I had the unfortunate experience with Bed Bugs. The owner, Angel, was very helpful when I called for quotes. He put my mind at ease. His tech, Isaac, was great. He did a second inspection and explained everything that would take place during his administration of treatment.

We purchased a flip home that had already been treated and we found evidence of more bedbugs. We called angel and Isaac they treated the property, which we are still working on, there is no sign of any bugs including bees ants, palmetto bugs,, or even geckos, Highly recommend.

FL Bed Bug Experts did a great job treating my dad's home. I was in town visiting my father who told me after arriving that he had his place treated for bed bugs just days before I got there. So of course I was paranoid about staying at my dads house. I asked if they could come back out make sure all bed bugs were dead. Our tech, Isaac came back out and thoroughly checked each room, lifted up beds and was also educated me on things to look out for. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable which gave me peace of mind during my stay.

Angel and his team were fast and efficient. They understood the urgency we felt in this situation and made sure they were out to treat the very next morning. Angel also spent time educating us on this and made us feel like it was all going to be ok.
They treated the house and documented the evidence of our issue which I showed the hotel at the source of our problem. The hotel actually offered to reimburse me because it was well documented.

Very honest and patient company I was rude and angel and Issac still helped me the day before Thanksgiving and they were busy weren't supposed to help with problem till Friday wasnt covered under contract Issac came found the problem and took care of it didn't hand me a bill was Freiburg even after my rudness the reception remained polite and professional when she should've hung up even tho not directed at her my language shouldn't be used around a lady so to the receptionist angel and Issac in no certain order except ladies first they should have a 5 star rating angel literally saved me and this was regardless of that they had to 0 with poepl they know . They are a blessing

When I discovered bed bugs in our home, I immediately started looking for a reputable company that I could trust to rid us of these awful little pests. I came across FL Bed Bug Experts, and knew that my family was in good hands with Angel and Isaac. Angel got us scheduled for services within the week, and Isaac was out by the weekend treating our home. They were in and out in a day, and did a fantastic job. Both gentleman were the epitome of professional and incredibly helpful. Not a single sign of the buggers since August! Thank you guys so much for being there to answer any and all questions that arose during the process (heaven knows there were MANY). You guys crush the game!

My name is ***. I did an online request for a quote and within 15 minutes of submitting my contact information I received a phone call from Angel. He was very upfront and honest about my situation. The quote that he gave me was far from my budget because I live on a fixed income from Social Security disability benefits. To my surprise he stated " *** I wanna be your friend" . He then gave me some advice on how to rid my problem that was more in my price range. He also gave me advice on how to survive through the night without being bit. Wow what a guy! We closed out our conversation with him giving me permission to call him anytime day or night or advise. Even though I was unable to afford this company's full service treatment I still got five star treatment. Thank you Angel!

First, let me say that FL BED BUG EXPERTS are AMAZING! My first contact was with Angel, and he knows more about bed bugs and other insects than any of the competitors I spoke with before hiring FL BED BUG EXPERTS! With that being said, he also knows how to terminate them. After much research, we found that the only guaranteed way to eliminate bed bugs was with HEAT TREATMENT! CHEMICALS & FREEZING DO NOT WORK! Angel went above and beyond to earn my business, as it was a lot of money for our family. He also gave me great tips to keep the bugs at bay until our scheduled appointment. VERY IMPORTANT--"Not all heat treatments are created equal." FL BED BUG EXPERTS uses TOP OF THE LINE HEAT EQUIPMENT, which allows the house to get above the necessary 140 degrees to kill the little critters. Other companies may do heat, but if they are using substandard equipment then your money will be wasted. NOT THE CASE WITH FL BED BUG EXPERTS. We have an 18-month old, so we decided to leave for the weekend, as we didn't want to bring her back into a house that is 100 degrees. However, since we've been home, we haven't seen or felt a bed bug. It was a one and done situation, just as Angel promised. Now, I am not saying it will always be that way. It all depends on the level of infestation, but they will come back until the job is done, if necessary. We also signed up for their platinum (premium) pest control service as well. And just as promised, we saw some ants, called Angel, and he showed up immediately to rectify the situation. All in all, a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE with FL BED BUG EXPERTS, and I WOULD RECOMMEND them to anyone with a bug problem or anyone who wants a reliable pest control company without having to pay a ton of money like the major's charge. Angel and Anthony are knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, loyal, determined, educated, and those are just a few of the adjectives I can use to describe the kind of people that run this company.
