I am sorry you had to cancel your account with us and that your account was over drafted. When someone hires us we charge the Audit fee once completed which is usually within 3-4 hours of you signing the contract. I see you cancelled within the 5 day cancellation and we refunded the audit fee as we promised we would do. I would reach out to your bank and request them to waive their NSF fees.

I was also charged with $25 and added to a membership to another portal called *** and nobody told me about that. Please send me an email and a call to confirm the cancellation of my agreement to keep it as reference, I don't want any further charges to my credit card as other customers.

As you can imagine we are extremely busy fixing people's credit right now as with COVID. Banks and bureaus are short staffed.
As far as not being told about us using CreditMojo to pull your credit, this is not accurate as we couldn't have pulled your credit without your personal information and credit card.
A simple voicemail or email would have worked vs a 1 star review because we didn't answer when you called. I will gladly cancel the agreement you signed with us.
