FirstCry Logistics Fail: My Disappointment with Their Service
My heart is so broken! I placed an order on FirstCry quite some time ago, and to date, I have not received it. Not a single call or message from the logistic team despite the fact that the tracking status shows it has been delivered. I made sure to contact the FirstCry team, and they assured me that they would look into it. After that, it became an everyday game of them calling me to ask if I had received the product and responding with "10 days for resolution."
Can you believe what happened next? After the ten days expired, no one contacted me. Five days later, I contacted them again, and after being given the run around for two days, I was again asked to wait another ten days for a resolution. I mean, are you kidding me now? Ten more days for what?
I had had enough of this back and forth and demanded to speak with a supervisor. When I finally spoke to her, she had some good news, which was that they had an update for me, claiming that I had received the order and said there was no issue. Could you believe that? I didn't receive anything from them; even the tracking info was off!
I insisted the supervisor put me on a conference call with the delivery person, but they claimed they couldn't share company updates—that's when I realized that they were cheat and liar. I should have stuck to Amazon or Flipkart. I am never, never, never shopping with #FirstCry again.

Terrible customer service experience with FirstCry - Beware!
I recently brought a wonderful suit for my little one, but I was sad to see that there was a manufacturing defect in the product. So, naturally, I called up the customer care service of FirstCry to report it, and guess what, they said that the return window was already closed. But they told me to wait for three more days in case of any Quality issues. I sent them an email with proof of the manufacturing defect, but surprisingly I received a response stating that it was not possible to return the item because of their policy on manufacturing defects.
I felt so stuck and helpless, and to add to my distress, I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with the customer care service, speaking to three different agents. Their names were Abhinav, Gourav (from the Escalation desk), and Kailash (Senior Team Leader). However, none of them was willing to help, and instead, disconnected my call without any resolution. It was a terrible experience.
I would like to warn all parents out there not to purchase any product from FirstCry, especially for your babies. I feel that it's a fake or fraudulent website that does not care about its customers. PLEASE BE AWARE before buying anything from FIRST CRY.

Disappointing customer service and communication from FirstCry for baby nursery/cot order
I had an unpleasant experience with FirstCry when I ordered a baby nursery/cot for my wife who is expecting in a few days. I made the order on 22nd October 2021 and the expected date of delivery was 26th October 2021. However, on 25th October, I called their customer service just to confirm the delivery date and the agent assured me that it was on the way and would be delivered on time.
Unfortunately, the delivery didn't arrive on the expected date and I received a call from FirstCry call center on 27th October. The agent informed me that there was a delay due to unavailability of stock and the items had to be ordered from the origin. I requested for the delivery confirmation and was told that the agent would get back to me.
After waiting for almost 24 hours with no response, I decided to call back today. To my utter disappointment, the agent informed me that the item had been cancelled and a refund had been issued. This came as a shock to me as this was not communicated to me earlier. I felt let down and agitated.
Not only did one agent give me false assurance, another one informed me of a delay but with a promise of dispatch and finally, my order was cancelled after six days with no prior intimation. This is highly unprofessional and the incident has put me in a very sensitive and delicate situation. I requested to speak to the manager but was told that they would be available next week, which left me even more frustrated.
I must say that this experience with FirstCry has been terrible and their customer front team seems to be running without the support of a supervisor/manager, which is really disappointing. They refunded only 800 INR in my FirstCry wallet. When I asked them why, they informed me that my old return order had not yet been picked by their agent, so to debit the old return product charge, they cancelled my new order. But, I had already returned my old product and the agent had picked it up.
When I asked them to show me any mail or SMS communication which notified me of these issues, they had no answer. As a result, they initiated an inquiry to refund my amount. It has been four months and still, there is no solution in sight. I am clueless as to when this problem will be resolved.
So, all I suggest is that you should be very cautious when placing orders on FirstCry. If there are any damages or quality issues, it will be nothing but a waste of time to place a return request. Instead, if you throw the item in the dustbin, it might save you a lot of time and give you peace of mind.
Other companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Ola, and Uber give immediate solutions to these types of issues. They don't even take 10 minutes to resolve a problem.

FirstCry.com by BrainBees Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was a really bad experience for me as a customer. They don't seem to understand things from the customer's point of view! I am not going to buy anything from them anymore. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I finally decided to put an end to it due to their poor customer support.
Let me tell you what happened. I purchased a ***@Babyhug product from them, which is a product of FirstCry. The first product I received was defective, so I requested a replacement. But, the replacement product that I received was a fake one. After assembling it, my son was not able to use it properly and kept falling down all the time. The product is very light and not at all durable, so I wanted a refund.
When I approached customer care, they kept saying that as per their policy, they cannot refund it. My question is, if I buy something offline at a store and I don't like the quality of the product, I wouldn't have purchased it. Similarly, in an online purchase, how will I know the quality before receiving the product? No matter how many reviews I read, only after receiving the product will I get to know its quality.
I even told them that I am ready to purchase some other product from firstcry, I just don't need this product, but they refused to refund the money as it is not under their refund policy. They should put a disclaimer in bold for every product if they have such clauses strong so that we won't even try to purchase and won't face these issues later.
It seems like they are not ready to accept the fact that we are ready to purchase some other products with the same money if they can refund it back to the wallet. They want us to keep the useless product and waste our money.
Also, their system is confusing. They say a refund is initiated, but we don't receive it. It seems like they maintain such things in the system for proof's sake, but they say something else verbally.
FirstCry, if you are reading this, better take some action. It's not about 1200 bucks; it's about retaining customers. I even have audio proof with me if you want!

I recently made two orders from FirstCry on 09/10/20 and they were handed over to Xpressbee courier service on 10/10/20. However, I have not received one of the orders yet and the other one is taking ages to reach me. Xpressbee is the most lazy, sleepy courier service out there. They are slow as ever and have no value for time. I have been tracking my shipment and for the past four days, it has been stuck in the same location. I even contacted Xpressbee and they changed the delivery date to 17th October which means that delivery is going to be delayed even further. Can’t believe that they have lazy people in their team as well. It is so frustrating and annoying waiting for my packages to arrive.

I recently ordered a dress for my daughter from firstcry.com and it was my first time doing so. Unfortunately, my experience with them was extremely disappointing.

To add insult to injury, their support system is also a huge letdown. I rang up their sorry excuse of a staff to ask about my delivery and all I got was a "Call me up tomorrow". No sir, I don't think I'll be doing that. My product is a gift for a newborn and the fact that I shelled out my hard-earned dough for it and still don't have it in my hands is just plain frustrating. As per the tracking order, Delivery status is Out for Delivery through ExpressBees for around 12 days. But let me tell you, I've attached a screenshot of the same for your viewing pleasure. This is how FirstCry takes us customers for a ride, by coming up with fake excuses for non-delivery. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone, no siree.
FirstCry's Frustrating Failure: A Disappointing Experience with Damaged Products and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with FirstCry. I ordered a whopping total of 18 products from them, but already found that one of them was damaged upon arrival. Naturally, I wanted to return it right away, so I reached out to their customer service team the same day that I got my package. They told me that they would come to collect the damaged product within 10 days.
Now, I'll admit that I was a little skeptical about this timeline, but I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they didn't come to pick up the product within that time. I was getting a little frustrated, so I decided to call their customer service team again, this time twice within the span of 5 days. Both times, they told me that someone would come to pick up the product within 24 hours.
That didn't happen, either. I kept getting messages saying that someone would come to pick up the damaged product, but when I called the person who sent the message, they claimed to be the delivery man and had no idea what I was talking about. Meanwhile, I've gotten over 40 messages telling me that I wasn't available to collect the product when someone supposedly came to pick it up.
Look, I get that things might not always go according to plan. But this experience has left me feeling pretty frustrated and upset. I don't understand why FirstCry is trying to cheat its customers like this.
FirstCry Nightmare: Missing Package, Terrible Customer Care and Delivery Service!
OMG, FirstCry has been such a headache for me! I ordered TWO dungaree dresses for my precious twins, but when they updated the status to "delivered," I couldn't find the package anywhere. I tried calling their customer care for two whole days but they didn't answer my calls! They just kept telling me to email them...ugh, so annoying!
After a grueling wait of 24 hours (like seriously, who has that much time?), they finally got back to me, but they didn't even have any good news. Turns out, they only delivered a part of my purchase. Can you even believe that? I had to chase them down AGAIN because they were asking me to return the received product so they could refund my money. Like, what sense does that even make? I paid for two products, but I only received one, and now I'm expected to bear the loss of Rs 1000? Not cool, FirstCry!
Also, don't even get me started on their delivery service called "xpreessbees." It's the worst! I mean, seriously, do they even know how to deliver properly? I wouldn't trust them with a pizza, let alone my babies' clothes.
Anyway, I strongly advise you to NEVER buy from FirstCry. They'll just give you the worst nightmares of your life and run off with your hard-earned money. Stay away!

Item was marked delivered (on the apps) even though it was never delivered! Called the customer care service for almost everyday for a week now and still no any solution given! SO FIRSTCRY GONNA TAKE MY MONEY JUST LIKE THAT? WHAT A SHAME! Ordered 27th of May and until now, issue is not solved!
