Flynas review: Service at Cairo Airport on December 28 , 2023

Hello ,

My sister and I had flight XY572 from Cairo to Jeddah on December 28th ,2023 at 20:05 PM with booking reference X8SYFC and B53MNY respectively

we were at 17:30 front the counter with our carryon as we didnt have luggage to checkin, The ladies and the guy on the counter were joking and very intentinally slowly that the lady on my counter has finished maximum 5 passengers for more than 1hour and a half

When it was my and my sister's turn , she gave me my boarding pass after 15 minutes although I dont have luggage and I dont have visa since I have my permanent residence in Germany so I will obtain my Visa on arrival

For my sister , the lady claimed that my sister's paper is incomplete and asked us to move to another counter at 18:45 pm , the another counter guy has asked us to complete the paper and it took us maximum 10 minutes to complete the papers they were asking for.

Exactly again we were front the counter at 19:00 one hour and 5 minutes before the flight front the counter , they refused to issue the boardingpass for my sister although we only have a carry on claiming the system is closed , which is weired since I live now more than 7 years in Germany and travelling more than 20 countries , I have never heard of the counter closed before the flight more than 1 hour

The unprofessionality didnot stop here , the staff let us lose our leg flight and kept us standing clueless what to do , another lady has come to me grabbed my boarding pass by force even she hit me to take it back since I have mentioned I can't leave my sister standing on her own.

I can't believe this happen with repititious airline like Flynas ,how they hire those unprofessional staff although it was completely different in Madinah's airport , the staff was polite and helpful

I feel sorry that I have to file a case against flynas and its crew once I return to my residence in Germany , I wish this had never happened.
