I wanna start with sayin' that Flower Co is a top notch company. I had a tough time when my hubby's momma passed, but they were real quick to lend a helpin' hand. I gotta say, they went outta their way to make sure my flowers got to their destination. Even though I had to switch things up last minute, they made it happen with ease. They were real easy to talk to online, which is a real plus for me. I appreciated how respectful they were for my situation. Can't say enough good things about this company. They showed me that they are more than just a flower delivery service, they genuinely care. I'll definitely be orderin' from them again.

I just wanted to share my experience with Flower Co. These guys delivered a bouquet to my girl in Toronto and I'm happy to say that they did an awesome job. My girl said she's never seen anything like it before-- the flowers were just that beautiful! You can bet I'll be using their service again and again. So let me tell you guys about this flower website that I stumbled upon a few moons ago. Y'all, flowercompany.ca has some truly amazing things! When my package arrived at my doorstep, it was like a full-on surprise party for me! The product was so awesome, I couldn't contain my excitement.

But listen y'all, their customer service is just bananas. It's bananas in the sense that it's so good. From the day that I placed my order, they were always keeping me in the loop, and I really appreciate that.

Yesterday, I was supposed to receive a delivery from them, but it never showed up. The management seems unprofessional, and I'm not impressed with their ownership either.

I gotta say, my kids ordered us some flowers from Flower Co. for our anniversary on February 14th. They said that there would be same day delivery, but that definitely wasn't the case. My daughter kept bugging them about where the flowers were, but they just kept saying they were on their way. This went on for two whole days before the flowers finally showed up. It was already after 9 at night and freezing cold outside when they were left at our door. Like seriously, they couldn't even ring the doorbell or something?

I requested that the bouquet be delivered a day earlier than Valentine's Day, in order to avoid any potential problems that could arise from the holiday rush. However, when the flowers finally arrived at 9:30pm, they were just left outside in the cold. As a result of this, all the stems had broken and the flowers were already starting to wilt.

And if that wasn't bad enough, the quality of the flowers themselves was atrocious. Some of the roses were completely broken off, while others were turning black. I made a complaint to their customer service team and they only offered to refund the delivery charge. I asked for a full refund, which was over $200, but they stopped communicating with me at that point. It's extremely disappointing that a business would treat its customers like this, especially when the cost of their services is so high.

I regret using Flower Co. and I will definitely make sure to warn others about the quality of their products and services. I won't use their services again, that's for sure.

I've been sending her flowers on this day for about 40 years now, so it's become a bit of a tradition.

Sadly, things did not go as planned. I ordered the flowers on February 2, 2021, and requested delivery on February 14, 2021, which is Valentine's day. However, the flowers still haven't arrived, and imagine my dismay when I called to find out what happened, and the seller didn't pick up! It was such a disappointment, and my mother, who was eagerly waiting for the flowers, was, without a doubt, heartbroken.

I called the seller, and he promised that the bouquet would be delivered but not at the agreed time. I was assured that the delivery would still be on the same day, but still, it was not delivered. When I tried to get a refund or cancel the order, the seller refused, which is so frustrating because I didn't get what I paid for. Whenever I reached out to the seller, they were dismissive and gave me the run-around. It's such a disappointment because I was promised that the bouquet would arrive on time, yet it did not, and I was left to explain to my mother why she didn't receive her flowers.

After four days of being promised delivery, I decided to take action and opened a PayPal account to request a refund. Luckily, I finally got my refund on February 23, 2021.

I have ordered flowers from Bloomex in the past, and I had issues with them as well. I would strongly suggest avoiding business with these two florists if you want to avoid the disappointment and heartbreak that I experienced.
