I ordered bracelets at the beginning of April and we are now in June and it has yet to ship. I have called, texted, and emailed multiple times and I have received the same answers of "it will ship in 1-2 weeks" (which I was last told over 3 weeks ago) or "due to COVID-19 there will be delays," but this is absolutely unacceptable. There is no was it should take over 2 months for something to ship, even in the pandemic and the worst part is that this was supposed to be a gift for someone NEARLY A MONTH AGO. I tried reach out via phone call, BUT THE CALL NEVER WENT THROUGH. I'm extremely upset over this whole situation and all I wanted was some bracelets! It's like they have cut off their phones so no one can contact them unless they wait for a text or an email, which takes nearly days. I want my bracelets shipped out IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO because this is absolutely unheard of!

Frasier Sterling This company is an absolute scam!

This company is an absolute scam! My order took over a month and a half to ship from the day I placed my order. I know shipping is taking longer because of Covid 19, but a month and a half really? My bracelets finally got here and they tarnished within literally three times of wearing them. I didn't get them wet or sleep in them either. They claim these bracelets are plated with 14 carat gold, and that is a complete lie. Someone should sue them for false advertising. The quality of this jewelry is comparable to Forever 21, yet their prices are at least ten times what Forever 21 would charge. I want my money back, but all they are offering me is store credit to get another set of the bracelets and I still have to pay shipping for it! Why would I pay more money for more of this crappy jewelry?! I just want my hard earned money back! Do not buy from this company and take your money elsewhere.

Frasier Sterling is one of my favorite brands ever. I don't know how they're always ahead of the trends and creating such amazing pieces that also aren't too expensive. The loungewear is super comfy and flattering. I can't wait for new pieces to drop!

I ordered my girlfriend a bunch of Frasier Sterling for her birthday and it came right when I expected! Didn't know if she'd like every piece bc I don't have that good of taste when it comes to jewelry but she's worn all 6 pieces over the last couple weeks thank you Frasier Sterling

Frasier Sterling PLEASE DON"T ORDER FROM HERE!

PLEASE DON"T ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered almost $200 of jewelry in the beginning of March, some of which was custom, so I did expect it to take some time. With everything going on I had completely forgot I had placed this order but when I was looking at my debit card statement I remembered. I went to my emails to track the order and was completely shocked when I realized I had never even received a confirmation email, order ID, ANYTHING. I know I placed this order and can see I was charged on my statement yet there is no record anywhere of the items I ordered or how to track them. Their website looked reputable and like they made quality jewelry but I am beyond upset to find our it's the exact opposite. I don't know how I'm even supposed to contact them about this problem without even an order number?!? Please don't make the same mistake if I could give 0 stars I would, they shouldn't be in business.

This company has AWFUL customer service. I wish I would've checked reviews out before purchasing from them, because I will never buy from them again. I ordered a necklace on January 30th, it's now March 1st and I still have not even gotten a shipping confirmation. The first time I messaged them was after 3 and a half weeks and I got an automated message saying that everything is custom for me and it can take up to 4 weeks to ship. I personally think that even 4 weeks is an insanely long time to wait for something like this. I'm super bummed out because I have been following them on Instagram for years and have really debated if I wanted to spend $60 on a necklace. I'm a college student, so this is a lot of money for me to spend on something like this. At this point, I just want a refund, but all they offer is in-store credit which obviously I don't want. 11/10 DON'T RECCOMEND. Spend your money somewhere else!

I've ordered a ton from Frasier Sterling over the years and the quality and shipping has gotten so much better over time! The designs are adorable and never disappoint. It's so cool that Frasier started the business when she was so young -- so inspiring! Her story makes me want to order over and over :)

Y'all are TERRIBLE! I made an order May 25th, Memorial Day. I've contacted this company numerous times and the wait times are extremely long over phone but nevertheless I waited over 2 and a half hours for a rep who told me due to COVID you didn't have all the materials needed for orders and custom orders usually take a month. So I waited. Another 4 months and NOTHING! It wasn't until I disputed the amount which was over $271 that you finally ship my order priority mail September 5th. Instead of taking accountability for the fact that this company obviously forgot about my order which you weren't reminded of until my bank contacted you and, helped yourself to funds when normally a company would place the funds on hold or process when the order SHIPS. You all should be ASHAMED of yourselves, a majority of the items were custom in which you won't refund. I deserve my money back and no longer want the products you forgot to ship.

I placed an order on January 20th for a star-crossed lover's custom necklace with my boyfriend's name, which came with a free choker. After placing my order, I received an email informing me it can take up to 30 days to prepare custom orders. Totally understood, would've liked to have seen that before I placed my order as I was not really expecting that and I had hoped to get it in time for Valentine's Day, but whatever. It has been 42 days and after multiple emails that were either not responded to or had generic, less than helpful responses, I'm finally told my order "should ship out around March 13th." So... maybe 53 days after I place my order. Hopefully. Who knows at this point? I'm just hoping I get it at all. No one has offered any condolences, I've asked multiple times and no one has sent me a coupon code or anything for the inconveniencenot that I would ever order from them again. Majorly disappointing from a company I was over the moon when I stumbled upon them.

I am once again writing another review. I ended up receiving my item late. When i received it (it was a bracelet extender) it was very brittle and super thin. I had a feeling it was gna break. Mind u, i never even used it once. I had just left it in the bag it came with. I looked last week and payed attention that the bottom part of the clamp remains open. If i had actually used this on my louis vuitton bracelet, i would have LOST my expensive bracelet! They are so cheap *** and a scam company. I have been messeging them back and forth and at this point its not going anywhere. I do not want it replaced! I just want my money back for the last time! They do not want to refund me! It is not my problem i was sent something soo cheap and a defected item. I do not want a replacement or a store credit! I will never purchase items from this company ever again. I am in no shock that this company gets 1 star on this website and is not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited
I expect to get a response and my refund back.

Mind you this was weeks ago that they have received this shipment that the warehouse was supposed to get on the original date June 16. I've decided to continue to be patient and wait for a shipping email because their customer service representatives said it should've been shipped out weeks ago but have yet to receive a shipping email confirmation. I want to know if it's possible to know an accurate date of when you're company will be caught up in shipping out orders. Because quite frankly I'm not happy with the service one the company is very disorganized and a lot of people from your company are saying different things and two I'm at the point where I would like to take my business elsewhere. So if you could respond urgently in detail of what's going on

I placed an order on May 1st and have not received any shipping or tracking information for my order at all. I didn't order custom jewelry so I didn't think it would still take this long. When I try to email them I get no reply. I tried doing the text help and texting questions, they unsubscribed my number when I asked how to cancel my order. I texted back START to rejoin and asked how to get tracking info since they won't email me back and now I'm getting no reply. I tried to email their support email they had texted when I sent HELP, but that's not even a real email so my message didn't go through. Now I payed for my products through Afterpay for reasons like this and have emailed them to see if there's something they can do about the payments and I'm really hoping there is. This is completely ridiculous for a "business" to be like this and I am 100% sure this is fraud and I have been scammed out of $60. I just want to know how I can cancel the order and get my money back at this point because waking up and wondering everyday if you're gonna get a reply or notification about the order is annoying.

The only reason I am giving one star is because I HAVE TO. First off I am not so easily *** off but wow has this company tested my limits. First it's been 14 days since I put my order in getting that little email saying yay your order is being prepped! So excited right, we'll let's see. I email to ask the status and I get a auto generated response. That's fine I get it. So I text when that doesn't work I look up reviews on the company granted I should have done so before I purchase but they get great reviews on insta (should have been clue 1) anyway I called to get hung up "cut short" then called back to receive much attitude from the girl and then attitude from the supervisor. I am frustrated done and surprised they offered my a store credit refund haha. I did not appreciate having to call 3 times as well as get so heated so early in the morning. Go research for yourself. I don't need to be the only one telling you not to purchase from this store. Head over to Etsy for some shop small gals with true gold plated jewelry that won't tarnish in a day or leave you with a sour taste in your mouth. Happy shopping.

Frasier Sterling I have done 2 different orders through Frasier Sterling

I have done 2 different orders through Frasier Sterling. The first order went to the wrong address 3 different times, they claimed they couldn't fix the mistake even though I entered in the address correctly. I finally had them ship a replacement to my husband's office because they couldn't get my home address right. To be fair they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience and I did receive the first order, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. This second order I placed shipped, but after 2 weeks I hadn't heard anything and wondered where it was. I checked the tracking and it got returned to sender AGAIN but they never let me know or reached out to me letting me know the package got returned. I started attempting to reach out to them last Monday through email, live chat on the website, and over the phone and have not gotten a reply. All I want at this point is a refund. I've also never had an issue receiving packages from any other company and I do a lot of online shopping and Frasier Sterling had issues twice at 2 different addresses, so it must be something wrong with their system. I completely understand being a small business during a busy time but something's gotta give when people aren't receiving things they pay for.

I ordered the bracelet extender in May, as well as paid money for shipping to get it within 5-7 business days. It was well past that and there was no news about my order. I emailed and contacted them and had no answer. I decided to take it to instagram. And they ended up answering me there stating it should be shipping out on the 16th. I understand there is a virus but i just think its very weird that it would have to take 3 weeks to get these shipped out even though all of us paid for 5-7 day shipping. Its ridiculous. On top of that they sent a 25$ gift card to make up for it, but u know what there is no use to that gc. In order for u to use that gift card it takes off the 50% off promotion the site is offering. So either u have to pay urself to get the 50% off or use ur gift code they gave u but pay full price as well as shipping.
That just doesnt seem right. If u expect to offer ur customers something but yet u wont let them use the gc with the promotion yall have, you guys should have given a 35$ gc... if not u guys should add a seperate are for gift card under payment so customers wont lose the promotion. I have emailed them as well as texted them about this matter and have received zero response. Guess i wont be a returning customer.

Worst company ever. I got one lousy email about my order that gave me a "tracking number" with no way of tracking the order.. I reached out to their "customer service" and not even a second after I sent my email I received a response. How can one person type that fast? Oh because it's not a person! It was an automated response saying "you'll receive your order in 5-7 days!" Except it's been 3 weeks. No update on my order, no real response to my email, nothing. What a pathetic company. A week later I decided to reach out again and received ANOTHER automated response that was a little different than the first. By a little different I mean they said the exact same thing in the exact same words, but also mentioned a 2 week delay on some shipments. I totally understand that the coronavirus is making it difficult to get orders sent on time! However, I don't understand why they didn't inform me sooner or why I can't get in contact with a real person. I would never have found out about the delay in my order if I hadn't reached out (weird isn't the company supposed to ya know keep you updated on stuff like that? huh what do I know I guess). Anyway, I had an awful experience and I wanted to share so hopefully no one else will buy from this terrible company :) Please don't make the same mistake I did.

This is the second time I get scammed by this company. I don't even know why I decided to give them another chance after doing me wrong last year, I have spent hundreds of dollars to just see nothing.
September , I ordered a custom necklace and the butterfly bundle with the earrings and everything. I wait for my order to ship and we're already in October, I get my shipping info and I wait, and I wait, and I wait... out of nowhere I get a notification that my package was delivered at the front door, there was nothing... I emailed the company and all they tell me is that I have to check with the post office myself, just to let you know I NEVER saw that jewelry, NEVER, and I have proof of everything.
Fast forward to June , I was still curious about the jewelry cause it's super cute and I decided to give them another chance, worst mistake I've made. I get told that my order was gonna take a little longer due to COVID-19 which I completely understand, but 5 days later I get a shipping confirmation that my order was on the way, fine, I wait, I wait and I wait. Today I get a notification that my order was delivered and should be at my door I get out and there's NOTHING. I have screenshots, order updates but there's NOTHING. I won't let it slide this time, this is the second time I receive NOTHING from you guys, at this point I won't ever be purchasing anything from this company. I'd very much like to get my money back.

Pieces are cute and trendy; however, not only is quality a bit questionable, but shipping times rarely follow though according to the data they have listen on the website. Which states "48 hours" to get the order ready and then typically "5-7 days for shipping", which let me tell you, was not the case for my order, or the individuals reviewing below. I had ordered before, so I was aware of some of longer shipping times, so I emailed an inquiry and was told the same information on the website worth delays because of the pandemic. That would be understandable, however this is substantially over that wait period, even with the extension for the pandemic, and I have received all of my orders that not only were placed much later from different companies, but also from farther or international locations so there is quite literally no excuse for Frasier Sterling, as I know they are located domestically. Also, my order my NOT custom, there is no customization process here, so ultimately no need for that extensive of a wait. Also, given the quality of their products, the prices are quite steep. To those who have received their Frasier products, their products are gold plated and they recommend not having their products in the water, which is fine, however even when you sweat the least bit in the summer or a bit of water hits the jewelry, it's tarnishes and turns brassy like customer jewelry, which makes me question the quality of the product I'm paying for, which is respectively higher than customer jewelry so expect above customer Jewelry quality. Overall, it's popular and trendy jewelry, however for the quality and service you receive just skip it and spend your money somewhere else and get your money's worth. If you do order off Frasier, just consider yourself warned and be aware of what you are purchasing.

Frasier Sterling I have never written a bad review, but I just feel like this is well deserved

I have never written a bad review, but I just feel like this is well deserved. Their customer service is sub par and I can see from most reviews that I am not alone. I placed an order on December 1st for two custom (nameplated) items. I hoped that they would come in time for Christmas as they were meant to be gifts but understood that they were handmade and could take longer. I did however reach out to ask if I could pay more for expedited shipping less than an hour after placing the order and I received an automated response that really did not answer my question at all but just let it be. I was excited to see that my order had shipped on December 20th because that meant my gifts would not be too late. My tracking information remained on the first processing step of shipping out until Jan 6th which I thought was unusual so I emailed them and they said they were sorry and don't know what happened but they would issue me a gift card to reorder my items but there was no way they could expedite them so I would basically have to wait another month for my gifts. This was irritating, but I had already told my family about the gifts and didn't want to let them down so I reordered my items on the 6th. Then on the 10th I get an email saying that my first order is out for delivery? I was excited only for the fact that I would get my items sooner, but also annoyed because now I will have duplicates of a custom necklace that I can't regift? The order was then delivered that day and I opened it to find out that there was only one custom necklace in the package... which was extremely irritating but I just decided to leave it since I was going to be sent the necklace in the second order sometime soon. Feb 2nd I had still not received an email saying my order had shipped so I sent another email asking them if my order was almost done and told them the bit about my first order not even including all my items. At this point I feel like a refund for at least the item that was not sent should have been refunded. I once again received a textbook email with a basic scripted apology offering a $25 discount on my next purchase... I decided to just not reply and hopefully never have to contact them again. It is now Feb 16th and I still had not received an email that my order has been shipped. It is over 30 days now- so I emailed them once more explaining my situation and asking if they have any information on my order and once again I received a very scripted apology not really addressing my experience but just stating that my order "should be" shipping soon and that they are so sorry! Custom items say "up to 30 days" not for sure 30 business days to ship. My first order told me it shipped only 19 days after I ordered it so you can understand my frustrations when I had to reorder these items and it has now been over 30 days and they have yet to even ship. I understand it takes time to make a custom order, but the fact that they don't offer refunds means they should care a little more when they get someones order wrong and they have to reorder it.

Frasier Sterling Order never came, company refuses to refund me

Order never came, company refuses to refund me.I've unfortunately ordered a "custom" initial necklace from this company on March 22nd. After a few days I contacted them through email about my tracking. They said it would take 30 days to "handmake" my jewelry. On April 26th I've expressed how I'm unhappy about waiting over a month already and all they said was they couldn't refund me because my order was "custom", but they could offer store credit for LESS than I paid for. I've tried commenting for further help on their instagram and they delete my comment. I've dmed them on Instagram and they refused to give me a complete refund. It has been a whole month and two weeks and there's no update on my order. They can't even confirm when they plan on shipping. On April 30th they said my order "should be" shipping next week, yet I haven't been informed. Their customer service *** and they will rather have unhappy customers than to offer their money back.

I placed an order for 3 rings (with an extra free ring added), and it still has not shipped. The order was placed on Feb 19, and they said there may be a 2-4 week delay, so at this point it is time that I canceled my order (it is March 28 today). I'm looking for a cancellation of my order, and a full refund. Here is more information about this claim. There were no custom items in this order. I paid *** for this order. I unsubscribed from *** marketing emails, and have not received any more communications about my order since the email saying there may be a 2-4 week delay. My order number is XXXXXX. Thank you.

I made an order from Frasier Sterling on *** It is now *** and I have not received an email stating that my order has shipped. The website states that non-custom orders will be shipped within *** and will be delivered within *** The website states that there is a *** delay because of COVID. It has now been over a month and the order has not been shipped. However, I was charged for my items. I have emailed the company 3 times regarding this issue and no progress has been made. I would like my items to be shipped immediately, and if this is not possible, I would like a full refund NOT for store credit.

I ordered two rings on February 22 and it's already April. I've been checking these past few months and it still hasn't shipped. I think if you will be taking so long to get these orders shipped and delivered then as a company you should be open about that. And I don't mean setting a date right under the product of when it'll ship because the date changed and I know because I kept checking. I am not going to waste my money and time on a company that can't communicate with their costumers. I'm disappointed to see that their customer service isn't as good as they made it seem to be. Other people have also had the same problem and I do not wish to buy from them in the future nor do I want the products that I bought in February. Please give me a full refund and not as store credit as I will not be buying from you ever again.

I placed an order with this company on 4/6. The company website states that products process within 48 hours and are delivered in 3-5 business days. I have email, chatted, and called this company multiple times. The lady on the phone said my order would go out last week, never did. So I called yesterday and she said it would go out yesterday, again never did. I tried to call again today and my calls were all immediately declined. This company just keeps making excuses and lies and I just want my products. The website even says backordered products will ship 2 weeks after ordering and at this point it has been 14 days so there should be no reason I have not gotten my products. I did not order anything custom made. I just want to receive my products and I am sick of the automatic responses that I have received. This company is unwilling to help and I have made countless attempts to reach out to them.

I'm such a patient person especially with Covid-19. I work in healthcare. I understand everyone is behind and things are crazy. However it's been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order. I read where it could take 30 days to create if you ordered a custom piece, but I've literally messaged this company on the chat box twice and get the same automated message. It's really ridiculous. I ordered something from this company because I like supporting SMALL businesses and indie brands but the customer service team isn't it! If you're going to have a company at least update them on their items that they PAID you for. I don't want a refund, I just want my necklace. My friend ordered a necklace just like this cheaper from Etsy and got hers in a week and a half. This is not ideal and I'm not a complainer but something has got to give! Just communicate with your customers! Where is my package?! An actual person needs to message me, not a bot!

Order never shipped. Extremely vague and slow to respond to all email messages. No one answers the phone. Would like a refund. Placed an order on December 5th and writing this on January 15th. Nothing but vague excuse after vague excuse of why my order hasn't shipped out. Order never even shipped. Still can't get ahold of anyone in customer service because no one answers the phone...ever. When I placed my order it said that it would ship within two weeks. Even though my order has not shipped i have been charged already. Seeking refund for gift that was ordered, paid for, and allegedly delivered, but never reached the recipient In mid-December, I ordered a customized name necklace for my daughter in California. I received a notification that it was delivered on January 8. However, my daughter never received it. I keep sending messages in the chat to get a refund, but cannot get anyone in customer service to answer me. The phone number they list does not work. I realize that things happen with packages. However, all they need to do is respond to me, refund my money, and all will be well. It's not a big deal, but their utter lack of response and non-existent customer service is a problem that must be addressed. Thanks for your help. I have attached documentation below. Thank you!

Frasier Sterling I placed an order over a month ago, and have still not received it

I placed an order over a month ago, and have still not received it. I want to cancel it and get a full refund. I placed a month ago, and I have yet to receive my order. I understand delays are normal with COVID-19 and because I ordered a custom piece, but this is ridiculous. I have contacted customer service but they say I can't get a cancellation. My order is not even in production so what's the issue? I'm moving out of the country for work end of next week and there's no way the order is going to be made by then as per my correspondence. There's no point in my funds being held if I'm not even going to get the product in time, or in this case, at all since I have no way of it being shipped. I would rather have my money that's stuck in this transaction and use it elsewhere. I ordered a custom piece from another fashion jewelry shop exactly a day after ordering from here, and I got the product in 2 weeks. I should have definitely checked the reviews before placing an order.

I placed an order on Dec 7 th 2020. I received an order number on the same day and have not received the products to date or replies to my enquiries. I purchased 2 rings on Dec 7th 2020. Today is Dec 28 th and I have not received anything from them. My order no is XXXXXX. I have sent several emails and called several times but have never gotten a reply. I wrote a chat with them, which they did ask for the order number. After giving them the order number they never replied. This honestly feels like a scam. I would like to get a refund.

I had no Idea that the jewelry was just brass coated in gold but im am acidic and i know for sure that it will tarnish on my hand and turn green. Please help me. I made a mistake. Can I please cancel it. Please. I feel like you should have A NO CANCELLATIONS WARNING, before someone even checks out, it fills like we're trapped into just committing into buying the items. Overpriced, Reviews online are untruthful and do not reflect a majority of experience. My order number is XXXXXX and it has not been shipped yet, I would like a refund and not store credit. I ordered the "Butterfly Ring" today, Jan, 10th 2021. It cost $29.74. When you look on their website, every item has five stars, however anywhere else you look they talk about horrible tarnishing, several months long wait times and damaged items which all of this is not disclosed on the website. At first I thought it was just a few negative reviews that you find anywhere but its on every review page. I bought this as a gift for a friend and it won't be any use if I can't get it by the end of the month because we are both leaving to separate colleges. I'm disappointed and I feel like I got cheated and I don't want to buy from here again. The transaction hasn't even gone through on my bank statement yet so I don't see how cancelling an order would be an issue.

My order never arrived and customer service won't respond, i want a refund. I ordered a necklace early december. It was supposed to arrive December 18th but my order tracking said it could be 24-48 hours late. It never arrived. Frasier Sterling I ordered an item and it was 3 months late, and never delivered

I ordered an item and it was 3 months late, and never delivered. I have tried reaching out with NO success.I ordered two rings as a gift for me and my friend for her graduation in June. I ordered them in the beginning of May and it came to about $35. My order number was ***. After about 3 emails I got one replying saying there are covid delays, this was around June 7th. I asked for a refund which they could only provide me store credit. I declined and decided to wait. Around July 15 I emailed 3 times with no reply. The *** Tracking number wouldnt work either. After contact customer service online they said it was delivered July 7th, it was NOT delivered. I contacted *** who said Frasier Sterling needs to file a complaint. I have tried contacting them 2 times about figuring this out and there is still no reply lmao. I got ripped off and no one is resloving this. This is beyond unfair and i would not recommend buying here. They do not reply, or care and they rip you off. I have now moved about a week ago so it feels useless.

after wearing once my skin is green and itchy. Want refund. I was excited to receive this necklace and make it a staple item for a while but unfortunately I was not expecting this level of qualityafter wearing it once my skin is green and itchy. I don't typically have that reaction to pieces with these ingredients. I did carefully read the site before purchasingI feel the only oversight I had was not considering that the quality could possibly be this low for this price. The gold color also completely disappeared. I have to insist on a refund for this reason. I do not feel comfortable using their brand, jewelry or otherwise.

Broken Jewelry Piece and Insufficient Measures to Solve the Issue. Unsatisfied with Customer Service. Refund needed ASAP. One of the jewelry pieces that arrived in the package (called "Feeling Dreamy Choker") was completely broken. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the poor quality of the jewelry. I found it unacceptable that Frasier Sterling did not take sufficient measures to ensure proper shipping care, especially as your jewelry is clearly overpriced. I emailed your customer service immediately, asking for a cash refund and letting you know I would send the package back to them on the condition that you also send me a free return packaging label. This seemed like the most appropriate customer service as it was entirely your company's fault. I'm not sure if your customer service representative did not read my email entirely or chose to ignore my requests. You responded with a short email saying they would provide me store credit or a replacement instead of a cash refund. This seems odd to me because, on your website, it says they do provide cash refunds. I responded that even with a store credit refund, your site has a minimum shipping charge for orders less than $50. The store credit of the broken necklace I received would only give me $29. This would force me to buy more items to avoid the shipping cost, giving you more business and profit on something that was entirely your fault. This seems very unfair and inappropriate. I have yet to receive a response from you. I really want to like your jewelry store, I really do. But if your response and customer service are not prompt and appropriate, I'm not sure what else I should do. Please respond to my email, Frasier Sterling. I placed an order on February 13. Items still have yet to ship. I am completely fed up with this company. I placed my order on February *** Order No. #***. It has now almost been two months and they still have not shipped my items. Absolutely ridiculous. Their website and email confirmation states: "Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 5-7 business days for shipping. If you placed a custom order it can take up to 30 days to prepare your order as each piece is handmade just for you!". Apparently one of my items is considered "custom" because I ordered a necklace with the letter K. That's not custom, it's just a letter. I could buy that at any basic jewelry store. The fact that it's taking this long is so incredibly infuriating. And every time I've tried to reach out (NUMEROUS times) all I've ever received were these phony automatic replies. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE company. They completely lie to their customers and steal their money. Either ship my order already or refund me. This is unacceptable as a business.

This company provides customers with false information regarding preparing and shipping orders, and does not respond to customers. I ordered a *** Necklace on March 10. In the confirmation email provided below, they stated that they would take 48 hours to prepare orders and it would take 5-7 business days for shipping. Since I placed a custom order, they stated it would take UP TO 30 days. It is now 31 days later and I have had to contact them three times yet not one representative could provide me with any information about my order except that "it was going to ship any day now." I called today, on April 11th about my order at 2:50 PM and waited on the phone for 53 minutes and not one person took my call, I even sent a snapshot of this to them ***. They have horrible customer service and I want a refund, not store credit. This is false and misleading and I cannot reach anyone regarding my order. Side note: the order is in my name but the confirmation email says "***" because I used my sisters credit card to place the order.

Frasier Sterling I have been misled by this company

I have been misled by this company. On May 7th, I ordered three items of jewelry. I was told because some items were custom I had to wait 30 days. Well it has been more than 30 days and my order has not shipped or been delivered. I payed a very pricey amount of *** dollars to find out about other customer complaints that have had the same problems. I have also found out that the quality of their items that they claim are good quality on their website are not at all true considering they are very pricey. I payed with my debit card and my order number is #XXXXXX. I've made contact with their customer service plenty of times and they always say the same thing. That because I ordered custom jewels I have to wait 30 days or because of COVID 19 orders have been delayed. Yet I still see them promote a lot of deals knowing they can't keep up. I get that because of COVID-19 there are delays but with them it's just excessive. I have ordered from many companies, and I have never had this problem even right now with other orders Ive made during the COVID-19. They are just taking advantage of the customer.

Frasier Sterling I have been ignored

I have been ignored. Lied too and scammed by this company and need a refund i ordered two necklaces march 30th and i've received no shipping information. I've emailed them probably almost 20 times. i've dmed them. commented on there instagram. and i've heard back three times with the same copy pasted email (and i even specifically asked not to receive the same copy paste response for a third time in a row but i still got it) and they say it takes 5-7 days for the orders to ship. It's been two weeks. They also say it could take 30 days for a custom order. Mine is not a custom order. After reading so many reviews about people NEVER receiving there products or them being extremely low quality i want a refund. When ever i send an email with the word refund in it it is ignored. if i email asking when will my order ship? without producing all the details that it's been FAR longer than it should have, they send the automated repose. when i call them out and say it's been much more than 5-7 days they don't answer anymore. i need a refund. even if they COULD somehow actually ship me my order i don't want any of my money going towards these scammers.

This company has a history of accepting order of products they don't have in hand. Making customers wait months for a shipping confirmation. As of April 10 I made a purchase through Frasier Sterling order ***. I reached out to them April 23 asking for my shipping confirmation which they respond to me that it'll take 1-2 weeks from the original purchase date for my order to ship. It's now May 1st and I reach out to them again asking if it has been shipped out telling me I will receive the tracking number in a week. It is now May 11 and still I haven't received any confirmation. They apologize for the delay but still I don't have a confirmation on my order or it's whereabouts. I get offered a $25 dollar gift card they never sent to me via message. May 15 I message them again, they give me a time frame from 3-5 days for it to be shipped and still I haven't received anything. I reach out to past customers about the company and they tell me they experienced the same issue. The payment method I used was through After Pay which I fully paid off. I have been contacting a representative through their verified instagram account.

I placed an order on Jan17, 2020. Custom orders take 30 days. As of today, no response from company. Will not provide refund or status. I placed an order for 2 custom pieces. Company says that they would also be providing a free gift choker with my order. Received my order confirmation same day that my order was placed (Jan 17, 2020). Per the confirmation page - orders take 48 hours to process and 5-7 business days for shipping. Custom pieces take UP TO 30 days to prepare. I have been emailing this company and getting their generic messages. They finally responded and said that they could not refund me the money for the order - but instead could provide me with store credit. No one wants that - they do not deliver at all. Just taking people's money and not shipping orders. All of the reviews are currently saying the same thing. I am also contacting the Attorney Generals office in Florida and California. I'm going to file a complaint about their marketing practices and fraudulent activities. I do not want store credit or the pieces. (If you go on the website to request a refund - and enter your order number... it says my order is not FULFILLED). I want a full refund for what I paid. They can go ahead and keep the pieces that they have no intention of fulfilling anyhow.

Ordered my item on Feb 27, did not receive any shipping info until 2 WEEKS after when I emailed them on March 13. Still have not received my order. I have not received my items from Frasier Sterling even after contacting them multiple times. I made my order and payment on February 27th (with proof of payment). After waiting TWO WEEKS with no shipping information, I emailed Frasier Sterling on March 12th and only then was my order shipped out, even though they specified on the website and emails that all orders will be processed in 48 hours and shipped within 5-7 days. Tracking the order, my order was indeed not shipped until March 13th, a day after I emailed them. Either they had not intended to ship out my order at all, or they had forgot to. Either way it's their fault. I am now unable to retrieve my order as I moved out from my specified location on March 20th. Frasier Sterling did not complete the order in time, and refuse to ship the order to my new address. From the information they provided, my shipment was supposed to arrive in 9 days, but it has been THREE WEEKS. Additionally, the tracking information indicates that the shipment has STILL not arrived, meaning it has been 8 days since the order was shipped out on March 13th, once again exceeding the 5-7 day guarantee provided by Frasier Sterling. I have tried to contact them multiple times regarding my concerns but all I get are useless automated emails.

I placed an order on 5/8 for *** & haven't received any shipping notification whatsoever. I called, texted, and emailed to no avail - very mad! Worst online shopping experience of my life. It's like this business is fake. I placed my order (#XXXXXX) on 05/08 and received a confirmation email with my receipt of *** via PayPal saying it would take 5-30 days to prepare for shipping because of customizations. Okay sure, I get that, however, by the first week of June I still hadn't received any shipping notification whatsoever so I called their *** phone number and got ahold of someone who told me that I would be receiving an email about shipment that week - I didn't. So then I called again. And again. ... and again, and every time it just rang further into oblivion - sometimes disconnecting altogether and other times taking me to a voicemail that sounded like someone's mom's friend set up at their dining room table for their booming Lularoe Facebook business.. I left a voicemail regardless, but no one got back to me. Then I tried texting their 424 phone number and got stuck in a discount coupon code loop with their unhelpful automated service. And finally, on 06/12 I sent a vehement email to their customer service email *** regarding the status and shipment of my order, yet still (!) NOTHING! What?!? It really *** 'cause I was so excited for my new accessories purchased from such a seemingly elevated Instagram brand.. Frankly, at this point, I demand immediate shipping, tracking, and delivery of my purchase, a refund, AND an apology!

I was sent products I ordered, and after trying to contact the company with any information all communication stopped. On April 23rd I placed on order on the Frasier Sterling website spending a total of *** on April 24th I was sent a confirmation email with my order number (#***) and stating that my order would be shipped within 30 days due to it being custom, and to add an additional two weeks due to Covid-19 delays. On May 28th I sent an email to Fraiser Sterling customer service inquiring about my order, and if they had a general time frame of when my order would be shipped. I received a response an hour restating the same information given in the initial order confirmation, that it would take an additional one-two weeks due to Covid-19 delays. One to two weeks from that email would have been June 4th and June 11th. I received no shipping information, products, or updated information. I gave it another two weeks out of courtesy and after still receiving nothing, I emailed again on June 28th. On that day it had been an additional month since our last correspondence. As of today, July 11th they have still yet to respond to that email and I yet to receive anything. I have attempted to private message them on socia media, as well as commenting on their instagram asking for any information, and they have ignored all attempts at communication. I have also noticed that on their instagram, they delete all comments that reference anything negative in regards to shipping and not sending products. At this point I firmly believe they have no intention on sending me what I purchased, and I would like a full refund of my money as soon as possible.

Broken Jewelry Piece and Insufficient Measures to Solve the Issue. Unsatisfied with Customer Service. Refund needed ASAP. One of the jewelry pieces that arrived in the package (called "Feeling Dreamy Choker") was completely broken. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by the poor quality of the jewelry. I found it unacceptable that Frasier Sterling did not take sufficient measures to ensure proper shipping care, especially as your jewelry is clearly overpriced. I emailed your customer service immediately, asking for a cash refund and letting you know I would send the package back to them on the condition that you also send me a free return packaging label. This seemed like the most appropriate customer service as it was entirely your company's fault. I'm not sure if your customer service representative did not read my email entirely or chose to ignore my requests. You responded with a short email saying they would provide me store credit or a replacement instead of a cash refund. This seems odd to me because, on your website, it says they do provide cash refunds. I responded that even with a store credit refund, your site has a minimum shipping charge for orders less than $50. The store credit of the broken necklace I received would only give me $29. This would force me to buy more items to avoid the shipping cost, giving you more business and profit on something that was entirely your fault. This seems very unfair and inappropriate. I have yet to receive a response from you. I really want to like your jewelry store, I really do. But if your response and customer service are not prompt and appropriate, I'm not sure what else I should do. Please respond to my email, Frasier Sterling. I proposed that the company either provide me a full cash refund or give me my store credit WITH a free shipping coupon. I am not going to accept a replacement necklace as it was clearly of poor quality. My order number is ***.
