Transmission on 2104 Escape replaced April 2022 (only took about 5 days at private shop but cost me all out of pocket). Traded in for 2015 Escape in May 2022 with only 71k miles. Fast forward to February 2023 (86k miles) and now this one is at the dealership with transmission problems. I thought I was clever to purchase the PremiumCARE plan but that remains to be seen. Vehicle hasn't been torn down yet - 2 1/2 weeks out. No idea when I'll get it back. Ford only paid $40/day for 10 days for a rental. God knows how long I'll need to keep it all at my expense now. Am actually looking at low priced second car options to purchase since I've over $500 into my rental already. Service Manager at dealership seems clueless as to managing work and managing customers. Dealership has not responded to my last email looking for an update. Have had ZERO customer service from anyone except for several agents on the phone at Customer Relationship Center who have no power to do anything other than take notes.

Desired outcome: I want my car repaired correctly and quickly, under warranty.Cover the $40/day of the entire car rental period.Refund monthly car payment amount for any time over 30 days that I don't have the vehicle.Buy back this vehicle from me.
