FonePaw Unacceptable Customer Service: My Experience with FonePaw

So, I had a bit of an experience with FonePaw recently. I was having some trouble with their software and I decided to request a refund. At first, they were giving me a hard time about it and it took over 70 days of back and forth before they finally gave me a full refund. I was pretty surprised, to be honest. I never thought they'd actually do it.

Now, I know some people might say "well, at least they gave you a refund in the end." But to be honest, I still think this company deserves 0 stars. The way they treated me was just unacceptable. It's like if you take a test and you go from getting 0 out of 100 questions right to getting 5 out of 100 right. That's still a failing grade, you know what I mean?

The worst part of it all was the customer service. I've never dealt with such rude and dismissive people in my life. I say "they" but really, I only worked with one person. Maybe there are some decent people who work at FonePaw, but based on my experience, I would definitely say that consumers should beware.

All in all, I'm glad I got my refund eventually, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

FonePaw FonePaw Do Trans Review: A Disappointing Scam with Nonexistent Tech Support

I gotta say, this FonePaw website is a real letdown. I mean, they claim that their Do Trans software can transfer all your Android files to another phone in a jiffy, but let me tell you, it's a load of hogwash. I tried using Do Trans to transfer my files, but it wouldn't even recognize my phone. And don't even get me started on their so-called "tech support." It's like they don't even exist! They couldn't get the software to work as advertised, and when I asked for a refund, they just stopped talking to me altogether. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company just to get my money back. And to top it all off, I had to deal with this lady named Emily, who was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. I'm telling you, stay away from these guys. They're nothing but a bunch of crooks. They sell you software that doesn't work, then they keep your money and refuse to talk to you. It's a real shame, because I was really hoping this would be the solution to my file transfer problems. But nope, it's just another scam.

FonePaw FonePaw Review: Scamming [censored] with Strict Refund Policy

I recently had a frustrating experience with FonePaw, a software that claims to fix issues with mobile devices. My Galaxy S6 was acting up and I was in a panic, so I decided to purchase the software in hopes of resolving the problem. Unfortunately, I soon realized that I had been scammed.

When I contacted customer service for a refund, I was met with a strict refund policy that required me to provide proof of my phone model and screenshots of the problem. However, I no longer had the phone because I had taken it to the shop where I bought it and was told that it was unrepairable. I had to claim a new phone from my insurance, which meant that I couldn't provide the necessary information to FonePaw.

FonePaw Nightmare Experience with FonePaw: A Review

So, I recently got my hands on FonePaw, and I must say, it was quite an experience. At first, I was excited to try out the free version of the app, but to my surprise, it turned out to be a bit of a scam. The free version only allowed me to transfer a very small amount of data, and then it forced me to purchase the full version.

After I paid for the app, I thought my problems were over, but boy was I wrong. I kept getting errors while trying to transfer my data, and it was quite frustrating. The worst part was that the only way to contact customer service was through email, and they took a whopping 4 days to respond to my query.

When they finally did respond, they had me jumping through hoops to try and fix the issue, but to no avail. Even after a month of going back and forth with them (and waiting for 4 days to a week for each response), they still couldn't fix the issue and refused to refund me.

At this point, I was beyond frustrated, and I decided to call Apple customer service for help. To my surprise, they were able to help me immediately, and the best part was that it was completely free.

All in all, I would never recommend FonePaw to anyone. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

FonePaw Fonepaw Review: Poor Customer Service and Refund Policy, Not Recommended for Data Recovery

I recently tried out Fonepaw's services to recover some lost data on my phone. Unfortunately, I ran into some issues with the software not being able to connect with my phone. I reached out to customer service for help, and they provided me with some instructions on how to get it to work. However, try as I might, I was never able to get it to work properly.

After several failed attempts, customer service informed me that I would need to "root" my phone in order for the software to work. I wasn't quite sure what that meant, but after doing some research, I became concerned about the potential impact it could have on my phone. I decided that I didn't want to take that step, and asked for a refund instead.

To my disappointment, Fonepaw refused to issue me a refund, citing their terms and conditions. I was frustrated and upset, as I felt that I had been misled by their customer service team. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they stopped responding to my messages altogether.

FonePaw FonePaw Review: Disappointed with Lack of Phone Support and Transparency

I was really excited to try out FonePaw after my phone got dropped and the screen went black. I found the website that advertised FonePaw and it looked like the perfect solution to restore all my data. However, I was disappointed to find out that the website didn't provide a list of phones that FonePaw doesn't support. I decided to purchase the program for $70 and went through the process to try to get my data back. But when I got to the part where I had to pick the type of phone, I couldn't find mine on the list and there was no option to select "other".

I was really frustrated and contacted Customer Service to ask for help. They told me that they don't support my type of phone and that the list of supported phones is clearly stated on their website. I was really upset because I had no idea that my phone wasn't supported and it wasn't advertised on the website where I found FonePaw.

I've been trying to get my money back for 2 months now and it's been a real hassle. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for a program that doesn't support my phone and wasn't advertised correctly. I think FonePaw should be more transparent about which phones they support and which ones they don't. It's not fair to customers who are trying to recover their data and end up wasting their money on a program that doesn't work for them.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with FonePaw. I don't think I'll be using their services again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who has a phone that isn't listed on their website. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.

FonePaw FonePaw Data Recovery App Review: Not Recommended for Verizon or AT&T Users, Frustrating Refund Process

I had a bit of a mishap with my phone recently where I accidentally deleted some important pictures. I was pretty upset about it and didn't know what to do. That's when I came across FonePaw, a data recovery app that claimed to be able to retrieve lost data from phones. I was hopeful and decided to give it a try.

I went ahead and paid for the download, but as I was reading through the instructions, I noticed that it said it wasn't recommended to "root" if you had a Verizon or AT&T phone. I have a Verizon phone, so I was a bit concerned. The instructions also stated that in order to retrieve deleted pictures, the phone needed to be rooted and the lost data couldn't have been overwritten by new content.

Since the app developers themselves didn't recommend rooting on a Verizon phone, I decided to send an email asking for a refund. I figured if they didn't recommend it, they must know what they're talking about. That was on August 12th, and I'm still trying to get a refund.

I've been going back and forth with them, and it's been a bit frustrating. At first, they explained the root system to me, but I responded by pointing out that they themselves recommended not to do it on a Verizon phone. Then they asked for the model of my phone to prove it was a Verizon phone, which I provided. After that, I got an email that gave me a link to a site that would help me root the phone. However, that tutorial was sent on August 26th, which was fourteen days after I sent the original email stating I couldn't use their app. By that time, the data had already been overwritten by new content because they basically advised me that I couldn't use their app.

I asked for a refund again, but this time they replied saying that they offer a free trial and that if I had used it, I would have seen that the rooting step was needed. I wanted my pictures back and believed that they could supply an app that would help me, so I just bought it outright. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me.

Overall, I would say to stay away from FonePaw, especially if you're a Verizon or AT&T phone user. It's been a frustrating experience for me, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

As a member of his core team of friends and family, I wanted to ensure that we had access to all of his precious memories.

I was assured that I was under a real 30-day trial when I purchased FonePaw. However, after multiple attempts and help from tech support, I was unable to register the product for use. In fact, I never even used the product without registering it. I kindly requested a refund, assuming that FonePaw's 30-day trial meant just that - a 30-day trial. Unfortunately, my request for a refund was denied.

It's disappointing to see that FonePaw does not value basic customer service. As a company, they should be transparent and honest with their customers. It's clear that they promote a 30-day trial while fully intending to stick it to you, especially if the product was never used. It's frustrating to see a company that doesn't treat their customers with respect and honesty.

In contrast, my friend with brain cancer has always treated people with respect, no matter their circumstance. He has been honest and transparent with his family and thousands of friends throughout his journey. His legacy of dignity and grace will endure long beyond his days on this earth. It's a lesson that FonePaw could learn from.

In conclusion, I would not recommend purchasing anything from FonePaw. Their lack of honesty and transparency is disappointing, and their customer service is lacking. It's important to support companies that value their customers and treat them with respect.

FonePaw Negative Experience with FonePaw Software: Beware of Refund Policy and Authenticity of the Company

I recently purchased FonePaw software and unfortunately, I had a negative experience with it. When I tried to fix my phone using the software, I found that it didn't work at all. I was disappointed and decided to ask for a refund. However, when I contacted 2checkout, the payment processor, they informed me that FonePaw had rejected my refund request.

I was confused and frustrated, so I reached out to FonePaw's customer support team. I was in contact with a Marketing Supportor named Miss Emily, who was not very helpful. We went back and forth for three weeks, debating about the refund. It was a waste of time and energy, but eventually, I was able to get a 70% refund. However, my phone was still not fixed and I had to use free iTunes to solve the problem.

I regret buying FonePaw software and losing 30% of my money. If you are considering purchasing it, I would recommend using PayPal to ensure that you have a guaranteed refund. Otherwise, you may end up in a similar situation as me.

Furthermore, I have doubts about the authenticity of FonePaw. On their website, they have a Chief Editor named Emily Watson and a customer named Bella, but their photos are exactly the same. When I searched for the image on a search engine, I found that it had been used in multiple places. It makes me wonder where the photos on their website come from and if they are truly a legitimate company.

Overall, my experience with FonePaw was not positive and I would not recommend it to others.

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with FonePaw. The software just doesn't seem to work right all the time. And every time they try to fix it with an update, it just gets worse. It's frustrating, to say the least.

And don't even get me started on their customer support. It's a joke. They don't seem to care about helping you at all. All they want to do is keep you on the line until you're past their refund policy. It's like they don't even want to help you.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying FonePaw. There are better, more honest software options out there that don't cost as much. Save your money and look elsewhere.

FonePaw FonePaw iPhone Data Recovery Review: Simple and Straightforward, But With Some Limitations

I gotta say, I was a bit frustrated with FonePaw at first. I mean, I had to wait a whole two hours just to get my license code! That's a pretty long time, if you ask me. But once I got that code and registered the iPhone Data Recovery program, things started to look up.

I was able to extract all my data from my iCloud backups, which was a huge relief. But here's the thing - FonePaw can only scan out ten backups from iCloud. Now, I know for a fact that I've backed up my phone way more than ten times. So that was a bit disappointing.

But overall, I gotta say that FonePaw did a pretty decent job. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done. And hey, at least it's not one of those super complicated programs that you need a degree in computer science to use. So if you're looking for a simple and straightforward way to recover your data, FonePaw might just be the way to go.

FonePaw Disappointing Experience with FonePaw: Garbage Software and No Help from Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with FonePaw. I mean, I tried to use their software and it was just straight up garbage. Like, I couldn't even get it to work properly. And when I tried to get some help or a refund from them, it was like talking to a brick wall. They were no help at all.

Luckily, I had the foresight to use PayPal to purchase the software. So when I realized that FonePaw was a bust, I was able to get a refund through PayPal. It took a little while, like 10 days or so, but eventually the money was back in my account.

I know I gave FonePaw a 1 star review before, but I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is thinking about giving them a try. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. Save yourself the hassle and look for something else.

I bought FonePaw because I thought it would be a great program to use. The company recommended it to me, so I went ahead and purchased it. However, when I tried to use it, it didn't work. I contacted the company to ask for help, but they told me that I had purchased the wrong program. They refused to tell me which program I needed and wouldn't give me a refund. FonePaw FonePaw Review: A Complete Waste of Time and Money for Samsung Phone Users

This software is a complete waste of time and money. I was so excited to try FonePaw, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I should have listened to the bad reviews, but I thought I would give it a try anyway. What a mistake that was!

The website claims to support Samsung phones, but the last model they even mention is the Galaxy S-6 from 2015. That's ridiculous! I have a newer Samsung phone, and I thought this software would work with it. But nope, it was a complete waste of time.

I tried to get a refund, but apparently, I didn't read the website carefully enough. They have a list of supported phones somewhere on the site, but I couldn't find it. The only way to see if your phone is supported is to download the trial version. What a scam!

I'm so angry that I wasted my money on this software. I'm going to file a dispute with my credit card company and see if I can get my money back. I would never recommend this software to anyone. Save your money and look for something else.

FonePaw Disappointing Performance and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with FonePaw Video Convertor

I recently got my hands on FonePaw Video Convertor and I must say, it was quite a ride. I tried installing it on two different computers, but boy oh boy, it took over 24 hours to upscale a 1080 mp4 file. I was quite disappointed with the performance, especially when I compared it to another program that took way less time to complete the same task.

I decided to reach out to their support team and requested a refund, but to my surprise, they refused to do so. They gave me some explanation about how the software works, but I wasn't convinced. I mean, they do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, right? So why not honor it?

To make matters worse, their customer service was terrible. I had to wait for ages to get a response, and when I finally did, it was not helpful at all. It was quite deceiving, to be honest. I expected better from them.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend FonePaw Video Convertor to anyone. The performance was subpar, and the customer service was terrible. It's a shame, really, because I had high hopes for this software.

FonePaw Misleading Product Information and Poor Customer Support from FonePaw

I recently recommended FonePaw to my boss for her data recovery needs. She went ahead and purchased the program, but unfortunately, it did not work as expected when I tried to recover data from her phone. I was disappointed to find out that the program she purchased was not actually meant for data recovery, but rather a separate program under the "tools" section that needed to be purchased separately. I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend FonePaw to anyone. I made the mistake of buying their software without doing enough research on the company, and now I'm regretting it big time. FonePaw FonePaw Review: Disappointing Results and Unprofessional Customer Service

I gotta say, I tried using FonePaw to recover some of my lost photos, but it didn't quite work out for me. The only thing that I was able to recover were the photo thumbnails, which was a bit of a bummer. I reached out to their customer support team for some help, and they asked me for some additional information to try and solve the issue.

After a while, I decided to check in with them to see how things were going. I received a response from Emily Watson on April 30th, 2021, saying that they were still working on it and not to worry. She also mentioned that if they couldn't fix the issue within 30 days, they would proceed with a refund.

Well, those 30 days came and went, and I still hadn't heard anything back from them. I reached out multiple times to ask about the situation, but I never received a response. I was pretty disappointed with how unprofessional the company seemed to be.
