I recently made a purchase from FoxyLingerie, based in Worchester, Ma 01605. I ordered two items of clothing from their website, but I have some concerns about their legitimacy. My order number is W00004165. I have been trying repeatedly to contact their customer service through email, but unfortunately, I have not received any responses. Sincerely, JM.

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I would have come across these reviews before buying anything off this website. They charged my card without sending anything out. It's been weeks since I placed my order and I haven't received anything. I want to cancel my order! I believe this is a scam. Illegal! Fraudulent! This website needs to be taken down. Things are being promoted that aren't even real. I will never be buying from here again! I've tried several times to get a hold of someone and no one has been able to get back to me!

This company don't follow through on what they promise. Don't bother ordering anything from them. No follow-up shipping info. You call and get a recording, you won't be able to speak to a real person. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I have no idea what the purpose is for them to have a web page if they ain't legitimately fulfilling orders. A waste of my time and have the feeling of scam or fraud. I'll be keeping an eye out for the charge on my credit card so I can dispute it since no items have been shipped or received.

I bought stuff from Foxy Intimates LLC on November 28, 2022. They took my money and did their thing, but then nothing happened. On December 3, I got an email from *** saying that my stuff would be shipped in a few more days. But since then, no one has responded to my emails asking about where my stuff is. I haven't received anything and there are no updates on shipping. I emailed again to cancel my order (#W00011504) and get a refund, but they keep ignoring me. I found other people complaining about this on the website, so it seems like they're up to no good. I just want my money back and for this business to be blacklisted. So, be careful if you're thinking of buying from them.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought 6 things and got 4 in a sealed pack. My paper said 6 things, so when I emailed them to say I was missing stuff, *** (seems like the boss and in charge of help) said they checked my order and all 6 things were sent together, so they should've been in that pack. I replied and said I got 4 things, not 6, and I want the 2 things I paid for sent to me. But no reply. Clearly, this company doesn't care about quality or maybe they have a thief in the shipping department because a simple count would've shown my problem. Very unhappy customer who will never order from them again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "BUSINESS"! I ordered 4 things from this site on 10/14/2022 with 3 to 5 day shipping to get it early. No emails about my order being shipped or any delays. When I checked, it still said processed. It's been a week since I ordered, probably waiting because of bad customer service, no responses at all. I emailed them and got no response. I want to cancel my order #W00011016 so I don't waste my money on something I should have already gotten. Here's some advice: make sure you give customers what they want and use real photos instead of copied ones. Don't ignore your customers ***! I won't pay for this, I'll get a refund. I don't want a sketchy product that I won't get in the end.

This "company" is almost like a scam. They offer things they can't give you and won't tell you unless you bother them for a long time and threaten them.

Customer service won't respond unless you threaten them. Their website has lies (I know this because things they said they don't have are still for sale).

Don't do business with them. They won't fulfill their part of the deal unless you're really lucky. Go to a store that actually has things and will ship them on time.

If they were honest, they would change their name to a *** that shows pictures of models in lingerie. They don't really sell reliable lingerie, just show it on their website.

The only good thing is that they don't charge your card until they ship (which will never happen). So they don't actually steal your money, but that's the best thing about them. They waste your time, though.

Bill apologizing here doesn't make things better. He has to keep apologizing because he always fails to deliver. That's not a good thing.

I ordered from Foxy Intimates LLC on 2/17 and it's now 3/23 and I still haven't gotten my stuff. They took my money right away but haven't shipped my order. When I check their website and put in my order number, it just says "Processed" for five weeks now. I emailed them two weeks ago and left a voicemail, but they haven't replied. Their website says they have customer service experts, but it seems like it's just one person named Bill running the show. This seems like a scam or a really badly run business. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I'll keep leaving negative reviews so others don't have to deal with this. How does this company have a good rating from ComplaintsBoard.com when their phone number doesn't even work anymore?
