Vinyl flooring tiles
I received my order on the 7th September, however the flooring supplied did not match the free sample we had been sent in any way , was a completely different colour. With this in mind I contacted the company the very next day to say that we weren’t happy and wished to return it
I was told that the next time their transport could collect was on Saturday
Having waited in all day , no one showed up.
I was back on the phone immediately on Monday morning and customer services apologised profusely and said they would get it collected as soon as possible.
To this day I have made several phone calls to complain and even spoke to the owner, but after a month no one has been in touch to collect the flooring or reimburse us
We feel totally conned
Desired outcome: A full refund without their ludicrous 30% restocking fee, which ironically is more than we paid for the original delivery charge

Misrepresentation of Vinyl Floor and Defective Product that they will not repair or replace I have an installed floor that needs to be completely ripped out do to warping and lifting visible to any eye with the seams are separated and lifting. The floor was misrepresented and I have photos from the installers van documenting it was a Made in China Vinyl, not European as he falsely stated. The floors have no proper padding and are too low for all door frames.They stated they would return after the inspection and acknowledgment that the product and installation was defective. They never returned on scheduled date and never returned calls. I wrote to the Flooring King owner Antonio who keep promising he would resolve issue via text and calls. He then blamed installer saying it "was a different company". No. He was the company...I paid him, in his store, and he hired this subcontractor to install his *** material. That is his responsibility to insure it is done properly. This installer *** came a week or so after to inspect the floors and agreed: 1. The underlayment or the product itself may be the cause of the severe and continuing warping and squeaking, 2. That the product was too low for floors 3. That they would need to be replaced. 4. That the closet door was broken by installers and that it would be fixed 5. That additional baseboard would be brought in to complete the small area in bathroom and he had it in stock 6. That he would let me know as soon as possible what the date would be for completion. Since then, I have texted both *** and *** cell number and have received no reply. I have sent a certified letter which he refused. Thank you, *** XXX-XXX-XXXX
