Yo, let me tell you about my experience with Venus Et Fleur. Honestly, it was a total disaster. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. First off, they didn't even bother to send me any shipping info. Like, what kind of customer service is that? Then, when I finally reached out to them, they told me they hadn't even shipped my order yet. I mean, come on, did they lose my order or something?

To make matters worse, my order arrived late and was delivered to the wrong address. Can you believe it? And when I contacted them about it, they basically told me tough luck, it was delivered and there was nothing they could do. Talk about terrible customer service.

Honestly, save your money and go somewhere else. I definitely do NOT recommend Venus Et Fleur.

I recently had an experience with Venus Et Fleur and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order on February 4th and selected their free shipping option, which apparently meant that my delivery would not arrive until after Valentine's Day. I was not aware of this when I placed my order, but I understand that it was my mistake for not reading the fine print.

I called the company on February 5th to confirm my delivery date and was told that it would arrive by the 14th. However, when I called again on the 10th, I was informed that it would not arrive until the 16th. I asked to speak to a supervisor to cancel my order, but was assured once again that it would arrive on the 14th. When it did not arrive on the 14th, I called again and was told that there were no refunds under any circumstances.

Finally, my order arrived today, but unfortunately it was not in great condition. The packaging was damaged and the contents were all over the box. The candle that I ordered came separately and my wife was not impressed with the overall presentation. This is saying something, as she is usually very easy to please.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Venus Et Fleur. Their customer service was not helpful and I felt like I was being lied to in order to get me off the phone. I was promised a follow-up call from a manager, but never received one. While I understand that I should have read the fine print, I do not think that the company's policies are very customer-friendly. I would not recommend Venus Et Fleur to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality gift option.
