Bought a sharpening stone and strop, included were bootlegger knives with a parachute cord weave on the handle. It was to include a DVD on how to use the system and weave the handle. I also at checkout bought 3 sheaths and 3 throwing knives. the throwing knives are the only right thing with this order. I did not receive any instructions and was missing items like the parachute cord and one bootlegger. The sheaths which were a total bait and switch came with one nice fitting and 2 leather that are cheap crap. After 5 tries with customer service they think is so great I disputed my credit card. I have a system with no instructions. I tried Youtube but is my stone a "oil"or "non-oil" so I have worthless crap for now.

From past experience, it is best not to deal with this company.

I have been blacklisted. I do not know why? I love your products but am disappointed now.

Good products, but they don't answer E-mails and they don't stand behind their products. If it doesn't work, you're on your own.

As for me, I have no complaints. All of my orders were of the highest quality and shipping was less than six days. They sell what they say. Thanks again Fight Fast

I've had the knife about 2 months, first thing I didn't like it's made in China. The second things is that it's doesn't spring open any longer. Besides that it's ok

Having purchased many products from fight fast TRS , I have been more than satisfied with product quality. Prices are great, have had zero problems with shipments, billing or unordered items.

Was kinda Leary when I ordered a the Striker Tactical Knife for free only pay shipping. I am very pleased with knife and the service I received. No problems at all, thank you Fight Fast ! Terry

I have been a firm customer for awhile now. Have purchased several things. The knives are great. But I just received my plasma lighter/flashlight and well it was Horrible. Won't light anything on fire. I expected customer service to at least rely to message since I wasn't asking for a refund. But nope. So not sure I will be a customer anymore

Fight Fast keeps withdrawing monthly fees for nothing in return. Cancelled online per their directions. Current month was cancelled but recurring charges began again. Actual products ordered were built tough and competitive with other manufacturers. I'd be a repeat customer for some of their 'deals' but don't like getting the phantom rip-off monthly for nothing.

I have ordered a few items through FightFast. Most of the products were in great shape, brand new. Only once did I receive a defective item. I took photos of it. Sent it to them in an email. They responded quickly and sent out a new product that wasn't defective. They do respond to emails if sent to their support email. In fact, I have a couple more items that should be here tomorrow.

I took advantage of their free knife offer just hours ago and much to my surprise my card was charged two separate times for $9.95 which is correct and $129.00 which is NOT correct. (The two charge thing makes me wonder) I immediately emailed their customer service at *** @*** .com to correct this issue before proceeding with a more aggressive approach and will wait another 12 hours to see if they stay true to their statements of customer service. I will update you all on my findings.

I made my first order from this company, and within seconds it came back with "CUSTOMER BLACKLISTED ". I have never heard of such a thing! As far as I know, blacklisting is illegal . I tried several different cards, my sister's card, and all came back as BLACKLISTED. I have no idea what this is about. I then received an email from them (fightfast. Com), about a knife, so I tried to order it, and got an immediate "CUSTOMER BLACKLISTED " ! what is going on with this company? I sent an email to customet support with no response. I think this is an Unreputeble company. And should be avoided!

I have purchased a number of products through the years. One of my favorites is the Fang, fixed blade knife. I have received at least 50 offers to purchase the knife again and submitted a statement that I had already purchased the knife. I suppose it has been nearly two years since I bought my knife, and again I received the same offer, i. e., to purchase the Fang for 9.95 shipping and handling. This afternoon, I said to heck with it and filled out the application only to receive notice I am Black Listed! I don't know whether this will affect my credit rating or not? I just know that I have spent a pretty good sum of money with Fight Fast only to be insulted.

I have been ordering from this company since 2016 with no issues. My latest order shipped on Feb 16th and seems to be "suck / lost" in transit. I have contacted both Fight Fast and USPS regarding this, with nothing being resolved. While I am aware that the Pandemic is effecting shipping all over, the response I have received from Fight Fast in regards to this despite several e-mails is basically "OH WELL, TOO BAD, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM TO RESOLVE!" HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED as they used to be a good company to purchase from, I guess my only resolve at this point is a charge back on my CC and to spread the word as much as possible regarding this experience and their obvious "non-existent" customer service!

I ordered an item from this website (foolishly, because an item I ordered before broke within 2 weeks). I went to search around the site and clicked on a button to see how much something might cost with shipping. As many others have mentioned on here they charged me right away without giving me the option to review my purchase. I called my credit card company immediately and will be ceasing all charges. Not only is this practice illegal it is a complete disregard for legitimate former customers. This company is sexist and misogynistic, and when I chose to give them (him, it's one man) the benefit of the doubt he broke all internet sales protocol and charged me without my consent. I URGE YOU TO STEER CLEAR. You can find far better information for free on You Tube that what this joker offers. Also, after a price check his items are sold far cheaper on Amazon and eBay, so do your research. Most people can't wait to get rid of them because they are garbage. Love, Karma.

BUYERS BEWARE! Fightfast is untrustworthy and don't honor their guaranties. They have a marketing strategy that insinuates the possibility of receiving products for free if after a review of the product one wishes to keep the item (which is how the guaranties are structured in their advertising) will be met with " send the item back for a refund ". While that would be most reasonable in most situations with a company, Fightfast specifically say in their adverting "If by the end of that twelve months, or at anytime in between, you're not 100% thrilled for any reason, even NO reason then just contact my office at ***@fightfast and demand that every penny of your shipping and handling be returned but keep the items as my gifts to you. I even promise to refund your money within 1 business day.) ALL THIS IS UNTRUE! Upon request for a refund you will be told to send everything back to their company AT YOUR EXPENSE at which time they will decide if they will issue a refund. Then if they issue a refund will bar your email from ordering again. Something they should inform customers of. Even if you ask for a refund for something they did wrong, they will bar you from buying from them again. Most recently I tried to get a refund on the fighting cane package and was told I would have to send everything back for a refund even though, that was not what was written in the ad. FALSE ADVERTISING is no way to do business. It's fine to want the return of items to honor guaranties HOWEVER, when you advertising specifically say that not sending the items back is necessary for a refund, it is DISHONORABLE to do differently. TRUTH in advertising is the only way to promote an honorable business and in my opinion Fightfast, doesn't measure up. AVOID!

I ordered a knife from Fight Fast. They didn't send me any tracking information or email. They took the money from my account but I still haven't received the knife. They haven't given me a refund either, and I still don't have any tracking information. I really want either the knife or a full refund of the money they took from my account.

I wanted to find out about a $9.95 charge on my Visa, but I couldn't reach them by phone. And guess what? They want to charge me to contact them via email! I don't want to give them my Visa number again because I don't trust them. I've seen so many complaints about them!

I ordered a knife from this company, it was my first time ordering from them. I didn't get a tracking number and I still haven't received the product I ordered. They took my money from my debit card, but I haven't gotten a refund or the product yet.

They said the product was free for reviewing, but it wasn't true. Only the additional items were free, and they ended up charging me $298. Their advertising trick was very misleading. I can't afford this kind of "mistake" since I live in an assisted living apartment and my income is way below the poverty level. I'm also handicapped. I reached out to them, but they refused to cancel the shipment, even though I contacted them right away. They expect me to send the merchandise back at my own expense, which I can't afford at the moment.

I bought my DVD from Fight Fast 3 years ago. I kept track of the package using the tracking number they gave me. The USPO never sent this package. The vendor also never shipped it. I got this "free" throwing knife with an instructional DVD from Fight Fast. I also decided to get the upsell for 3 more throwing knives. The order got shipped and they sent me the tracking number, so that was fine. But when the package arrived, it was in a torn padded manila envelope. There were no knives or invoice, just the DVD. I tried emailing the company multiple times, but they didn't respond. I even tried filing an insurance claim with the post office, but it seems the sender didn't buy any insurance. They really should have either bought insurance or used a stronger packaging that wouldn't easily tear, especially when there are KNIVES inside!

I got one of their knives and it broke 3 days later. They didn't respond at first but finally did today. I gave them the info they asked for and said I think it was just a bad blade and I wanted a replacement. I checked through 1400+ emails and gave them my order number. But instead of being a good American company and replacing a $10.00 knife, now they want me to do more stuff even though it clearly says they'll make it right if you're not happy. No questions asked. All I wanted was a knife that didn't come right and wasn't put together properly. I just wanted another knife. But they were really rude and totally useless.

This company is like a 3rd party seller that advertises on other people's sites. I saw their ad once, but I didn't want what they were selling. I didn't even know they charged me until I got my credit card statement. So, I went to their website to try and get in touch with them. I've sent them like 6 emails, trying to return the stuff and get my money back. But guess what? They haven't responded to any of my emails. Their website says they're happy to give refunds, but that's just a bunch of baloney. They're just ignoring me, probably hoping I'll give up. If they were a legit company, why wouldn't they contact me and tell me how to get my money back? Well, it's pretty obvious they're not. They're probably trying to scam people or something.

I ordered from fightfast.com online. When I got the email invoice, the cost was way higher than I thought. Their policy says I can cancel if it hasn't shipped yet. I emailed them less than 10 minutes after getting the invoice to cancel. I know they saw the email 'cause I used a "read receipt." But now they sent another email saying they already shipped it and didn't get my email. I sent them a copy of the original email where I canceled, with the date and time, but they ignored it. They say I can send back everything for a refund, but I gotta pay for shipping. I ain't paying for shipping 'cause I canceled 10 minutes after ordering. This company is sneaky, and I wanna fix this problem. Clearly, they've had lots of complaints in the past years, so there are issues.

I placed an order on 4/02 for two items. The neck whip package was sent. I paid $129 for the Amer. badAss survival Guide 3. It was not sent. Instead they sent me 3 more neck whips which I DID NOT ORDER OR WISH. I contacted them through pissedoffcustomer. Their response was both items were sent, which is not true. I have been a hotlist member for several years without incident. They have not responded to my request to resolve this situation by either a full refund or send what I ordered. They will not respond back.

I ordered the free tactical knife...just pay for shipping...$9.95. I clicked on 'upgrade the order' I just wanted to see what it was. TRS never reviled the price ...2 extra knives and a DVD. I assumed $9.95 x 2...but didn't want it anyway. Then my credit card was charged...$9.95 + $49.00...and no email or invoice! what was the $49 for? They shipped 3 knives and a DVD. I don't want the 2 extra knives or the DVD. I think TRS isn't being straight with their website. I can't get a human on their listed Phone...how can I get a refund on the $49?

My credit card account has been overcharged by the Fight Fast company with the following three charges. I have asked for a list of items Fight Fast says I order and when they were shipped and I have not received any response. I did not order or receive anything to justify this group of charges. Fight Fast TR800 $105.25 Fight Fast TR800 $10.80 Fight Fast TR800 $139.97 A total of $256.00 I have received an order for 1 TRS Hawk with a direction CD last month. This was the only item I ordered. It was a part of a group ad pitches I did not want. I would say the pitches were like run-on pitches for a special customer. Again I will say I did not order or receive anything to justify this group of charges.
