Flying Nurses did a wonderful job transporting my 87-year-old father with dementia from his assisted living to his new facility halfway across the country. The office staff communicated well and were very accommodating. The transporting nurse was very friendly and kind as well as communicated throughout the flights. I recommend them highly.

Kind, compassionate and competent. The thought of flying home after my massive back surgery (10 level fusion) was daunting to say the least. Flying Nurses International made my trip worry free. From coordinating with my surgical team and residential rehab folks to taking charge at the airport, they took care of it all. I recommend them most highly. Should the need arise I will most certainly use them again

From the moment I called to get information about their service to the moment my Mother was delivered to her new home they were warm compassionate and professional. They made a very emotional, difficult time in my Mother's life a joy! I can not thank enough Flying Nurses International for facilitating the safe transport of my husband from one location to another. We were accompanied by a very professional and caring nurse, who took care of my husband throughout our flight. I highly recommend FNI to any one who needs their services to transport patients who have severe neurological and /or physical conditions safely. My husband and I are retired nurses and I am very thankful I found FNI and avail of their services.

Flying Nurses International was outstanding from beginning to end. My husband needed a nurse escort on a commercial flight taking him and my brother from a rehab facility in [location], to another rehab facility in [location]. Once FNI had the departure date, we didn't need to do anything else except show up. In just a few days, they made all arrangements from door-to-door, including ground transportation, seats for four people on a commercial flight, and a wonderful nurse. They made a stressful situation seem like a breeze, and were invariably kind, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire process. Thank you Flying Nurses for a job well done!

We needed help transporting a young chemo patient from Hawaii to New York, with a very short tur-around time. Throughout the process, Dana was patient, clear, supremely organized, and very quick to respond to any and all questions. She sorted out all the travel options for us and made all the arrangements. The trip was wonderfully organized, the nurse was kind, attentive, and completely professional. She managed all of the travel details, security, luggage, patient meds, navigating the layover, and meeting us at the airport. Their services were reasonably priced and clearly presented. Because of the Flying Nurses we had complete peace of mind. They have our sincere gratitude and we highly recommend them.

We used FNI to get my sister, who has MS and had broken her hip out of state, back home.This organization is wonderfully professional and easy to work with. I got reminders when I needed them, and the commercial flights we needed were all set up for us. The nurse showed up the night before at my sister's rehab center to explain the process. They gave us enough time to get set up, despite having only three day's notice before traveling.The boarding and exit processes were very efficient and the nurse attentive, professional AND fun! She managed my sister's pain meds to where she said the amount of pain she was experiencing on the plane was no more than she had in car ride.HIGHLY recommend this organization!

After my husband needed medical attention out of the country, and needed to return to our home country, we were warned we may be denied travel insurance from a very well-known dive insurance plan; because we bought one way tickets thinking we would decide on return when ready... they said they would arrange his transport then they would decide whether to cover it. ? No way as that could well run into the $120,000. plus bracket quickly. We purchased the travel insurance that covers any accident while on the trip. the reason was they could say we were expatriating? after proof of 35 years of this same trip plan ... and we still live in the same country learned. My husband tripped/fell and then had health subsequent problems... we thankfully found Flying Nurses International, our trip/nurse coordinator was caring, professional, prompt and very reassuring at a time when things weren't going very well for this family. We will always keep this company in mind. And watch that fine print on all travel insurance documents? BV, April 2022

My twin brother was in a horrible accident in New York City - a hit and run by motorcycle on 9/24/22. After numerous operations in the hospital over 2 months, he became highly infected & it was clear that we needed to get him out of there to the safety of an American hospital. I worked with Jane Doe who was so compassionate and understanding. She jumped through hoops to get this organized & place her highly qualified nurse on the job. This story could be a book with all of the obstacles the nurse encountered to get my brother out of the hospital and on the plane to safety; not to mention a connecting plane, and the fact that he could not walk and weighs over 200 lbs at over 6 tall, a big guy! This nurse who was sent from heaven with the strength of an angel was able to make this happen to save my brother's life! He arrived in Los Angeles on (around) 11/14/22. He is still in the hospital but has just recently taken his first step & will live & walk again! Thank you Flying Nurses for saving my brother's life! We are forever indebted to you! You saved my twin brother's life! God bless you?

Flying Nurses International did a terrific job for us! We needed to move my 102 year old grandma, who has serious dementia, halfway across the country. She cant stand or really do anything for herself, and is very frail. I initially contacted FNI via email with no prior introduction and they still were able to provide me a detailed price quote very promptly. One phone call to Flying Nurses International to confirm that we wanted to proceed, and she took it from there. They took care of every last detail I literally just had to show up on the day of travel and had no worries at all. Our nurse, John, was exactly what we needed. My grandma absolutely adored him, as did the rest of my family. He was cheerful throughout the entire journey, and never stop smiling even when he pulled a muscle while transferring my grandma to her seat. At one point the airline personnel kind of dropped the ball and left us in a bit of a time predicament, but John stayed calm and made sure that everything worked out. We chose to work with Flying Nurses International because they appear to be one of the longest running providers of this type of service. They've been doing it for a very long time and have everything down to a science. Despite their well-earned credibility, we found that the price was quite reasonable compared to other organizations we contacted. Highly recommended!

Dana and Kathy did a phenomenal job helping with my Mom. I can't recommend them highly enough. From the initial contact to my Mom reaching her destination, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!
