For over a month now I'm plagued with Fiorella Insurance calling me multiple times a day from different numbers, even out of state numbers. It has gotten so bad that I now I block all unknown phone numbers but of course they continue to leave the same generic voicemail everytime. I have never requested information from them and would honestly like to know who sold my info to this spam agency. I already have health insurance, please leave me alone.

I was looking for insurance two months ago and I clicked on their site but then I was bombarded with so many calls. I already found insurance to cover me with another company. When they called me I repeatedly said Im not interested and they proceeded to bypass my refusal to try and continue to sell me insurance. They continue to call regardless that Im already covered. And when I block their numbers then they call with other phone numbers. They need to be stopped and Im on the Do not call list.

Based on the previous complaints, I realize that I am not alone with regards to the incessant, harrasing phone calls from Fiorella Insurance. I have blocked each of the five different numbers they have called me from, but they just keep calling and leaving the same voice message. I never even placed a request for insurance! These calls are unwarranted and nothing short of harassment. Please remove my number from the call list. Like many others have already stated, I would never give them my business based on this fact.

Same complaint as everyone else! I get four calls a day from first thing in the morning! I have insurance so I know I didn't enter my info. They're getting it through some other means. Stop calling every morning and evening. If people don't call back in a week, leave them alone! I contacted my carrier, and they helped me block the text messages, but I still get the calls and messages every single day. They overload my messages, wasting time cleaning out 28 or more messages from them per week. Ridiculous business practice!

"***" from Fiorella Insurance calls me every day, multiple times and leaves voicemails. She has been doing this for weeks now and it's driving me insane! I never asked to receive these calls and you'd think after the first week, let alone second day of me not answering or calling back would clue these people in that I AM NOT INTERESTED! STOP HARASSING ME! This is unprofessional of these people and makes me think they are low down *** trying to con me and others. Leave. Me. Alone. I work hard every day, I don't need this .

Like many of the other reviewers/complainants... I have had a ton of calls from *** AT FIORELLA INSURANCE". I have told them to stop calling me, have blocked many of their numbers, and yet they continue to call with different numbers nearly every day. I have never seen such persistent robocaller nonsense from any company, especially one that claims to be Complaintsboard.com accredited. I never requested any quotes from this "company" or any other for insurance, but somehow they continue to call, text, and leave recorded messages from ***".

This is copied from an another customers complaint but is entirely accurate in my own case. I am on the National Do Not Call registry & yet have been BOMBARDED with calls & texts from this company. Block one number, they use a new one! Maybe they're a legit agency, no clue. BUT, since they're using scam type texts (indicating I asked for info when I did not) & violating federal regulations on phone calls, they get a big fat complaint from me. Hope this destroys your Complaintsboard.com rating, because you earned it. In addition when I answered the one time to ask to stop the calls, I was immediately hung up on by the agent and the call frequency remained the same.

I have been in contact with Fiorells insurance all this week trying to get home owners insurance since the co. i had went under,i have been dealing with an agent named *** and she has been wonderful, i know i called her many many times in a panic mode because i needed new insurance right away and she has gone above and beyond to help me never once was she irratated by me calling so much she was always very professinal and answered all my questions and also calmed me down i am very grateful to have *** as my agent in my eyes she is amazing and really cares about her customers so a big heart felt thank you to Fiorella insurance and a *** .

Ashlee was super great at handling my situation this morning, she had a long day just with me...lol She was very informative and helpful in every step and level of the insurance process. She was on the phone with me the first time for an hour before she had to transfer me to Florida Blue, but she held my application in pending for me till I could find out what was going on with my new plan for 2021, unfortunately I had to call the market place directly just to find out that I was a victim of fraud. That all was taken care of then I called Ashlee back and she hooked me right up and now can be at ease about my health insurance. Thanks So Much Ashlee, Michelle Greggs

I am very upset with Fiorella Insurance Agency, Inc. due to the endless text messages that I keep getting on my cell phone. I seem to get about 4 or more messages each day from different numbers. We never answer the number calling but the number that they are calling from comes up as Fiorella Insurance Kingsport Tennessee. We keep blocking the number but we get a second and third and fourth call from them on different numbers. We have now called them and asked them to remove us from their call list. The gentleman that I talked to at the insurance company kept insisting that we must have put my number in to a web or phone call for information about their medical insurance. He claimed that they have an A rating which seems absurd after all the calls that come to me with no correspondence from me.

Like Many of the reviews. I was looking for health care and also made the mistake trying to get a quote for insurance and once I put my email and phone number I immediately started getting text messages and phone calls every day lots of times thru out the day. If that had not harassed me so many times I would have called them back but because of the harassment of phone calls it sent red flags up for me. Felt like it was a scam because nobody else called me after 2 messages but this company kept calling. So I went with another company that did not harass me and I'm so glad I did. Anybody that calls that many times to me is desperate and I don't go that route with desperate cause it makes me feel like it's a scam. So beware putting ur information in trying to get a free quote cause after u do they will blow ur phone up night and day with phone calls and text messages

I was looking to get on obamacare. Instead of using healthcare.gov to look for insurance I instead made the mistake of entering personal info onto a different deceptive site which was named healthcare but instead of. .gov it was .org and I was oblivious to this red flag (please one use healthcare.gov for signing up for insurance as it's safe to assume other sites are scamming.) Thanks to my haste i entered some personal info into this scam site. It showed me a list of different insurance providers abd i chose one which was unnamed and claimed to be affiliated with BCBS, aetna etc. Two minutes after i chose this option, Scott from Fiorella (he never mentioned this name, just said he was from bc-bs of florida) called me from a recorded line offering me a too-good-to-be-true "triple-layered protection" package. I asked about aetna but he claimed it was only Florida Blue and that they were based out of Stewart FL. Being a fool i said yes to a few of his questions and spent almost half an hour chatting with him about plans and said I'll consider it. Ever since making this mistake I have gotten three to four calls a day from these shysters. I asked them to stop calling me. Despite assuring me they took me off their call list last wednesday I still get calls from them and blocked their number today. If this continues I will notify LE. I compel everyone reading this message to NOT involve yourself with these frauds and shysters. If you're looking for health insurance use the govt site healthcare.gov and no other online resources, as most lookalike sites are scams.

I filed a complaint on Fiorella Insurance, Jupiter Florida. I received a response via Complaintsboard.com Jupiter FL, The initial complaint is below..

Due to ongoing illness, my initial insurance was no longer available to me. I obtained insurance through an Insurance Representative a couple of years ago, but the policy rarely covered care at my preferred hospital, so I searched online, and this is when the initial problem started. The calls started flooding in at an alarming rate. The calls finally were resolved. My illness has progressed, my insurance has denied claims, I'm not sure why, but I was told by a my insurance carrier CSR, to call the Marketplace and or the company to ascertain what the problem is with the policy. I did try to resolve the problem, but to no avail. As I stated I need the health insurance since it would be less money through the Marketplace I was told again, rather than go a different route available to me. I figured it would be safe this time to go on the Marketplace website and apply for insurance. I searched and immediately several phone calls started flooding in. I patiently explained that I do not want all of the calls, I only want to speak with one or two Representatives to compare rates, and to take me off the call list immediately. A certain company did stop calling after I ask a couple of times. Of course ***, no matter how many times you ask them, they are very unprofessional, uncaring, annoying and disrespectful of others time and privacy. I have received calls from them since the beginning of April, non-stop. It is now almost July . Utterly ridiculous. I have reported them to the FTC. I have missed very important medical appointment calls because they were not able to leave a voicemail due to the fact my voicemail is constantly full from this company *** Insurance. I have no desire to ever do business with such an ill mannered company.

I have received over 25 spam calls from *** from Fiorella Insurance." They call every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and leave the same recorded message. Every time I block their number, they call again the next day from a new number with area codes ranging throughout the country. I have no business relationship with Fiorella Insurance. I have never sought to open an account with Fiorella Insurance. I have no interest in having anything at all to do with Fiorella Insurance. All I want is for the calls to stop. It appears that I am not the only victim of their robocall harassment.Attached are a partial list of phone numbers used by spam calls leaving voicemails identifying as *** from Fiorella Insurance," and a partial call log.

Fiorella Insurance agents have been calling me for over a month. Calls are coming in one to three times a day. They say it's in response to a form I filled out online requesting information about health insurance, which I never did. I've spoken to several different callers and have requested that my phone number be placed on their "do not call" list. Each person said they would have my number removed immediately, but I'm still receiving calls. The calls have come from the following numbers: ***-213-8980 and ***. I blocked rhe numbers, but they still call and leave voicemail messages. The calls are annoying and disruptive. I just want them to stop, and would appreciate anything you can do to make that happen.Thank you

I receive multiple identical robo-call spam calls per day from this company, Fiorella Insurance. My phone number has registered on the Do Not Call list for years, I have confirmed it today prior to filling this complaint. Fiorella Insurance has made multiple robo spam calls and SMS texts to my number, claiming that they are following up on a health plan info request. I have never made any such request, nor had any dealings whatsoever with this company. Additionally, I have never requested any health insurance information by any mechanism from any other organizaiton. There is NO justifiable reason why this company should be harassing me. Based on the complaints on this site, is clear that this company's business model is predicated on violating the law, and it continues to do so.

I have been receiving an enormous number of robo spam calls daily from Fiorella Insurance. I never contacted this company but their robo voicemail message indicates I requested a quote online which is a lie. I am not interested in their quotes or services. Each unsolicited phone call comes from a different phone number multiple times a day and even some immediately after another. Some even have out of state area codes. *** calling to my understanding is illegal and this company should know the laws in the state they are doing business. It appears I am not the only one being targeted and ask Complaintsboard.com to do something about this to make this stop. I am also going to make a complaint with the ***. As someone else put it, "This is not only annoying, it is downright deceptive." Thank you.

Rude, unprofessional, scam artists. *** is the worst, she never responds is useless and can't ever accurately update information. 2 weeks I have been trying to get my son's birthday fixed and get him covered but because of her carelessness my 6 week old son is still uninsured but guess what they are still collecting their money. As if that isn't bad enough forget trying to get simple questions answered like how do you access the ***-c forms needed for taxes because they won't help you with that either and when they send you to a manager because of their ignorance and inability to answer a question you get you get tr a woman with a stick shoved so far up her a*** she thinks she can talk to people any type of way she's rude and quite frankly should NEVER be on the phone with consumers.

This company is probably the worst spammer and "robo-caller" in history. I never requested their services, I never made an inquiry with their company, and I had no idea who they were until I received tons of calls and voicemails (with many obviously fake numbers from all over the country) and messages from *** at Fiorella wanting to sell me a health care plan. Obviously many others have had the same experience and have received a "canned" response to the Complaintsboard.com that they will remove the caller's number from their records. I actually spoke once to one of their reps when they first started calling, told them I never called them, told them I did not want them to ever call again and, just like the many other folks that have complained, they have continued their nonsense and continue to call. Literally unbelievable.

Fiorella Insurance company. I am not the type to leave bad reviews or complaints, but this is ridiculous. I have received 50+ calls in the past week, just due to shopping around for health insurance. As well as incessant text messages. I have blocked 15+ different phone numbers, but they just call me from a new one. I have said I was no longer interested, asking if they could please stop calling me, only to be ignored and continue to receive calls. As well as get extremely rude responses from the customer service agents. I would like to be placed on whatever list i need to be placed on to stop receiving these calls. I am not interested in health insurance, especially not from this company. It is ridiculous and harassment at this point. My phone number is registered on the national do not call list. They even change the zip code on their caller ID to my home state to make me more likely to pick up the phone.

Fiorella Insurance Agency has repeatedly called me without my permission since October 11 and I believe they are in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I've called and spoken with agents twice to inform them to take my cell phone number off their call list and they continue to call me multiple times a day and leave unwarranted voice messages on my cell phone. I've never given them permission or authorized them to use my number, I've never expressed interest in any of their products and I don't even live in the ***. Not only do they call me every day during the week but they also call me on the weekends. These unwanted phone calls have been going on for almost a year and I want the harassing phone calls and voicemails to end. My mother signed me up for Obamacare and I immediately began receiving phone calls from Fieorella insurance, and only them. every single day 3-5 times a day in the beginning! I refuse to answer. Every day they call. Not five days a week or six days a week but seven days relentlessly. I use the word relentlessly, because I immediately blocked the numbers and refused to work with such a shark that would start calling all through the day, and with new numbers that all trace back to bots. Ive not been called by any other insurance company except Fiorella. every single day. This is the most aggressive marketing tactic I have ever seen being preyed upon *** care recipients, whom they perhaps feel *** cave under such bullysome tactics and Continued harassment because we are thought to possibly be less willed or inept or desperate. The more they speak the less I think of them. YOUR VOICEMAIL WAS GOT ACROSS THE FIRST TIME A MONTH AGO! I hope people see you who for who you are.

Fiorella Insurance Naples, Fl calls my phone all day every day, I have blocked over 20 numbers but they just change to another number. There has to be some way to stop this kind of pure disrespect and harassment for people, if they want to make sales so bad as to call the same people over and over day after day that have already block so many of their numbers they need to get into a different business, like something where they cannot get access to a phone... ever. Please tell me everything there is I can do to stop this, I am to the point I want to hire a lawyer just to see if I can shut down their business and hold every staff they have punching number accountable, not only is this wrong as a business but the staff have to be aware that doing something so grossly harassing is not ok just because their employer said to go do it. If the were told to go rob a bank would they do that also, when does the law step in and do something about such a tremendous problem? ***, would provide a call back number but you can just get it from Fiorella as they certainly have it on file

I have been harassed with robo calls from numerous different numbers from *** insurance for the past 2 weeks or so. Tonight was the last straw. I had seven phone calls within 2 minutes from *** insurance. They use different phone numbers. I've had calls from ***-407-6013. I've had calls from ***. I called one of the phone numbers and said please stop calling me I'm not interested. Right after that I got another call from it's ***, it's an automated call that says *** from *** insurance and it was from another phone number. So I called that phone number and spoke to a gentleman and said please stop calling me. I hung up I got another phone call from *** insurance with *** again the automated one and a woman answered the phone. I said you keep calling me from different numbers please go in your system and remove my name and number. They've been harassing me leaving messages automated messages from different phone numbers. I've tried blocking them and they just keep calling me from different numbers. 2 weeks ago I accidentally clicked on a website that I thought was the government website and I've been paying the price ever since with nuisance phone calls. I'm so upset no one's listening to me.

The issue is the spam calls my house phone which is a cell phone which as been registered for years on the National "Do Not Call List" has been receiving. It is being bombarded with Robo Calls from Fiorella Insurance. The calls are spoofed from various numbers and the message ask you to call them in regards to a request made on line. Number one I have never made a request for any information from them. I am tired of these calls and I have already reach out to the *** to file a complaint. I am also going this avenue. My phone has been broken for 4-5 days. I was unreachable by text or call and as such could not have called these people for any reason. Today around 4pm as I was setting up my new phone I began receiving phone calls from local numbers. I answered the first and hung up on the lady once I figured out she was talking about health insurance. I am covered so its a mistake. I got an immediate 3 calls back from different local numbers that I declined and one official call labeled as the company Fiorella. I told the person from the official number that I didn't ask for anything and they had the wrong number. I also received a text from the company welcoming me to their info text chain as if I'd signed up. I texted STOP immediately. From then on every few minutes I kept getting calls sometimes multiple in a row about this health insurance I never asked for. They left voicemails enough to the point where I yelled at the next person to call to take me off the *** call list because I'd never contacted them my phone was broken. He confirmed to me he understood and hung up. I proceeded to recieve at least 2 more text messages from different numbers claiming to be employees from this company asking me which insurance I wanted, and another phone call shortly before I started typing this report. I explicitly told these people to stop contacting me multiple times through each of the channels they tried and they have continued to harass me. I also believe they obtained my contact information illegally as again not only did I never contact them, but they also didn't have my correct first name. They called me by the nickname I use online. Any place that is going to *** me has my legal first name and these people did not as they proceeded to harass me. This rendered my phone unusable for the duration and made setup unnecessarily difficult. Imagine if I was an older person actually trying to pay bills? Shame on these people.

My personal phone # must be immediately recognized as a ***#.2. Fiorella Insurance must issue a sworn statement that the *** will be fully implemented within their customer contact systems by the end of calendar year 2023. Said statement must be: notarized; filed with the county clerk in the same jurisdiction where Fiorella Insurance has been incorporated as a business; posted on the company's website for public viewing. This statement, or lack thereof, & continued failure to abide by the *** may be used as evidence in any Federal legal proceedings.3. Fiorella Insurance must not receive any additional Complaintsboard.com complaints regarding unwanted calls and / or texts for a consecutive 12 month period. The period starts over if even a single complaint is received.
