they need, I get little to no response so far. They seem to be even asking what wallets I received my BC transfer from. (I dont know my out of state friends wallet). This is not right. If I am wrong, I will gladly resolve this issue.

I have this problem (your account has been suspended) for two monthes, whatever docs that they wanted i sent but no answer and everyday they have delay and send me repeated email also i lose alot of money
Who answer it
I complaint federal too, as if my wallet wont free i will continue my complaint
answer me and tell me what to do

Freewallet Dogecoin

Opened account since 2017 but currently I cant do withdrawal transaction since my account is suspended. I have made a support ticket but there has been no action

Freewallet Aave not deposited after purchase

On May 12, I purchased AAVE from inside Freewallet, I have included the screenshot inside Freewallet and AAVE is listed as one of the available cryptocurrencies to purchase, the POS processor was Moonpay. Moonpay confirmed the money was sent. After I purchased it, I went to look for it and there was no AAVE wallet in the app. I alerted Freewallet support and a few days later the wallet was added, but no AAVE in my account. When I contacted support they said the problem was temporary and that I soon would receive my coins, my acct is 2cc9b1c4. I have emailed numerous times but never speak to a live agent only bots, it is a month now and my purchased coins have not been deposited. When I contacted Moonpay about it I was told Freewallet would be able to help me retrieve the coins. The amount to deposit is $245.67 which is the $300.01 minus the processing free.

In addition - in order to purchase crypto you must submit your Identification to Freewallet, I submitted the front and back of my driver's license and I was asked to take a photo of myself holding the ID both for Freewallet use, My ID and selfie was submitted to Freewallet prior to crypto purchase, but they have not released my ID verification status from pending in my account, this is a problem because it will pose an issue to send cryto from Freewallet to a different wallet or exchange platform down the road. So I request that my ID be verified and my account status updated to "verified".

Resolved

Anastasia from Freewallet has helped me and my problem is now resolved. I received the requested refund on my cc for the Aave that never showed up in my wallet, and my id has been verified now. Verification gives me the freedom to buy gift cards or do transfers. So I am very happy with the outcome now. Thanks very much Anastasia!
