I received the items earlier than promised and the product EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION! I’ve been using earring aides for the last 8 years and owned Resound which was purchased from a middle man, not happy with the service. Then I purchased a NANO SYSTEM(garbage) and now I just purchased the Signia styletta 7x. I save 3k and is a happy camper.VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT. Time it took to Receive this product. These were my first hearing aids. Phillip @ Fixyourears was not only helpful but knowledgeable. I felt he was truly interested in my well being. He answered all my questions, helped me find the right hearing aid and was always available for follow up questions. I’m not sure how anyone can hope for more. I can not recommend Phillip or Fix Your Ears highly enough. They’ve earned my business both now and down the road and I hope you give them a chance, you will not be disappointed.

this was my second purchase and Phil never disappoints. he has the best prices available and saved me over $5K. he took the time to listen to my needs and review my hearing test and recommended the best aid for me. he is friendly and professional and always answers the phone to help. he also provides lifetime tech support and handles any warranty issues quickly. i had a problem with my latest purchase and he immediately replaced the pair no questions asked and even included a bonus accessory for the inconvenience. i highly recommend Phil and Fix Your Ears for all your hearing needs, you'll be glad you called him !

Purchased 2 pair of Signia Silk 7x hearing aids for me and my wife. Saved more than $3,000 when compared to using my health insurance benefits. I was somewhat hesitant to purchase something so expensive on-line, but after speaking to Phillip several times, I decided to go for it. Not only did we get a great price, but the hearing aids were delivered in 4 days. We had a professional fitting done by a local audiology store and verified that the hearing aids were properly programmed according to the hearing tests that we had submitted. If you want to save money on hearing aids, there is no reason to be skeptical. There is a reason that there are so many 5-star reviews for this business, and I am happy to add mine to the list.

I have struggled with other solutions and very recently found Fix Your Ears. Traded emails with Phillip, sent him my hearing test and we landed at the Signia Silk 7 Nx for many reasons. Phillip was very thorough with his analysis and suggestions. The devices arrived exactly as promised, already programmed based on my hearing test and literally ready to go. I must admit that I was both quite nervous and anxious to try them out. Suffice to say, it is difficult to properly articulate exactly how amazing the initial experience was. To call it an epiphany would be close but more perhaps akin to an emotional awakening. My life has literally been changed and I am humbled and grateful in equal measure. I simply cannot thank Phillip enough for guiding me through this process and I look forward to working with him and his team in the future.

Phillip R of Fix Your Ears is a miracle worker! I lost the hearing in my left ear due to a viral infection and at the time the audiologist told me that no hearing aids would work for me and not to waste my money. A neighbor shared her similar story with me and told me about Phillip and HIGHLY recommended I speak to him even though he was based in CA. I did so and the rest is history. I now have what is called "cross-talk" hearing aids that allow me to now hear sounds in my left ear that are blue-toothed over to my right ear and it now sounds like I actually can hear out of both ears. This was life changing for me after not hearing on the left side for over 3 years. I was a bit concerned about doing this by phone but all Phillip needed was for me to forward my audiogram to him to recommend what aids I would need and had them in the mail to me within two weeks. I am so grateful for him and highly recommend him to anyone searching for better hearing!

Made my first purchase from Phillip back in 2009. I too was a bit skeptical in paying that much money for hearing aids (BTW-much much less cost than audiologist quote) but I took the chance with the purchase. Sent him my hearing test results and voila! Perfect setup. He is a master technician with years of experience that will service you much better than the local hearing aid seller. Since then I have purchased two more sets of updated Siemens/Signia models and would NOT BUY A HEARING AID OR HAVE IT TUNED TO ME FROM ANYONE ELSE BUT PHILLIP!I have also referred others that have saved $$$ and were completely satisfied with the aids and service and the added lump of moneyn their pocket. I don't care if he works out of his home, a business address, or a 5th wheel or mobile home.What difference does it make if quality service and great communication is achieved with this company over the phone and by mail or express delivery to wherever? I will be upgrading my current set of Siemens in the near future and will call him for his advice, and will gladly and confidently purchase from him again and again. ***/

Bought hearing aids from this company on 1/7. Returned the hearing aids to company on 1/26 and they were received by them on 2/2. I was told a refund would be sent to my credit card (American Express). On 2/4, through email, I inquired about refund, Phillip replied the refund was sent but would take 48-72 hours to post back to my credit card. On 2/10 I again emailed Phillip about refund, His reply was "We processed refund same day we received hearing aids back." Still no refund to AMEX account which would now be 5 days over the 72 hour time frame Phillip said the refund would take. Again on 2/10, I again emailed Phillip about refund and stated there is no refund posted to my AMEX account. Phillips's response was "It says still pending on Merchant Services, but they took the money out of our account same day." So basically Phillip stated he shows the money taken out of FixYourEars account and sent to AMEX. This was a huge lie. On 2/12, I called AMEX and they stated there is no refund pending and it certainly would not take this long to issue a refund if a refund was actually issued. I opened a case with AMEX and they replaced the money back into my account and will get the money from FixYourEars. Thank you AMEX. This is why you always make a purchase with a credit card.

I have worn hearing aids for over 20 years to include both in the ear and behind the ear models. After my last hearing test, I decided to get the Signia Silk 7x hearing aids. Hearing aids are ridiculously expensive. With an insurance discount, I was offered a price of $4,200/pair by my hearing specialists. After researching the Internet, I came across Fix Your Ears Inc., which had as a sale for $2,599/pair. Buying stuff on the internet is one thing, but buying hearing aids that require special attention and programming at a good price is another. On Wednesday, I called Fix Your Ears and spoke with Phillip, who was extremely knowledgeable on both hearing loss and technology. He reviewed my hearing test and stated the Silk 7x would be a good match for me. After easily ordering the hearing aids over the phone, Philip programmed the hearing aids according to my latest hearing test. Three days later, the hearing aids were delivered to my house, fully programmed and ready to go with a year’s supply of batteries and all kinds of hearing aid domes. Understanding that hearing aids work only as good as the technology and programming of the aid to your specific hearing loss…I must say that Fix Your Ears nailed it! From the moment I put them in, they worked fantastic! I am hearing sounds that I haven’t heard in 20 years…birds chirping in the distant trees, kids playing in the park behind our house, my dog licking my face, etc. It is an amazing experience! I can’t thank Fix Your Ears and Phillip for helping me hear sounds that I thought were lost forever. I give them my highest recommendation and decided to write this review so others like me…e.g., skeptical about low prices and internet scams, would have the confidence to order hearing aids on-line from this company to save money with fantastic, responsive customer service.

On May 22 I ordered and paid in full via CC hearing aids from Fix Your Ears, Inc. I got 'em pretty quick. But then, like, a few weeks later, the right one started actin' up. So, I reached out to Fix Your Ears and this guy named Philip told me to send 'em back. I did that UPS thing on April 12, and they got 'em on April 15. Philip called me up and said he was sendin' me new ones. But, like, I still haven't gotten 'em or heard any updates. So, on June 1, I contacted Fix Your Ears again and Philip was all like, "the hearing aids were sent back to the factory for replacement and we should be gettin' 'em this week." Thanks, dude. But, like, it's been three more weeks and still no hearing aids or any other communication. I've been pretty chill about it, but it's been almost three months now when they said it would only be a couple weeks. I'm gettin' real tired of waitin' to hear again. Later
