They tried to keep me there after I wasn't feeling good about their offer. They checked my credit even though I was already pre-approved. I just needed some time to think. They tried to make my car seem worthless and said mean things about it to try and upset me. The guy had a lot of anger in his eyes when I asked for my keys. They were playing games and not sending the paperwork to my credit union. All I wanted was to make things easier, but they were just wasting my time. I'm usually pretty calm, but he made me so angry that I had to threaten to call the police to get my keys and leave.

I went to Honda cuz my sunroof was messed up. They said it was the switch and I paid 575.00 to get it fixed. I asked for my old part back but they threw it away. When I got my car back, the sunroof still didn't work. They said it was the motor and wanted me to pay 1700.00 more to fix it. They didn't give me my money back for the first service even tho it was wrong and they threw away my part. So I paid 575.00 for nothing.

I went to Findlay Honda Henderson to buy a car with $15,000 down payment on January 30. They showed me a $369 monthly payment for six years, including an extended warranty. I asked why I should pay $360 a month for six years when I already gave $15,000. I asked Mr. Obed C if I could get the warranty for less than $250 a month for four years. He said he would try and came back with a $251 monthly payment for four years. He distracted me with casual conversation while I signed every document. I didn't check my documents until two weeks later and found out that my loan term was not for 48 months but 54. I felt fooled.

I went to Findlay Honda Henderson (***, Henderson, Nevada) on December 7 to get my 2014 Honda Odyssey serviced. They changed the battery, inflated all four tires, and flushed the gasoline tank along with filling it up. After 30 minutes, the Service Advisor (Miguel R) told me that I needed to change two tires, replace the rear break pads, and the timing belt. He said it would cost around $2700, which I agreed to. But when I got the final bill, it was $4,175.77, and they charged me for many unauthorized services at outrageous prices. I sent letters to their service director Mr. Jesse O on December 12, and a certified letter to their financial director Mr. Vilay T on January 10, 2022, but they didn't respond. On February 9, 2022, I sent an email to Mr. Jeff C, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Honda Division, American Honda Motor Company, but I haven't heard back. I'm disappointed that they didn't acknowledge my complaints and provide poor customer service. I'm willing to provide all documents and answer any questions. Thank you.

I took my car to Findlay Honda Henderson because it was having trouble shifting gears. The service guy said I needed a Transmission flush to fix it. But after two weeks, my car started leaking oil and the transmission problem was still there. Plus, the check engine light came on. The mechanic said a sensor wasn't working and the transmission pressure switch needed to be replaced. But the same problem kept happening and when I called, they told me to keep driving it. Then, while driving on the freeway with my family of seven, including five kids, the car started acting up. The transmission sensor was going off and I had to pull over right away. After a few hours, I got the car back to the shop and they said I needed a whole new transmission for $4000 more. When I talked to the manager, he didn't seem to care that my family's safety was at risk. He just said they couldn't predict what would happen and that my car had a lot of miles on it. I had already paid them $3300 plus tax for small repairs that didn't fix the real problem. And now I have to pay even more for a car that still doesn't work. I don't trust them to fix it right this time and I'm out of money and a car during a pandemic.
